Bonjour je ne comprends pas tous les mauvais commentaires. J ai bien recu mes 2 articles et en moins d une semaine. Je me suis mefiee en commandant que deux paires de chaussures mais du coup je vais recommander bientot. Site tres fiable

I am not one to usually write reviews but Veaul has taken $570, with no response, no items, and no refund!

I have made an order with Veaul on 20 Jan 2023 however, I later realised they were not able to send my order until after Chinese new Year (Feb) of which by then was too late.
Therefore I had emailed 3 times to ask to cancel.
They still sent the item regardless. nevertheless, the items is returned back to them. and they are not responding nor refunding me the money! I have sent at least 4 emails and tries to call.
I am still awaiting my $570 and I feel this is not just poor customer service, but purposefully 1. sending the parcel out in the first place even having emailed 3 times and 2. Not responding at all now.

I ordered my wedding dress from you. You say that you would ship it within 72 hours. It has not been shipped yet. My wedding is in a few days, and I need to get the dress before I travel. I tried to send you many emails, but no replies yet.
My order number isTL190812006. Is it possible to get my dress before the wedding, if not, can I change the shipping address?

Ordered on 16th februari, received on 1st of March. Communicated via chat twice and always received immediate and correct information.
Quality of the promdress is great, very detailed and well made. We are very happy to have ordered with Veaul. We are located in Belgium.

I’m so sorry to read all the bad reviews because my experience was great! My custom made dress came in a reasonable amount of time, was vacuum packed/sealed, and it fit my daughter perfectly. It even included the hoop skirt for underneath. I’m happy with my purchase and experience.

I was very reluctant to purchase after reading so many bad reviews, but decided to take a chance, and pais using paypal. I ordered a dress that was already in stock and available to be shipped in 24H.
I ordered on January 30 and received the dress in France on Feb 13, using the regular shipping, not express.

Sizes don’t fit. Return shipment expensive. Chinese custom charged import duty. I lost € 450 in total.

I ordered a purse on December 27th through Veaul, it’s now February 9th and the item still has not shipped. SHIPPING ALONE COST $25. Ive reached out twice now regarding my order and no one has gotten back to me. Don’t bother with this company it’s a joke and a scam.

Commander une robe réception très longue ...aucune correspondance avec la photo je la renvoi ...et après 1 mois 1/2 le colis me reviens pas d'explication pas de remboursement attention aucune confiance en ce site pas de réponses au mails fuyez.....

Commande chaussures le 18 novembre 2022 - livraison prévue sous 24 à 48h .. 2 jours après mail annonçant article plus en stock et invitation à échanger ou demander le remboursement,
Demande d’échange faite et remboursement sur mon compte..
de nombreux mails et appels à cette société.. parfois promesses que ma commande était en cours !
Depuis quelques jours j’appelle et ligne occupée ou inaccessible !! J’ai perdu 75€ en faisant confiance à des escrocs.. je regrette de ne pas avoir regardé les avis avant de commander.. site VeauL à fuir !!

Their customer service department DOES NOT EXIST! Bought shoes in September 2022 and after several attempts various ways to contact customer service, I am finally giving up. They do not respond to anything! DO NOT BUY unless you are ABSOLUTELY SURE you are keeping what you buy!

Prom Dress!
Dress fit great! Measurements were true to size. My daughter is 5'10 and size 2 fit her perfectly with enough to still wear a small heel. For the price this dress is a steal! Fast delivery and great packaging! I will be ordering again!

Beautiful dress! , color and design just like the picture, Good quality, you do not need to wear a bra because it has cups inside, great solutiion for the open back straps.
It is a little long for me but i am only 1.60cm.
Count 2 weeks for delivery , very good track and trace system.
I will for sure use this site again.

My item arrived very early than expected shipped via Fedex. I was anxious that the gown will just look alright on photo as it is my first time with this shop BUT the gown is so pretty, sparkly and a true ball gown. Daughter is excited to wear it for her birthday.

I purchased a pair of wedding shoes from Veal on 9/2/22, received request for review before I ever received my product. When my shoes arrived I was happy but they are sooooo very "hard" on my feet just to try them on that they hurt terribly. I immediately contacted Veaul via email for a refund so that the shoes don't stay with me longer than necessary. I recieved confirmation that my email was recieved and that I woild be contacted by customer service soon. Never happened!!! I emailed customer service 3 times for return label or even just to voice my complaint, with no response from customer service to date.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND SUPPORTING THIS BUSINESS.
Still have expensive shoes that are useless to me in my possession.
