I would rate it a zero star if I could, I ordered a dress for my prom in a couple of weeks and it arrived and it looks nothing like the picture it’s absolutely disgusting, and now it’s too late to buy another one so now I can’t go to my prom

They took my money! I paid for expedited shipping and I am unable to contact anyone for customer service!!!! Be aware!!!

I ordered prom dresses for my sister and I in the beginning of April and we haven’t heard from them(it’s been a month since then)they were more than happy to take our money...after that they don’t care. You most likely will not see that dress you ordered, and based on other reviews I’ve seen it’s not worth it. So I’m callin this site a SCAM!! Now I have to go to Salvation Army to get a prom dress last minute, thanks guys you suck :(

robe commandée depuis plus d'un mois soit disant reçue . le mail me revient , erreur de réseau ou pas conforme . le numéro n'existe pas pour une robe à 135 euros je suis heureuse d'avoir mis mon argent dans le vent pour un mariage . obliger de m'en racheter une mais pas de retour donc pas de remboursement .

I ordered a dress on 2/18. It stated 24 hour shipment with expedited shipping (3-5 days). Now 6 weeks later no dress, no reply at all from the company, and no money returned. I have contacted my bank for fraud, but I probably won’t see that money again since they are abroad. Buyer beware they have horrible customer service and you may or may not actually get a dress. I would go with a different company. Lots of better options out there.

I cant get ahold of anyone. Firstly I bought 2 dresses on accident instead of one and corrected it the same day I bought it and a live representative helped me and said that I'd be refunded and only get one dress. That never happened. Secondly my item is stuck in transit because the shipping label they printed cutt off my apartment number! Then I call the representative if the shipping company and they told me the tracking number is off by 1 and no one will help me with getting the correct tracking number

Need someone to answer. I have ordered my dress on Feburary 15. They said my order#000007120 would come. I have wanted at least 21 days. They have not send me a tracking number either. I feel like I have been scammed. Someone help please.

Har nu 6 i dage gerne vil have returneret min kjole til en okay god pris, men forgæves. Har prøvet at ringe og skrive til dem over mail, men har ingen tilbagemelding fået. Der står desuden også, at mine mails er blevet afvist. Ved ikke hvad jeg nu skal gøre... er målløs!

I bought my wedding dress from here. I was really skeptical at first as there are a lot of scams out there and I pretty much chanced it, but I did eventually get the dress (thank goodness) and it is lovely and I am very excited about it. I ordered it back when the pandemic was just starting. It took a few months to arrive, not sure if that was because of the pandemic or otherwise, but it did arrive. Recommend purchasing early if you need it before a specific time. Can confirm that they at least delivered me the product I asked for.

I have placed an order from the 9th of February and my order status is still showing Packaging I am unable to make contact contact with anybody, I tried to send a message in the area allotted to send a message and the message just will not go through, this is my first time purchasing from this site and my experience is already awful

You will not get the product that is pictured, you will get a cheap recreation of it. Nicer quality than from websites like Wish, but it's still a scam.

Odesłałam sukienkę w styczniu, nadal nie otrzymałam pieniędzy. Firma albo nie odpisuje, albo odpisuje robiąc z człowieka idiotę. Dopiero jak postraszyłam policją to napisali, że sprawdzą. No i dalej czekam..

Im really mad at them. ANSWER MY MAILS!!! I have returned two dresses with a lot of trouble because eather you cant contact then or they dont answer so paypal had to help me- then they finaly give me an adress where i sent them back AND I HAD TO PAY OVER 50 EURO for them to be sent and STILL TILL NOW THEY DIDNT RETURN MY MONEY FOR THE DRESSES OR THE RETUNING and i retuned then in the sommer 2019 and its now the end of 2020

Ein Stern überhaupt, weil die Schuhe die ich bestellt habe, eigentlich ganz schön sind.
ABER die Größen sind leider falsch und so fing mein Problem an.
Erstens, die Preise sind recht freundlich... dann kommt beim bestellen z.B. für ein paar Schuhe 23 Euro Versand dazu.
Auf der Webseite steht, man könne die Ware problemlos zurücksenden oder austauschen, solange man sich innerhalb von 7 Tagen meldet. Die Mailadresse, die auf der Webseite angegeben ist (sales at veaul punkt com), ist aber ungültig. Die Seite um Retoure zu beantragen ist natürlich sehr gut versteckt.
Und jetzt kommts: sie senden "sehr gerne" neue Schuhe, wenn man das Produkt Versand (ca. 1 Us Dollar) 5x in den Warenkorb packt und bestellt. Abgebucht wird dann 30 US Dollar. Wie und ob man die falschen Schuhe auf eigenen Kosten dazu noch per Post oder Paketdienst zurückschicken soll, kommt keine Info.
Beschwert man sich darüber, kommt erstmals tagelang keine Antwort, dann nur noch mal kurz, bezahle 30 Dollar, dann gibts Schuhe in der richtigen Größe.
Ich bin aktuell auf dem Punkt, bei Paypal den Käuferschutz anzufragen.
Bestellt hier entweder nicht oder verlasst euch nicht auf die Größen und versucht zumindest, nach deren Maßangaben zu bestellen. Aber ich denke man geht hier ein zu hohes Risiko ein was besonders bei teureren Sachen wir Kleider, sich nicht lohnt!

Do NOT order from here. I returned the shoes I ordered because of wrong size but never got my money back. I can see from the UPS tracking system that the company has received the return. I have sent several messages but have not received any answer.

The customer service is great!! They respond back very quickly and are a great help with completing your order. The gowns do run very small and short torso so keep that in mind when choosing size. But it’s great quality and they look beautiful in person
