It makes a nice change when a company sorts out a warranty issue without making you jump through hoops . One phone call and one email and within 48 hrs new units were delivered. The service I received couldn’t be faulted and I would be happy to recommend them and their products in the future .

Very disappointing lack of response to claim re failed LED batten with a 5-year warranty. Automated email received on 13 June 2026 giving a ticket number and saying "A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours)." Nothing since despite reminder.

V tac were totally committed to solving my problem and keeping customer satisfaction amazing. I will be recommending them to everyone.

A really good company to deal with they responded after I sent an email with pictures of my failing led tubes.
It is good to know that there was no argument, still within the 5 year warranty.
They even sent a spare one. Delivery next day by DPD.

I purchased a v-tac pir floodlight in July 2023. I purchased it from Toolstation who told me that it was now the responsibility of the supplier as it was outside the 12 warranty period.
I picked this particular model for its 5 year warranty. Its nearly into the third year of it warranty.
I contacted V-tac yesterday 3/6/26sent photos of the faulty light and receipt.
Today 4/06/26 I have been informed by the company that a new replacement has been dispatched
And I have received an email from the courier informing me that they have received my order for dispatch.

I bought a 6kw hybrid inverter and battery set which worked very well for about 36 hours then stopped completely. Tried reaching out to their help lines etc but no luck, about 3 weeks now. The company who I bought the set from have also not been able to get a reply from them. Advise to stear clear of this product until they get their customer support sorted out. At the moment I have a £4.5k metal box sitting idle.

Bought 8 VTAC LED strips for my garage at the end of 2024, at the end of 2025 one had a slight fault, it became dim and started flickering. One email sent and the next day a replacement sent out. Could not fault their customer service! Thank you!

I bought a V-TAC light fitting on line and was pleased to receive the product, as described. Upon installation I found one of the LED tubes would not work in either fitting. Having e mailed their Customer Services I was very pleased with the prompt and no fuss resolution of the problem. Well done and thank you.

I had a small issue with my first product, and they sent me a brand new replacement just after one day. The customer service is honestly the best I have experienced. The staff were friendly, quick to respond, and made everything stress free. I’ll definitely be buying from them again. Highly recommended!!!

Very quick at replacing faulty baton light,got an upgraded version as old one was obsolete. Sent details away and I received replacement in a couple of days. Excellent customer service.

We have a lot of V-Tac lights but the one we have had for less then 6 moths, half has stopped working, the product is now discontinued and the supply is no longer stocking V-Tac lighting, tried to get help from customer service who were sending me to companies who are not stocking the replacement light and want me to buy 10 lights as they are supplied to them from V-Tac in packs of 10, customer service sent me to another company who only supply people with accounts who buy regularly but I just need to replace the broken one light, not very helpful at all. the light itself when working is very good.

4 star for the light as it stopped working after 18months, however 5 star for customer service whom replaced the item with a new one in a couple of days, very helpful and was quick with response thank you
