DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
The dress came unfinished. The beads and jewels on the dress were unfinished and only on the right back of the bodice.I have tried contacting this company but no one has replied. Rubbish company!

I received the gown I ordered from veaul.com. What you see is what you get. I really love the gown I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. The money is worth the product. This is my second time from them. I am going to order another one for me. I am happy with the product…. SCAM IS NOT REAL!

I bought my daughter’s gown for almost $600. I never regretted it.

My dress just arrived!! It looks exactly like it does in the picture, and I feel great in it!
I bought it on the 11 Aug, my formal is on 8 Sep, and it came today!!! I live in NZ, the bottom of the world, and it still came on time!

In all honesty, I bought this dress after seeing all the bad reviews and still paid the money for it - fully expecting it not to come. I thought I had just made a donation to the universe, and that it would never show up.

All in all, thank you to the people at Veaul who have blessed me with this dress :)

Beautiful shoes. But I ordered EU size. I got the Chinese size. Returning the product is impossible since the approval is still pending and you have only 7 days to return them. First and last time I ordered here

Une commande passée fin Mai, des chaussures pour mon mariage qui a eu lieu fin Juin. Les chaussures devaient être envoyés 3 ou 4 jours après la commande... Ils ne répondent pas aux mails. Et cerise sur le gâteau, ils auraient envoyés ma commande début Juillet, le transporteur aurait soi-disant livré le colis. Je n’ai aucune trace de ce colis et ils ne répondent toujours pas aux mails. Je suis dégoûtée... Franchement je vous déconseille ce site. A fuir!!!

I never got my dress. I spent 300 dollors( which is already more then what I would have liked to have spent)on the dress I wanted and I've waited months with no progress. I have tried to get in contact with there costumer service multiple times and have not resived any word from them. I should have done my research before I bought the dress.

Dieser Internetanbieter ist kriminell und betrügerisch.
Einmal eine Ware bestellt bekommt man seine getätigte Zahlung nicht zurück. Keine Möglichkeit eine Rücksendung zu tätigen, keine Antwort auf email, sofort stornierte Artikel werden trotzdem mit Zahlung belastet.

my order#000007120 I ordered a dress on 11-5-2021 . It stated 24 hour shipment with expedited shipping (3-5 days). Now 6 weeks later no dress What you buy and what you actually get are totally different..nothing at all like in the picture, cheap material shoddy work. I am unable to make contact with anybody, I tried to send a message by email no reply back at all I went on google and I found their customer service department help which is Nine one nine ₙᵢₙₑ ₜₕᵣₑₑ ₙᵢₙₑ

Do not. I repeat, do not shop with veaul.
Worst shopping experience ever
They have many other bad reviews online and on their social media comments but unfortunately I did not check beforehand.

First of all, on the page of their dresses they make it enticing but stating it will only take 2-3 days to deliver. They hide the fact that it takes 11-14 days to make and process on another page of the website. They fail to mention this on the actual dress pages.

Their customer service is absolutely AWFUL. When I emailed them countless times to ask about the status of the order I received no reply. no replies on social media. Other reviews have stated that their phone number doesn’t work. But suddenly they knew how to communicate when they asked whether I wanted them to ship the finished product. They texted me and when I did not respond they emailed with a screenshot of the text. When i responded with NO and that I want a refund, they ignored it and shipped it anyway.

When the dress finally arrived way after prom, it didnt look anything like the picture at ALL. The dress was horrid. This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANY DRESSES HERE.

Luckily I was able to claim cashback with my bank.
Also I have requested a couple of times to unsubscribe from their emails but I still get their emails :/ awful company.

Horrible customer service. They never reply. They sent only 2 of three dresses and then forced me to open a Paypal claim to get a response. After wasting tons of my own time going back and forth, they said they would help only if I closed the Paypal case, I refused, so they refused to respond or send my dress. Paypal said they can only restore me if I send the two dresses back to them on my dime to CHINA and once the company confirms receipt, which they likely won't, only then I can get my $387 back in total. What a loss, a waste and a sham.

Der er da stor forskel på blå og lilla ! Jeg har skrevet en mail hvor jeg gerne vil sende kjolen tilbage på deres regning, også kan de sende mig den oprindelige farve. Men har intet hørt. Står og skal bruge kjolen snart!
Har prøvet at ringe, men telefon nummeret eksisterer ikke !

So ein Schrott!! Das Abendkleid war totaler Billigschrott, überall hingen Fäden Runter, Nähte waren kaputt und optisch hing es wie ein Sack. Finger weg! Und dann, Über den Support kein Kontakt möglich!
Rücksendung nach China auf eigene Kosten! Bis heute kein Geld zurück!! Das ist Betrug

The customer service is absolutely pathetic; they do not care to even respond to the return requests; they don't respond to emails. There is no number to call; I guess this is their way of ensuring to not get dresses mailed back for refund. Stay away from them.

They said my dress that I already paid for was out of stock and I have been trying to ask for a refund but no one has gotten back to me I will remove this review If I can get the refund but for now this is my review

Different dress received. Poor quality. Some patterns/decorations were glued on. Shoulder strap broke after a few seconds wearing it. Expensive too.

Inderdaad hele slechte service. Spijt dat ik niet eerder naar deze reviews heb gezocht. 2 paar besteld , 1 kan niet geleverd worden , na een aantal maal vragen waar het blijft. Andere paar was te klein maar kan niet geretourneerd worden omdat de bestelling niet compleet gemeld word. Refund toegezegd voo rnet geleverde goederen en wat denk je ; natuurlijk niet ontvangen

The dress we ordered was so cute, blue with a peach underskirt. The dress we received was horrible. Blue with a bright, tangerine underskirt. I cannot get anyone to respond to any of my emails. This was a horrible experience.

Suit came on fast but trying to return it did not happen. they will not respond to any request, any submissions, any emails. I tried to exchange because it was too small but now I'm stuck with this suit.
