This company is horrible. I paid for expedited shipping for prom and now these shoes are probably not going to make it I’m going to dispute the entire charge. Stupid ass company

Ich habe ein schwarzes Kleid mit Rosenmuster unter dem Tüll bestellt. Es ist relativ schnell angekommen, ohne Probleme und sieht aus wie auf dem Bild und passt mir auch. Nur rutscht mir das Kleid an der Büste, weil ich eine größere Oberweite durch regelmäßigen Gym Besuch ergattert habe. Für den Rücken steht schön was unter den Achseln ab, weswegen ich dort gut reingepasst habe, aber bei den Brüsten war’s dann wieder ass. (Hab kleine Titten und die sitzen leider nicht eng beieinander, weswegen die Cups auch nicht sitzen)
Ist nicht deren Schuld, kein Problem, dachte ich kann’s zurückschicken, weil‘s mir so auf der Seite versprochen wurde. Pech gehabt, darf ich nicht. Ist schade, jetzt muss ich das Kleid anderweitig verkaufen 👨🏿‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏿🥀

Spent weeks looking for a dress for a ball. Finally found one and ordered in two different sizes because I am in between two of them and wasn't sure which would fit better.
I received a confirmation email immediately and then another email two days later saying that my order was being "packages." It's now 4 days later and they've gone radio silence. No change to my order or it's status and no updates. I've sent two emails to support three messages through their website support chat and those have all been ignored as well.

Dress is supposed to arrive in two days but seeing as they won't respond I no longer trust them. Pro tip? Use a credit card, it will be much more difficult for them to scam you.

I ordered a pair of Dark Green shoes in December 25 and paid for fast shipping, I am still waiting for delivery and its now 25th Feb 26.

I personally had a great experience with this site. I bought my wedding dress on Veaul, and at first I got nervous because the dress page said that it was ready to ship in 24 hours (I did not use custom measurements, I just used their size chart to pick a dress size so it would be ready to ship). I got the order confirmation, but it had been a week and I didn't get a shipping confirmation yet.

I messaged the Sales department of customer service to ask about it, and they got back to me within 24 hours saying that the dress was shipped, and they provided a tracking number. The dress came from China, but the shipping was crazy fast! It still arrived on time with the original time window they gave me when I checked out, so I was very glad about that!

The dress was really beautiful! It looked like the picture and it fit me almost perfectly, besides one part on the back that needed taken in a smidge. (I'm 5'2, about 120 pounds, I got dress size 6). The dress did shed quite a bit of glitter, so be prepared for that, but overall the quality was very nice and it was such a beautiful dress for the price! I love it, and my mother said it was the most beautiful wedding dress she had ever seen in real life.

I like the dress so much that I'm going to buy another gown from Veaul for the rehearsal dinner.

Honestly if you're wondering about trying this site, give it a shot. Use PayPal to protect your purchase if you're worried (PayPal doesn't take any nonsense and it's easy to open a claim if there is any issue!) This is not a scam site (look up some tiktok reviews on the dresses they get from Veaul, for example). I'm so happy that I got my dress here. It's prettier than any dress I've seen in the store and half the price.

Great responsive customer service, great help for guidance and confirmation. A very high quality dress. I got the blue dress (vintage 2018 dress) fit perfect (I am 5’6 150 lbs size 2/4. Lots of compliments. Well made, and stunning on. So happy and worth the wait (takes about 3 weeks)

Je suis très contente de mon achat. La robe que j’ai commandée (robe de bal, pas de mariage) est exactement comme sur la photo! J’en recommande une deuxième pour un autre bal.
Il y a eu un petit souci dans le délai d’expédition car la robe n’était pas encore confectionnée, chose qui n’était pas précisée avant l’achat. Je me suis plainte au service client qui m’a vite répondu. La confection a pris une dizaine de jours (robe pas facile, avec plein de froufrous, perle, dentelle, tulle, etc) et on me l’a finalement expédiée en express pour la recevoir pile le jour où j’en avais besoin (commandée le 17, envoyée le samedi 27 de Chine et reçue le mercredi 31).

I bought a dress and im trying to return it due to bad quality. But for some reason they dont reply to my multiple tickets regarding the retun and the tickets are still pending. So furious. They are liers.

Ich habe ein Kleid bestellt und Expresslieferung für 42 Euro gewählt. Es wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass das Kleid verpackt und auf dem Weg sei. Da das Kleid nicht ankam, habe ich den Status erfragt. Die Antwort lautete, ich solle Geduld haben. Kurz darauf erhielt ich eine E-Mail, dass das Kleid versandt wurde. Dies widerspricht der vorherigen Aussage, dass das Kleid bereits versandt wurde. Die Expresslieferung stellt sich somit als Täuschung dar, mit der Geld geklaut wird. Darüber hinaus wurde das Kleid erst versandt, nachdem ich nachgefragt hatte. Beim Versuch, das Paket zu verfolgen, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass ich von der Webseite Veaul.com blockiert wurde.

Je suis déçue et très en colère car les quatre robes que j'ai commandé et réalisé un retour, en suivant la procédure inscrite sur leur site, me sont revenus.
Pas de réponse de la part du service client au mail.
Le téléphone n'en parlons pas, Un faux numéro probablement. TOUT EST FAUX ET TOUT EST ARNAQUE SUR CE SITE. N'ACHETEZ RIEN SUR CE SITE!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PHONY RIPOFF SITE. I had to learn the hard way sadly. The dress was made very weirdly and ill fitting. The bottom of the bust is even with the armpits, so it’s impossible to wear this dress. The bust rests a good 3 inches above my actual breasts. And this website DOES NOT follow through on their return policy. It is PHONY!! They will not respond to my emails for help with my return. Looks like I am now out $200 on a dress that isn’t wearable.

Wow! The dress I got was only $140 but it's totally a $600+ quality dress. It shipped within a week, and I got it before my fantasy ball. I'm impressed and don't know why it has so many bad reviews here. It's a legit site and great quality!!!

Unfortunately I cannot give minus stars… I am absolutely disgusted with the experience. The dress I received is very poorly made, looks very cheap, although it costed €200. I contacted customer service and I still haven’t heard back from them after almost 2 weeks

La robe est mal taillée, les FDP de 22 euros et les frais de retour en Chine pour une robe qui pèse 2kg est d'environ 30 euros.

10 out of 10 do not recommend! I got the dress and the bodice was completely see-through, which was not listed anywhere in the descriptions and did not look see-through in any of the pictures!
Glitter was falling everywhere and the ribbons were not even finished off being sewn! I only bought the dress because they had a return policy that if I didn’t like the dress, I could return it, but it would’ve cost me almost the price of the dress to ship it back and they make you pay for shipping to return! I am very unhappy with the whole process and have learned my lesson and I hope you can learn a lesson from my stupidity as well! Do not buy a dress from here!

I bought a evening gown there and it arrived damaged (was probably not their fault). I tried to get a refund and send it back. I had to send it back on my own dime because they didn‘t provide a return lable. Then they ghosted me for 3 moths. I checked with DHL and they got the dress back over a month ago yet still ghost me. I tried to file a complaint via paypal and they had the audacity to ask to return the dress, a month after it arrived there! Still dont have my money back and had to pay for shipping back. Never buy there! Also the dress was cheaply made.

If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered 6 items, received 3, and cannot get anyone to accept responsibility.

The support team took the time to help me fix the mistakes I made for my measurements. They also sent my dress before the date I needed it which I’m very much grateful for!! I’m so in love with the dress and I appreciate the necklace and earrings! The dress is perfect, beautiful and I can’t wait to wear it!!
