Just perfect, the shipping is fast and the dress isn't too expensive. Its very nice, they have also a good costumer service.

Anfangs war ich skeptisch und habe fast gedacht das wird nie ankommen.
Ich habe zu spät in meinem spamordner gesehen dass ich bereits Infos zum Versand erhalten habe.
Es kam heute und ich war sprachlos als ich es ausgepackt habe.
So ein wunderschönes Kleid, alles super vernäht, genau wie auf dem Bild.
Das Warten hierfür hat sich gelohnt

This company is terrible! The website leads you to believe that a return is a simple process and that they will send you a label for returning an item if it doesn't work for you. WRONG! I tried to start a return and nothing happened. No reply of any kind for weeks. I finally used paypal to get a dispute started with this company. They replied through paypal that I could have a refund if I returned the dress AT MY OWN COST! That would have cost me $183 CAD in shipping! Unreal! What a deceptive and dishonest company. Please do not become their next victim. Please, please, please don't get swindled by this company by ordering from them. I would give negative 5 stars if it were possible.

Widerruf bleibt trotz absichtlich stark verkomplizierten Rückgabeprozesses unbeantwortet und unbearbeitet – Geld für das Kleid und den teuren Versand nach China futsch.
Diesem Laden kann ich definitiv keine Empfehlung aussprechen.

I hope you don't have to return a dress. They will leave you waiting "for approval" for the return of your merchandise and will never have the decency to answer your messages or questions.

The worst thing is that if you try to return the dress to the address in CHINA that they provide you when you do the online return process, you will realize that shipping costs more than the dress you bought!

I wasted my time, I lost my money ($107.50), and I am left with a dress that is of no use to me because the size never fit the size specified on the page!

I am a very calm person, but I can't really describe how much anger I have felt with the unfair treatment and unprofessionalism of this place!

I do not recommend that you click on this place!

Do not shop from Veaul.com because you will not get what is pictured! The dress we got was like a child had put it together with cheap fabric and patches of sequins cut from another dress and glued onto our dress. Sewing is incomplete.

J’ai commandé deux robes et j’en ai reçu qu’une que j’ai renvoyé immédiatement car elle ne me convenait pas du tout ! J’ai réclamé à plusieurs reprises la second ribe je n’ai pas reçu en demandant pourquoi et quand je le recevrai et je n’ai jamais eu aucun retour sur mes mails !! J’ai donc demandé le remboursement total de ma commande en espérant pouvoir être remboursée dans les meilleurs délais. Avant de commander réfléchissez bien pour ne pas le regretter ensuite

i just got my dress and i’m not satisfied with it at all. the dress i got is too short even though it was supposed to be custom made with my measurements. it is also very narrow, even though the picture showed that the dress is floor-dragging and wide at the bottom. it looks like a completely different dress than the one on the picture. i’m not happy with it at all. WASTE OF MONEY.

I will give this company a -100 for the worst customer support. I tried to contact them through email but no response. For all the buyers, before you buy it make sure that is the right fit and the right item because pretty much that is a final saleNO RETURN!! Good luck and God bless!!

I would give this company less than one star if possible. Do not buy from them unless you want to get ripped off. I ordered a dress for my daughter and tried to return and it is completely impossible to return despite the fact that they say it is possible. I tried several ways to return and tried to contact the company with no response. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I bought 2 dresses for my daughter's grad and the other one for her 18th birthday. I have no issues with pricing, quality and delivery.
The biggest issue about this website is that everything pretty much is a final sale. You better pray that you get what you exactly saw on the website.
The first dress was missing a lot of details I have to get it altered and fixed. The second dress was completely the wrong color. The worst part, when I contacted them to rectify the mistake, I didn't hear an answer for both complaints. It's like they don't exist all of a sudden. YOU WILL NEVER HEAR BACK FROM THEM! So buyer beware!

I Ordered a Navy blue dress for a Submarine ball. I ordered on Friday the 22nd of March and it arrived on April 1st, it is absolutely beautiful! I'm 5'2 and 113lb I got a size 2 and it fit perfectly, little long with out heals but with heals absolutely perfect 10/10 would recommend really amazing I never bought clothes online let alone a dress but it came in a timely fashion and fits perfectly I can't stress enough if you're looking for a fancy dress this is the place!!!! 😁😁😁

I need to ask for a return. This dress is too big for my daughter and not the right fit for her body shape.

Pire commande… j’ai commandé le 9 mars 2024, j’ai choisi l’option 7-10 jours d’attente donc j’ai payé…. Et on est le 21 mars toujours rien reçu, aucune réponse, le numéro ne marche pas…. J’avais besoin de cette robe avant ce soir, toujours rien, j’aimerais être remboursé car j’ai dépensé plus de 200 euro dans le vent… vraiment ne prenez pas sur ce site….

J'ai commandé sur Veaul une "robe de bal vintage (Victorienne) violette. Elle est arrivée dans les temps, dans un emballage solide. Le tissu est d'excellente qualité et le travail (sur mesures) soigné. En plus (qui n'était pas indiqué dans le descriptif) y étaient joints un chapeau assorti et un jupon-crinoline. Je suis donc très satisfaite en tous points.

Wenn man sich viel Ärger ersparen will, bestellt man dort nicht! Ich habe im Dezember zwei Kleider dort bestellt und extra für Expressversand bezahlt. Dann plötzlich auch noch fast 100€ Zoll zahlen müssen. Es fing damit an, dass die Ware schon mal nicht schnellstmöglich versendet wurde. Auf zweimalige Nachfrage beim Support kam keine Rückmeldung. Die Ware kam dann natürlich viel zu spät an, also Annahme verweigert. Von dem Ärger mit UPS fange ich hier erst gar nicht an, das zog sich nämlich auch über fast 4 wochen. Also Retoure angemeldet und dem Veaul Support mitgeteilt, dass ich die Annahme verweigert habe und die Ware zurück kommt. Nach mehreren Wochen ohne Rückmeldung, wurde mir dann von Veaul mitgeteilt, dass die Ware irgendwo feststeckt, eventuell vernichtet wird und ich mein Geld nicht zurück erhalte. In diesem Fall hätte Veaul als Verkäufer schon längst eine Nachforschung einleiten müssen. Wir reden hier immerhin von einem Warenwert in Höhe von fast 400€. Also habe ich schlussendlich einen PayPal Fall eröffnet, denen alles belegt und mein Geld in voller Höhe wieder erhalten.
