We spoke to several companies for our solar and battery install, some national and some local. From the initial enquiry, through to the install and ongoing advice, Viable Power have been fantastic to work with.

The informative approach and guidance during the presale stage was personalised to our project, the team were patient with our questions and always responsive. The install went smoothly and looks great, with a neat and tidy electrical install.

We’ve not had any install issues, but a couple of post install questions were dealt with quickly, and the system is performing better than expected too.

Overall, a great company to work with, competitive on price and were the easiest and most professional of all the companies we spoke to. I’ve already recommended Viable Power to others and would have no hesitation in continuing to do so.

Viable were approached after Octopus energy aborted our solar panel install. They came up with a competitive quote that delivered everything I was looking for.
From the point the DNO certificate was approved we were given a date for the install, the installation engineers arrived on time and finished the install early. The work all looks very neat and the engineers were all very helpful.
Overall I am very pleased with the result.

I was looking to introduce a second solar array alongside an existing FIT and battery installation. I went to market and contacted quite a few companies and had a very mixed response.
Viable Power stood head and shoulders above the rest, engaged swiftly and explored many options during the pre-sales cycle. They were informative, patient, responsive and very competitive on price.

Installation was very well executed and the site was left clean and tidy. They also managed to hide all of the external cabling so very pleased about that. Bird protection comes included and very much a mandatory requirement.
There was a small issue post installation with the electrics but this was addressed quickly, and was related to my original solar install. There was also a slight delay in receiving all the certificates and paperwork but this can take time and outside of Viable Powers control.

All in all a hugely pleasant and efficient experience. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and they are now my go to provider for all my solar energy needs.

I could not recommend Viable Power more, they did a great job throughout the process and the guys on site were very clean and efficient. We are very excited to use our new system.

Excellent experience with Bradley and Steve these last few days. Pilot, knowledgeable and got the job done.

I contacted Viable Power as my small array of solar panels wasn't generating enough power. Although the call out charge for a fault finding inspection was high it did compare to other companies so I went ahead. They arrived as arranged and after finding the fault quoted for the replacement item and a short while later fitted it and hopefully alls well... I'll know when I submit my next reading. Viable Power were very helpful and professional and took time to explain technicalities to me, and I'd wholeheartedly recommend them as a trustworthy company. John

I have no regrets installing solar + battery and using Viable Power as my installer.

The team from Viable Power were outstanding at every stage of our solar panel and battery installation. At the planning stage they were clear, helpful and patient as we decided what equipment was best for our requirements. The survey was quick and thorough and their price very competitive. When installation day came, the roofers and electrician were courteous, considerate and neat. And our new installation has worked faultlessly from Day 1. I have only praise for this excellent firm, and I have had no hesitation in recommending them to my friends and neighbours.

Arrived at 8.30.(some notice about that would be helpful). They just got on with it with no slacking. Good explanation at the end and help with the app set up. Tidied and cleaned up after themselves and were polite.

Very slick operation the scaffolders came the day before , neat , tidy and polite. The electricians and roofers came and again very neat and tidy explained everything to us including the app. Would recommend this local company.

Once the DNO had been signed off it was plain sailing from there, day one the scaffolding went up, a couple of days later the Solar Panels were installed (12 of them) and the last day the inverter (H1-5kwh), battery (EP11-10kwh) and electrics were all installed. Once they had finished, the electricians showed us how to set the app up and everything was fully explained to us on how to use it, once you have it, you can’t stop looking it at it to see what you are gaining and what you have used so you can see what you are saving.
Everyone who came was super friendly, clean, tidy, professional and respectful.
I would 100% recommend Viable Power for all your Solar needs.

The installation was carried out in a timely and professional manner. Minimum disruption. This was on a new build and part of the planning conditions.
The system has far outweighed our expectations. Now looking forward to exporting electricity to the grid (more savings)!

From first enquiry to completion of fitting the service has been exceptional. Chris and Emma have been super helpful on the phone or email and the guys who came to fit my system were so polite and helpful I cannot thank them highly enough. The 2 who did the electrical fitting (sorry but can’t remember their names) were superb, and the roofers were excellent. I cannot recommend Viable Power Solutions highly enough.

Coming from a recommendation from a friend I was confident that Viable Power would be good but they've impressed at every step.

Both Chris and Nathan have been super helpful in working through the quote and arranging dates for the install. Whilst there was a slight delay owing to a mis-identified supply cable it was all worked through by the Viable team.

The electricians and roofers who came to do the install could not have been better. They were speedy, tidy, and polite. Once installed the system was fully explained to me and I'm just waiting on the last paperwork to complete the Export arrangements.

All in all I would recommend Viable Power without hesitation - for them to also have been the most competitive quote as well was a bonus!

The whole Viable team - engineers, admin and installers - made the process of getting solar panels, battery, etc., very easy. There was never any pressure, everything was explained and questions answered, the work happened when it was planned and any on-site installation issues were quickly resolved satisfactorily.
