Harry and team was punctual and explained the end to end process they protected there walking route from street to roof brilliant prep and solid install thank tou.

Dom, Max and Matt had really pleasant attitudes and obviously knew what they were doing, and worked well as a team. As team lead, Dom was easy to approach and provided really clear communication giving us full explanations on the system and was happy to answer all our questions. Tidied up well at the end of the job too! Very quick to resolve issues. Really courteous with good communication between on site team and Alex in the office team. We are very happy with the installation of our solar and battery system.

Whole team worked quickly, neatly, politely and cleanly. All rubbish removed. Bradley and Max helpful and friendly.

Brillian team - Brilliant job. We'd arranged for iHeat to provide solar panels and a 27kW Sigenstor battery in our home. We were really lucky that iHeat commissioned Viable Power to do the install, because it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end.

The team of Dom, Matt and Harry were on site bright and bouncy at 8am on install day and got straight to work. Once the solar installation team finished putting up the panels, the Viable team started putting it all together.

We'd asked for the installation to be 'tight' so we wouldn't lose too much wall space for our electrics, and they were more than happy to accommodate. There were a few challenges (none of which were the viable team's fault) which meant a lot of work trying to get our earth rod in and getting what seemed like miles of cabling from the roof under control, but the team stuck with it, asking our opinion/permission before changing anything we'd agreed (and always being polite and friendly about it) and not just telling us it had to be done, but explaining what it was and why it had to be done (in a way that non-electricians can understand).

After 11 hours, the job was still not fully complete (again, not due to any slacking by the team, just the size of the job), but they cleaned up before they left, and Dom promised to be back early the next day to finish it properly.

And that he did, finished the installation, commissioned the battery and then took the time to walk us through all the paperwork left by the job, what they had done in the installation and a quick tutorial on how to drive our new system.

The team was truly wonderful, hardworking, and very professional, leaving us with a very neat installation.

I would recommend Viable Power to anyone and this team in particular.

From the initial contact with Viable Power and throughout the process to installation, the service has been impeccable. Everyone involved has been extremely polite, helpful and professional. There was no “hard sell” or pressure, just fully informed advice and guidance on the most appropriate solutions. The scaffolder, the roofers and the installation team from Viable Power should be commended for their helpfulness and friendliness whilst doing an amazing job. Particular mention to Harry and Matt from Viable Power for a very considerate and professional approach. Great experience all round. Would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic service from start to finish from Viable Power, we had solar panels, and battery installed, Matt and Harry were great and cleaned up afterwards, and explained how everything worked once the work was completed, very happy with the service and our new solar panels, would definitely recommend Viable Power!

Its been a week since my home battery install. Despite being a first time install for Dom & Steve of this type of battery and inverter, they did a great job. Dom and Harry were here at 8, confirmed what was planned for the sat, ran me through what they would be doing then got started.
At the end of the job they left everything clean and tidy and took me through the system and were happy to answer any questions.

I turned to Viable Power after Heatable recommended them. My original installer is no longer trading. From my first contact, I found Viable Power to be very well organised and efficient. Alex promptly proposed a time to visit and then adjusted it without fuss to accommodate my availability.

Engineer Dom arrived when expected. He was very sociable and set to work to rewire my setup as I had requested. Once his work was complete he was very careful to leave my place tidy before explaining that I should not hesitate to get back in touch if I needed anything else.

On the same day, Alex contacted me to check that I was happy with the work that had been performed.

All-in-all, the team at Viable Power gave me confidence that I was in safe and trustworthy hands. 10/10.

Every element of our experience from initial contact from considering purchasing a solar pv & battery system to handover and post install follow-up has been exemplary.
I cannot rate Viable Power highly enough from first contact with Jason, understanding our options and things we would need to consider. Refining our choices, remaining patient when we changed them (and great advice dealing with our current energy supplier) guided by Nathan, sorting installation inc. site surveys, scaffolding and install dates, scaffolding down with Alex. Final survey to validate plan and issue resolution with Zak and then the whole install team led by Brad on the day.

All are a huge credit to the company with a "can-do" attitude, great expertise on the products and process required to ensure compliance whilst meeting our requirements and a willingness to solve problems whilst achieving an excellent end result. We're delighted with the work done, the installation has surpassed our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team and Viable Power to anyone else considering a solar PV and battery installation. Oh, and a super job of tidying up as they worked too.

Excellent prompt and professional service from this organisation. Bradley was the engineer and he spent a great deal of time sorting out complicated issues with our solar panel system.

We had solar panels fitted by this company three years ago, (2023), and recently had netting added to keep the pigeons away! We have nine panels and two storage batteries, so we can store surplus power and also sell some to the grid! This summer has been quite lucrative, due to the exceptionally fine weather over a sustained period. Back in 2023, we also had an EV charger installed, anticipating buying an electric vehicle. In fact, we have only just got round to doing this. The charger had therefore been in place for three years but had never been used or even tested! I contacted Viable Power for help, and Katie came out within 24 hours of my enquiry! She tested the charger and explained how to use it. All this without any extra charge!

I simply cannot fault this company. Their customer service is second to none, and their knowledge of the products and systems which they sell is first class. Whether you are looking to install a solar energy system or just an EV charger, you can't go wrong with this company. I wanted to use a local company with local knowledge, which is why I went for them rather than a big anonymous organisation with no accountability. Viable Power is a friendly and responsible company, where teamwork and integrity are evident in every transaction. It's great to deal with real people, rather than having to do everything via a chat bot or by email. It's easy to make contact with them by phone or WhatsApp, and they always respond promptly. Very enjoyable experience working with Viable power on my solar and battery installation in August 2026. Jason,Jamie and team were courteous, on time. They were also very considerate of my aesthetic requirements as I was keen that the installation was neat and not an eye sore on my house. They also managed to get the job done in short order while ensuring I was well informed on progress throughout. Great service and workmanship overall.

Thank you so much Nathan and Molly for the initial quote and constant update .Despite the roof of the new extention was not finished, Zac found the solution for fitting the panels on the old roof and sorted with the builder additional installation once the new roof is finished . Electricians, Bradley and Max did an excellent job connected the whole system , set me up on the app where I can see my solar supply and my consumption.
