Their webpage says you can make a return, but you need preauthorization and they just ignore the request. I submitted it right away so I wasn’t over the time limit. Now I’m stuck with a dress that will never be worn. Do NOT believe the return option.

I bought a dress from here for my junior prom. In short, the colors and fabrics were quite different than the picture; there was a corset back, and it's strings were made of thin tulle as apposed to appropriate ribbon for a corset, so they made ripping sounds when I tightened them even though I did not pull hard; and when we tried to return it, they did not ever even respond. We spend $220 on my dress, and it was still very disappointing. If it had been very cheap, and they let us return it, I wouldn't have cared so much about these things, but we wasted $220 on this. We ended up selling it for much less.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a dress, paid expedited shipping. Received the dress and it did not fit, size was not as advertised. I have send multiple emails - no response. Tried calling internationally - not a working number. I am out $150 for something that I needed to then rebuy somewhere else. I do NOT have that kind of expendable funds. This is HORRIBLE and it's a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM VEAUL!!!!!!

Put a refund request the day I got my dress and it didn’t fit, and never heard anything back. Please respond if you can.

Am 28.12.2021 habe ich ein Kleid bei Veaul bestellt. Nach ca. 3 Wochen ist tatsächlich ein Kleid angekommen, was aber der Beschreibung, dem Schnitt und der Qualität in keinster Weise entsprach.
Daher habe ich innerhalb 7 Tagen (AGB) eine Retoure online im Kundencenter eingestellt.
Seit 3 Monaten verharrt der Zustand, obwohl ich per Einschreiben die Empfangsbestätigung für die Rücksendung des Kleides nach China schon längst erhalten habe.
Nach bisher mindestens 20 Anfragen über das Kundencenter bzw. auch per Mail, kommt von Veaul überhaupt keine Reaktion.
Das Geld kann ich mir hiermit wohl definitiv abschminken. Ich bin drauf und dran meine gesammelten Mails zur Polizei zu bringen und Veaul anzuzeigen.

Can someone please help me!! I am trying to get a contact number I ordered some heels for my daughter’s sweet 16 celebration our item hasn’t Arrived!!! Her celebration is getting closer and closer and they do not reply to me we already had to proceed with her picture session with out heels!!! These people are unbelievable like how are they even allowed to advertise anything and get away with scamming people!!

I returned a pair of shoes on 14th December, it is now 13th February, still no response to various chase emails, still no refund!
Very poor service!

SCAM! Never got my shoes, which I ordered 9 months ago (and paid for in full) and I have tried contacting them multiple times via their website, email and facebook and 0 respons.

Zamówiłam i zapłaciłam za sukienkę 19 grudnia. 12 stycznia dostałam informację, że sukienki nie ma i nie będzie, że mogę kupić inną sukienkę lub wybrać zwrot pieniędzy. Od razu odpisałam, że chcę zwrot pieniędzy. Jest 1 lutego, pisałam już kilka razy, że czekam na swoje pieniądze. Nie ma odpowiedzi ani pieniędzy. Dodam, że miała to być sukienka na mój ślub... Przestrzegam Wszystkich przed tym SKLEPEM. Mi Veaul ukradł 480 zł. Zamierzam iść na policję.

I ordered a beautiful dress on the 7th of January paying about £45 extra for it to arrive (expedited shipping) in 3-6 days as opposed the to the regular 5-8 days.

I desperately need this dress for the 15th of January and it’s already the 13th, yet Veaul has not responded to any of my tickets and I can’t get in contact with them. My order status only says success - that is it?

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but this is my last hope in getting your attention Veaul.com. Please confirm the status of my order !

J’ai une première première commande l’année dernière et j’ai été très satisfaite de la qualité.
En revanche j’ai commandé de nouveau il y a 3 semaines et AUCUNES NOUVELLES alors qu’il était bien écrit que l’article était en stock et expédié en 24h. 3 semaines et elle n’est même pas partie de l’entrepot !
J’ai envoyé deux mails au service client il y a plusieurs jour et AUCUNE RÉPONSE. J’espère pouvoir me faire rembourser car mon événement est dans 10 jours et je vais devoir en acheter une autre.

Ordered a pair of Sandals from this company June 14th 2021 . It is October 14 2021. Have not received them nor cannot get refund. Or them to respond .

Do not order from this company if you want the option to return item and get a refund and want a good quality merchandise. I ordered a veil which arrived timely, but it was very heavy like curtain, and the glitter came off all over my floor, definitely not something anyone can use for a wedding. I immediately requested a refund/return online. It has been weeks, and veaul has not responded. I know I have been scammed by a company from China. In the meantime, they are emailing me promotional emails.
Very frustrating experience.

I've never been so happy as the day this dress arrived. I had originally bought a dress from another company which didn't fit, it was coming up to the date of my photoshoot and I was so nervous because the delivery window would not leave me enough time to purchase a new dress if it wasn't right. Then I read the reviews and really started to panic - I'd sunk £118 into this dress, what if it was a scam? But it wasn't. It's the most beautiful and affordable wedding style dress I've ever seen, even more beautiful than the picture. The underskirts are cheaply and roughly made, I suppose that's how they keep costs down - who cares about the underskirts?? And it fits. Do you know how hard it is to buy a dress like this to fit a size 4-6 upper frame with no bust? I can hardly believe how great it looks. We spent half the day doing backward jumps into a ball pit and it didn't start falling apart or anything. I wonder if some reviewers have excessive expectations of such affordable clothing.

I wanted to point out delivery times as well because mine arrived very promptly and on the website they do actually make it quite clear that it's 11 days manufacture + 7-15 days shipping and if you read the FAQs they do also state clearly that this may differ for some destinations. I had a great experience and would purchase from Veaul again.
