Dress was beautiful, just as pictured and came with accessories. Couldn't have been better. Thanks for keeping prices reasonable.

I loved the dress, but it was missing some pearls that were suppose to be on the waist. Other than that shipping was fast and it came with extra jewelry and a hoop skirt!

Don't believe what the website tells you about returns. I have been writing to support for the past few weeks with absolutely no reply. The dress itself didn't match the description at all either, it was frayed in places and much shorter than described online. It also cost me 170€ plus shipping of 44€. On top of this, the way it was packaged, meant that it arrived so creased and squashed. Looked terrible! Chinese production like this are manufacturing things that end up in land fills to the detriment of our planet. More and more people are really angry about this.

I ordered a dress using the measurements on their website. I had checked the return policy and their website says that you can return the item if it is the incorrect size. The dress was very small on me. I tried starting a return and got the blue screen of death several times. I tried the "contact us" form. They have never contacted me. I have tried contacting them three times and I have never gotten a response. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I wouldn't recommend shopping here.
I bought a dress after looking at the pictures and checking the size, but what I received was much too big. It looked like a Halloween costume.
I tried to process a refund through the website but couldn't send a request. Customer service was also unresponsive. Really a waste of money.

I received regular updates from the time I ordered the dress until its arrival. The dress was shipped with a couple of days, and arrived in approximately one week. It was very well packed, and is very well made with a very substantial lining and a built-in adjustable shelf bra. We will have to let out the waist considerably; this is my only complaint. Lovely very well made dress thank you!!

Commande passée le 6 octobre. 10 jours plus tard, l'étiquette d'expédition est créée, DHL attend toujours que le colis lui soit remis, alors que le colis est indiqué comme expédié sur le site. Aucune réponse du service client... Site à éviter

I ordered 2 pairs of heels, and they arrived crammed into 1 shoe box and the satin shoes were damaged. I've emailed the company and have yet to hear back. That was over 2 weeks ago, I tried logging back into my account, and I can't get back in. I've tried reseting my password and I can't because there's no way to verify that your not a robot, by clicking on the images. I've tried it now at 3 different location, thinking it my be my internet, but it definitely is not.

I tried to register with 2 different email addresses. Each time the web said that the email address is in use. Some sort of a scam.

The dress I ordered wasn’t good quality nor was the size the size I preferred. It was way too big. Spent a fortune sending it back and have been completely ghosted. No response. No refund. No acknowledgement of return or even a response to my emails. I would never recommend them. Do not buy from them.

While the dress we received was more or less as shown on the site, it arrived fairly late, and by the time we got it, we had a dress from elsewhere. I put in a return request well within the specified return period, never received any response. 4 months later, its status is still "Pending Approval"
Stay away.

On ne reçoit aucune réponse du service client. L'étiquette d'expédition à été créé mais l'article n'est toujours pas envoyé depuis 1 semaine. Dhl ne peut donner aucune explication non plus. Je ne suis même pas sûre de recevoir ma robe. Même si je devais la recevoir je ne commanderais plus chez Veaul.

The quality of the dress that arrived is similar to a Halloween costume. I’m trying to return the dress, I cannot get a single response via any Avenue (phone, email, chat.) I would not recommend ordering from this site no matter the cost savings.

We received the dress in 2 weeks which was as stated. Really impressed with the quality. Great material and well made. True to the size chart.

Grosse arnaque. J'ai passé commande le 23/05/23. Je n'ai jamais reçu le colis et je n'ai jamais été remboursé malgré mes 4 réclamations.
