The dress is genuinely so pretty and I love it so much!! My only problem was I didn't get any update emails so I never thought it was going to come. As well as for the corset piece of the dress there is no string but I'm not upset about that since I can just buy my own! But overall amazing dress with good quality and the prices really aren't bad at all!!

Ich erhielt sofort die Rücksendeanweisungen, doch der Status der Rückgabe blieb auf „ausstehende Genehmigung“. Ich wartete fünf Tage, aber es geschah nichts. Daraufhin habe ich den Artikel entsprechend den Anweisungen zurückgeschickt, wofür ich enorme 46 Euro an DHL zahlen musste. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Paket zugestellt. Allerdings hat seitdem niemand auf meine Nachrichten zur Rückgabe geantwortet – und das ist mittlerweile schon einen ganzen Monat her! Anscheinend hat auch niemand vor, zu antworten. Das ist schlichtweg Betrug!!!

Ordered shoes from here a month ago, the wrong product in the wrong size arrived weeks later. I submitted a support ticket and I’ve not heard back in over a month despite multiple follow ups. This company has scammed me out of $130USD + shipping to Australia.

Ordered two dresses for $352 USD (17/08/2024) and paid for express shipping. took them weeks to send it so it didn’t arrive on time.
Started a return and sent it back.
I still have not received my refund, and aside from automatic responses, there has been nothing from them.
Disgusting.

Very unprofessional company. I paid for expedited shipping and didn't receive it. I ordered my dress last month it still hasn't made it and I've already replaced my daughter's pagent dress. They don't respond to the issue and they haven't refunded me. They send automated messages DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Very janky.

I ordered two formal dresses for my daughter’s piano recital, and they were perfect! She received so many compliments.The dresses looked exactly as pictured, with great quality and fit, needing only a minor alteration to one train. Delivery was fast—within seven days. I was initially hesitant due to some reviews focused on customer service when trying to return dresses, luckily I did not need to return anything. Beautiful dresses and a smooth experience!

I ordered Vintage/retro royal blue prom dress 2024 beading sequins. I am impressed, the dress is very beautiful just like the picture, it fits perfectly. Delivery took 10 days which was good. Will definitely order again. The company just really needs to improve its Customer Service, to be responsive to customers' questions.

Pedí un vestido de novia y pague entrega rápida supuestamente demoraba de 24 h máximo 3 a 6 días y aun no recibo mi vestido he escrito a servicio al cliente y chat online y aun no contestan dicen lo pondremos en contacto con uno de nuestros asesores y hasta el día de hoy no se donde esta mi vestido .mi dinero esta perdido ..en esta compra creo ; no aconsejo comprar en esta tienda es estafa y no te dan ningún informe de que paso..lo peor que puede haber online..por ropa noo caigas tú también en sus mentiras por imagenes online qué nunca llega o que no son reales porque te están estafando..

I bought a dress which is small, but I can't return it. I send the return request on their website as it is directed, but it is no response. I sent 3 requests by now, zero replies... I stuck with the dress, which I paid $165 :(

I ordered a purple sparkle dress for an event
When it came in I was excited
Opened the bag and immediately it was the wrong color navy blue instead of purple
I tried it on and the opaic color was not sheer at all
After contacting customer service several times for an exchange or return literally ZERO response! What a S.h.i.t.t.y run company. It's been over a month with nothing. Buy at your own risk

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. The dress came but the shoulders were so tight she couldn't move her arms from in front for fear of ripping the dress. So, I submitted a return ticket and waited for a response - never came. I returned the dress, which then got stuck in customs for several months and was finally delivered on May 11,2024. As of today, I still have not received a refund.
Since, I was concerned about the original dress getting stuck. I reordered the dress with the correct shoulder width - which is not a measurement they originally asked for. And then I waited and emailed and opened support tickets. Then finally, 2 weeks before prom I received a response that said they had been closed due to a mandatory 3 week holiday. The week of prom, I finally received the dress and thankfully, it fit. Jokingly, we referred to it as the prom the almost didn't happen.
I have since told everyone, I will never order another item from this company. Horrible customer service, slow shipping if around a national holiday, and no response or refund if you have a return.

Je vous ai envoyé les deux robes par DHL, ce qui m'a coûté très cher.
Vous avez reçu les deux robes depuis le 11 juillet 2024.

They told me I would receive my order within 10 days, but I got it after 16 days, and the wedding was already over. Then the nightmare began when I tried to return it. No one responded to my questions or tickets. They don't have a phone number to call, and the chat on the website is terrible. I had to pay the return cost, and after 16 days, I still haven't received anything or even an email. Now I have to try getting a refund through PayPal.
DONT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ils ne répondent à aucun mail, le retour des articles sont très onéreux 49 € pour une robe ! En plus , ils ne remboursent pas l'article alors que le colis leur a bien été remis ! et ils ne m'ont pas remboursé non plus la 2 ème robe que j'avais commandée en même temps et que je n'ai jamais reçue : ça m'a couté 134 € plus les 49 € d'envoi et n'ai rien en retour donc je ne recommande pas ce site
