They did not ship the item and did not respond to any contact. On looking at the reviews here, I actually got lucky since I would've been in a worse situation had I received the dress and disliked it. If you do want to take the risk, make sure you order with PayPal and have a few months to spare before you need your item. I made a claim through there and got my money back, but they have zero customer service if you need to reach them. Better to avoid this company and avoid the hassle. (Ordered on the 28th of August, received a refund on the 21st of September.)

I placed a order on September 15,2022 for some shoes I wanted to wear for a wedding on Oct.4,2022. I noticed a few days later I did not receive a tracking number or shipping date. However I said figure it will take a few days to ship. When I am tracking it I don’t see it moving to shipping. I was checking everyday. Then I seen tracking number generated when I look at the number it’s my phone number. I have tried reaching out to this company by email website email several times no response all you get back is a automatic message saying they received your email and someone will reach out to you. I am still waiting it’s now September 29, 2022. I looked today to see if the tracker moved to shipping it was saying package has been delivered. The package was delivered where and when ?I never received it. Now emailed the company again telling them I never received the package and I want a full refund. Then has the nerve to charge me a extra 25.00 for shipping for a item I never received. I am livid and pissed. People please buy and beware of this company they will never get my business again. They have bad customer service and very unprofessional.

Schlechte verarbeitung trotz angaben der Maße ist das Kleid über 40 cm zu lang. Steine am Kleid gebrochen bzw schon ab liegen lose im Packet. Nie wieder kaufe ich hier etwas. Kundenbetreuung sehr sehr schlecht keine Reaktion beim eröffnen einen Tickets . Keine möglichkeit die Bestellung zu Stornieren. Sobald die Bestellung auf Produktion steht gibt es nur noch die hälfte des Geldes zurück wenn man es zurück schickt. Frechheit in meinen Augen. Finger weg es kommt nicht so an wie Ihr es Bestellt. Kosten für Änderung würden mich 325 € kosten.
Ich nenne so was Betrug.

Auch wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass die bestellten Kleider zwar geliefert und per Kreditkarte bezahlt worden sind aber ein Retoure-Vorgang trotz fristgerechter Mitteilung nicht zustande kam. Ein Kleid passte von den Proportionen nicht. Das andere Kleid war falsch genäht. Außer automatischen Antwortmails keine Reaktion des Händlers.

The wait time was a while, but worth it! I mean it is unnerving but it does come from China guys so it takes a while. Also they do not make the dress or start production on it until you order it which can take up to 15 days it says all of this in there order details. I did start receiving emails from them after my dress had been made and shipped. We are very pleased overall with the dress it's gorgeous and just as it was pictured

Har ikke modtaget det bestilte efter 2,5 mdr. ventetid. Kan ikke komme i kontakt med virksomheden, selvom jeg ønsker at annullere ordren.

Very poor service. Paid for expedited shipping, two weeks later, nothing i had to email them and was only after my message item was shipped.
Ofcourse i didnt receive it in time for my event.

j'ai commandé une robe, expédiable en 24h, et 50 € de plus pour livraison en 5-8 jours. résultat, robe non envoyée dans les délais! j'écris un mail pour demander l'annulation de la commande, qui était toujours à l'état d'emballage sur le site, et là, veaul ne tient pas compte de ma demande d'annulation et décide de m'expédier mon colis, en m'annonçant qu'en plus j'allais avoir 59€ de douane!!!! à fuir+++++

reçu la robe dans les temps . Ma fille est ravie , rien à dire . C'est juste parfait , je remercie Veaul pour tous et surtout pour sa réactivité

i ordered a dress for my prom and its still not come its been about 2 weeks. theres 3 weeks left till prom so im hoping it comes before then or i’ll have to miss out

J'ai commandé une robe cendrillon 2015 en bleu roi comme je l'ai reçu avec 10 jours de retard un rabais m'a été accordé m'a chance est d'avoir réglé par paypal du coup j'ai pu négocié car tant que j'écrivais à leur service client aucune réponse
J'ai reçu la robe elle est magnifique pile à ma taille et de très bonne qualité je vais faire sensation en Convention COSPLAY du coup je suis ravie

I wish I could give 0 stars. I normally give chances and I understand if things fall through the cracks with some things so I am not just being petty with this review. I ordered a dress for a masquerade ball and paid $50 for expedited shipping. It arrived a month later. I am so disappointed because I wasn't able to wear it. I messaged them several times and have NEVER received an email from them. I asked for a return since I won't be needing it and they have not messaged me about it. Please Never buy from them. I am out so much money because of this.

I ordered my dress a week and a half ago. It is still packaging and I need it ASAP. I am worried if it does not come before I need it. I really need mine or else I would want to refund before it is shipped so that I could get the delivery fee back which was $25. They won't reply my mails which I sent about three times.

THE WORST WEBSITE EVER. THEY SAID MY DRESS HAS BEEN DELIVERED BUT IT HAS NOT. I WASTED 140 DOLLARS. DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THEM ITS A SCAM.

These guys are horrible. It has been almost 6 weeks for a pair of Wedding shoes, that we had to buy elsewhere. I have 4 support tickets starting 6 weeks ago and not one has been answered.

Pakketje nooit gekregen. €106 kwijt en ze reageren niet op mails etc. Ik las de reviews na het bestellen en dacht nou ja zal vast wel goed komen bij mij. Kleine kans dat het mis gaat en ik ben ook zwaar genaaid. Ach ja, nooit meer dus.

The dress we ordered in early April hasn't arrived by May 8, and the prom is in 5 days. We've sent two emails and received no reply. Now that we're trying to figure out what happened, we realize that we received an order confirmation number, but not the promised follow-up email confirmation with details. One would be well advised to stay away from "Veaul."
