V Tac Arvostelua 

I had an issue with my V-TAC LED controller, and even though the store I bought it from had closed down, the V-TAC team went above and beyond to help. They handled my case quickly and replaced the faulty item as a one-time courtesy.

Really impressed with how understanding and professional their support was — thank you to the team for sorting everything out!

Kyla from V-Tac was extremely helpful in resolving a missing clip issue. Lights had been ordered from Toolstation but arrived missing the fixings clips on 4 of the items. A small amount of extra packaging tape would have made a big difference to survive transit through the Parcelforce network. Thank you to V-Tac for sending replacement clips. This has saved me a 90 mile round trip to Toolstation to return the items and the additional hassle of finding another set of lights. I have previously purchased V-Tac lights and I am very pleased with them.

I received my replacement light today, thank you all involved for a quick response and how it was handled, however good a product or service is things go wrong or fail that’s life it’s how they are resolved by the company’s etc that is important you have been exceptional that makes a change these days. Excellent company to deal with. No issues with replacing a faulty light within warranty period.

When one of their LED tube lights failed after 3 years, Customer Services replaced this. They were incredibly helpful and quick. Rarely does one find this high level of service and help. Brilliant.

Light stopped working after 2 years. Called v tac. New light delivered within 4 days. Fantastic customer service. 10 out of 10. You could teach aliexpress a thing or 2. Thank you. Well done.

I contacted V-TAC about some downlighters which stopped within their 5 year warranty period. I received a brand new box of replacement lights literally a couple of days later. Excellent customer service!

I’ve had a fantastic experience with V Tac, and I’m genuinely impressed. The product I bought was great value and worked beautifully. When I reached out to their support team, they were quick to respond, incredibly helpful and made everything easy. The issue I had was resolved promptly and professionally, and I felt completely looked after throughout. I honestly can’t fault them. I’m happy to recommend both their products and their customer service to anyone.

Bought this product purely on its five year warranty. It is built incredibly cheaply. Was asked if I wanted a receipt? How else are you supposed to claim against a five year warranty without a receipt? Interestingly the receipt was on thermal paper and will be illegible in twelve months time! I've photographed the receipt for posterity.

I was missing a bracket for my light. Annoying but it happens. Gave customer services a call. Spoke to Daniel who could not have been more helpful. Apologised and one is in the post to me today.

It is not that things go wrong as sometimes they do. Good companies just fix them.

The lead is too short to do anything with.

Efficient Customer Service resolved the missing clip issue. Better packaging would have helped.

What a great company they dealt with my issue in a swift and professional manner. I highly recommend this company and would use them in the future again.

I can't fault this company, as this is the second time in dealing with their customer service team with excellent service provided. They honour their 5yr warranty policy even when the equipment is 4yrs 8 months old and sent out a replacement unit.
As far as I am concerned, I will not purchase any other external lighting from an alternative manufacturer - V Tac will be my go to product.

It just worked - the process - very happy as all sorted out so quick. My contact at vtac Daniel was very polite and efficient.

You need to give your email and details to turn a light on and off? What a bunch of clowns

I had a new bathroom supplied and fitted in September 2023. The spot lights that came were part of the package. These have went faulty and the bathroom company were not interested. I reached out to VTac and my query was answered quickly and effectively. The customer service I received from Daniel was brilliant. There was no hesitation in replacing these lights. Clear communication and I cant speak highly enough about them. They obviously value customers unlike the bathroom company.

Ich hatte nach ca. 8 Monaten eine defekte Leuchte, diese wurde auch problemlos ausgetauscht. Leider ist nach 10 Monaten auch die Austauschleuchte ausgefallen. Antwort Kundenservice: bereits getauschte Lampen werden nicht erneut ausgetauscht. Laut Herstellungsetikett ist die Leuchte nicht einmal ein Jahr alt geworden. Schade, nicht sehr Kundenorientiert.

Fazit, ich werde nicht nochmal bei V-TAC kaufen und setze auf andere Hersteller mit besserem Kundenservice!
