Printer delivery was slow, likely a regional issue rather than an issue from the company.

Everything arrived intact.

It took a considerable amount of time to resolve the hardware issues we were experiencing, but after we received the replacement part(s), and installed them, our Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro has been nothing short of amazing!!

This was a gift for my son. Received it in March. It is now June. He is in college and has only had time on weekends to use it. He printed one small item. Started a second item and it failed. Tried the next weekend and it failed. He has not been able to print anything since the first item. Have been going back and forth with customer service for two weeks. No closer to a solution.

The Centauri Carbon was well packaged and works super well. I have around 300 print hours on it and continues to print perfectly. I hope this printer will continue to serve me for a long time

Delivery service is a scam, they freight company send a false report of delivery, don't know if that is in conjunction with the Elegoo company or not, any way I will suit the company for a false delivery "BE AWARE"

I bought the Neptune 3 pro as a starter 3D printer. It was really easy to use and fairly cheap but a. I feel like I didn't get all of the accessories that I feel like should have came with it, but maybe not

Love Elegoo filament. My first time buying from them directly. I would have given 5 stars but the packaging was not the best. 15 items shipped in one box with 2/3 of the top row of 5 was not in the box. It was just secured in the open ended box with shipping tape that peeled layers off half the individual boxes

Ordering your 3D Printers is very easy. Simple questions are no problem. Tougher questions such as technical issues only get emails. Multiple times I asked for a technician to contact me by phone and never received a phone call. To me it is not good customer service, and disrespectful. It seems like if there is an issue with ordering I get phone call, but a technical question all I get is emails. I am not a technical person, so a person to speak to would go a long way by having someone to talk me through an issue. If the service after the sale does not improve, I feel I will have to spend my money with a different company. So, the reason I scored you 3 stars is great job on the sale so 5 for that, service after the sale is a 1, so 3 total. So, give me a call and speak with me and when I am ready to buy my 5th printer it will be from you. Otherwise, I will look for printers somewhere else.

My carbon 2 keeps giving me filament loading errors right out of the box. I've followed the instructions to the letter. Can I send it back and get a refund?

I didn’t receive my purchase. And the insurance that should’ve covered it won’t do cover it

Actually the purchase went great. Shipping was super fast and everything arrived in good shape. It the service after the sale that absolutely sucks! We've needed spare parts to fix certain things and we've gotten zero help despite emailing the company for assistance. I've even told them exactly what I need and get no assistance

The products are amazing! The shipping though is terrible. The shipper cracked my UV cowl The routes the career would take were weird or just completely the opposite direction. I really hope they change it because I want to buy their FDM printer but if the shipping is the same I'm going to order from a different brand.

They shorted me a roll of filament in my order and would not make it right.

Package did not arrive and when the delivery company could not locate it Elegoo stepped in and now has offered to ship a second printer provided I refuse the first shipment if it ever shows up. I am now upgrading my experience with Elegoo as they did understand my frustration with the shipping company they have. I am hoping now the shipment arrives fast with no issues. I am not moving to all 5 stars as I have not yet received the printer. Once that happen I will update it.

Me encanta la marca. Desde mi impresora hasta la resina y ahora el nuevo filamento que tengo han sido maravillosos. Mi unico problema son las compañías de delivery. GOFO siempre tenia problemas con mi dirección y dejaban mis en otra parte y ahora, en mi último pedido (un rollo de filamento Galaxy y un bote de resina) solo recibi el finamente pero no la resina y marcaron como si hubiesen entregado todo... se que no es culpa de ustedes, pero igual se pierde la buena experiencia con Elegoo...

I really do like and enjoy this machine. It is plug and play right out of the box.
The app and wifi though have issues. The wifi on the printer keeps going offline and has been saying that the cloud service is unavailable. To one point its fine. Nobody needs to know what I am printing, but it means I can’t see the progress of the print or send the stl.
The time estimation of each print is usually a ways off. Some multiboard plate stacks take more than a day and the estimate is more than an hour off by the end.
The print quality is awesome. I just use the Elegoo slicer. It works great, and when the wifi is working, i love being able to send the stl. to the printer.

I had an issue with the printer the first time using it, I tried to find a phone number but couldn't - I opened a support ticket and all I got was an email with a link that opens a support page in Chinese. I have a new printer that doesn't work and no way to get a hold of anyone.
