Had my quotes yesterday which by the way were not competitive !
Since then though I have been pestered by continuous phone ringing from different companies
I clicked Email only to contact if they had too but obviously they ignored that as it did not give you the option to not allow phone contact . I will not be using them again .
It’s bad enough trying to sort through scam calls without having to deal with bad insurance quotes phoning trying to get a better price , here is a top tip for insurance companies GIVE YOUR BEST QUOTE FIRST AND STOP MESSING ABOUT.

Poor customer relationship
Really disappointed with the customer service. I got an online quote, only to be contacted within 30 seconds by a broker claiming he could get me a better price. His quote was nearly double the online price. After questioning it, he reduced it, but it was still more expensive.
When I said I wanted to shop around, he hung up before I could finish speaking. I then found a quote through Compare the Market for around half the price.
Three days later, they called again. When I said I was already sorted, the broker hung up on me again.
I understand time is money, but this felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. Good customer service costs nothing, and unfortunately this experience has put me off using the company in the future.
