Great Company and great install experience from point of survey to install. Rob, Bradley and Steve handled the survey and installation spot on. 2 other companies could not compete with the Viable Power. If you looking to get Solar Panels I highly recommend Viable Power.

From the outset, Zak and the team at Viable Power spent time to fully understand our requirements for the new yard in order to calculate the loads and then design a full electrical and off grid solar PV battery storage solution.

The full solution, based on the SigEnergy SigenStor system was delivered in matter of days and worked immediately without a single issue since.

I only have praise for the whole Team at Viable Power, everyone I have had contact with are polite and knowledgeable. It started when Jason came to our house he listened and sold me what I wanted not what he wanted to sell! Next was Rob, who did the survey, he had clearly spoken to Jason and knew exactly what we had discussed. Then the install, the team worked hard, I was really impressed, the work was exactly as agreed and completed to a high standard. I can not recommend them highly enough.

We felt confident in Jason from the start and our instinct proved right. Clear communication; he made several house visits to talk through the set up, as did his team, to ensure we understood the offering and were solar fit ready. The ground work and install were completed by a competent, friendly and polite team who checked in with us at every step of the process. They were a delight. At the end of the install the Electricans clearly explained next steps and gave a comprehensive overview of the system.
Solar is doing its job and we are in November! Can’t wait for the summer months!

Viable Power is the company you want when deciding in installing Solar Panels. The moment decision was taken in our family, Nathan was very profesional, kind and patience , explaining the process and sending numerous quotes, then making adjustments and so on! Rob came to asses the location, explained step by step on premises all the process and then when the survey was done , he was very very helpful with suggestions that made it look as easy as possible.
And easy it was! Steve and Bradley came on 6th if October and installed 10 panels and battery in just few hours! The work was neat, clean, tidy and with no loose ends! All cables were cleverly tucked away and even vacoomed, so no dust was sitting around even outside! Impressive! We really really want this company to be well known as this is how PROFESSIONAL work should be done at all levels! Thank you Viable Power for everithing!

Chris made the whole process very straight forward from first enquiry to final handover. The roofers and electricians that came to us were all very considerate and the installation met our expectations. So far we have been very happy with the performance of our solar panel and battery system.

Following my original supplier closing down Viable Power have been a great replacement.
They have serviced the installation and finished off the installation .

Absolutely amazing company! They installed six batteries and a car charger for me, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Zac and Rob were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful throughout multiple visits. Any time I had a question or issue, they were always quick to answer the phone and resolve it straight away. Their customer service is second to none. I 100% recommend this company — truly reliable and trustworthy from start to finish.

I recently had a solar system fitted to my property as part of a new extension. Rob project managed the installation and Brad and Steve carried out the installation and commissioned it. They coordinated their work with my builders and couldn’t have been more helpful. We did have one last minute fly in the ointment but the way they dealt with it really impressed me. They are a company with integrity and really care about the customer’s experience throughout the whole process. They handled all the necessary paperwork and liaised with my supplier and made the whole process simple from my point of view. Based on my experience I can absolutely recommend Viable Power.

The pre order discussion were meaningful, not hurried and questions answered. Office team understanding and patient. The pre installation visit was very thorough. The installation team were efficient and worked well together and sorted out any problems that arose. Unit commissioned fully and working fine.
Only 2 comments:
1. There could be a bit more guidance on how to use the system especially on interactions between solar storage battery and externals such as an EV car.
2. What was discussed and agreed at the pre installation visit was not effectively passed on to the installation team.

Top Team! From Rob and Zak at survey, to Bradley and Steve during install (plus their unnamed roofers and sparks), to Zak again at final commissioning.
All parties were friendly, professional, competent, & tidied up on completion!
Early days but PV and battery system seems to be performing great.
I also really like that I can reach out to them via WhatsApp with any queries, including the MD.

From start to finish Viable Power has been a fantastic company to deal with. Their customer service is excellent and they do what they do very well.

Their staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the process, explaining all the technical stuff in a simple easy to understand way. They always arrived when they said they would, the installation was very professional and carried out very neatly , app to monitor the system is excellent & informative and the system seems to be working really well.

If you’re thinking about installing solar panels, I would highly recommend you give them a call, you won’t regret it.

The guys were professional and happy to explain anything and everything to me no matter what the question was. They kept all areas tidy and I felt involved in the installation at all points. They even took down an old satellite dish for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Viable Power to my friends/family.

A great service from Viable Power - very personable business, take time to understand what you want, no hard sell simply good advice. The installation team were excellent, turned up when they said they would, hardworking, extremely tidy. Highly recommend whether its a an EV charger or Solar Panel install - Jason and his team were first class.

Viable were a great team, keeping us in the loop prior to the installation, but also being very courteous on site. Highly recommended.

Just as a note, we went through Heatable for the finance package, but if you have the money and can go directly through Viable... then do so!
