Van line direct and van compare send your details out of the EEA and have no interest in helping you. They take your money and add late fees it took me 15 days and over 20 phone calls to get no where. Do not waste your time or money.

Customer service is dusgusting
Customer service is dusgusting. Ive had a van insured for 6 years and now its suddenly been cancelled. The info was all sent over to you. All advisors do not grasp what we are telling them and just cancelled the policy even though all info has been sent. Disgusting

Price changed after paying online
I moved my insurance for 2 vans to this company, paid in full 3 weeks ago and cancelled renewal with the old company. Now on the day the policy starts they want more money and thto change underwriters. I've spent 35 minutes on the phone to someone who was hard to understand to achieve nothing except paying another £150 which makes it dearer than the original renewal - avoid.
