Sold a policy told to pay extra after to add on what I needed to then check mollify a few days later and it didn’t come what paid for.
Money out of pocket and a van off the road wouldn’t bother with this crock of shit.

Cheapest quote was£450 more than the cheapest one I got with go compare, so not only did you waste my time but you also cost me another £100 that I didn’t need to spend, overall absolutely useless will definitely not be recommending you to anyone, or using again!!
Revived a call today, and whilst they could not match price they were very apologetic, then I was told that I was getting my cancellation charges back! So credit were credits due. Very nice to have a call and a company that actually care👍

I had searched many brokers via google…
I had searched many brokers via google search to renew our company insurance on two vans. I was having an absolute nightmare. And not being given sensible advice. I spoke with Sam Walker at Van Compare, and despite the call lasting for over an hour so they could get all the info.
They came back to me with a much more realistic quotation. I would definitely recommend Van Compare. Who managed to sort it all out and get cover for me in half a day. Compared to some insurers being given over a week to issue me a quote. Then coming back late to me. Telling me they couldn't help.

What a bunch of morons!
What a bunch of morons!! , I had my van policy with these idiots since March this year, unfortunately I had to scrap my van as there where too many costs to get it through the MOT. I cancelled the insurance and was told I had to pay £80.68 fee, I said I would look into this as it seemed too high, The emails and text messages started straight away 'IMPORTANT PAY YOUR BILL' ' AVOID DEBT PAY YOUR BILL' I received 2-4 email and text a day 7days a week, I paid the bill after I was satisfied I could not get out of paying this ridiculous amount, I received an email confirming I had paid and yet I am still being bombarded with threatening email and texts KEEP AWAY FROM THIS AMATEUR HOUR COMPANY

Van line direct and van compare send your details out of the EEA and have no interest in helping you. They take your money and add late fees it took me 15 days and over 20 phone calls to get no where. Do not waste your time or money.
