If i remember correctly i went to check on the shipping date of the long awaited Canvas for the CC1. i bought it on April 28th. we are in June... it wont be delivered until August. yeah!??! the site worked, and told me the date but the canvas was supposed to come out q3 of last year... so... good and bad.

Answered all my questions in a timely fashion

Love the products I've been buying, the Centauri Carbon is a great printer, the filament seems to be pretty consistent and the customer service has been quick to respond and help resolve any issue if they come up

The warehouse here in the USA makes delivery fast. The machine (Neptune 4 Max) is a great machine that will produce great prints for those that have some experience with old bed singers under their belt.

Customer service is amazingly professional, Elegoo is one of the if not the best companies in the 3d printing market.

Printed the benchy, then stopped working and delivered z-motor error messages.

I am still awaiting a clear defined process for my rebate that I paid for and when it is supposed to occur.

I have three elegoo printers, two filament and one Resin. I like them very much. I hope one day they’ll come out with 300 mm size build plate model.

Great product, fast shipping, fun to use, easy to setup. Was a gift for my 10 year old. He was printing with it in under an hour now he is in tinkercad building his own prints and all over printables finding models. Great machine for new users and big enough to grow with my son.

I have purchased two 3D FDM printers (Centauri Carbon, Centauri Carbon 2 Combo), spare consumable parts, filament and other items from Elegoo.
All have arrived promptly and in good condition. All have worked straight out of the box after the simple assembly process and after self-calibration. The printers are tough-built workhorses, turning out prints reliably.
The one call I made to support was answered promptly and resolved rapidly (education only). For the price and quality, they are hard to beat. Provided you follow the basics for successful 3D printing, they will reward with good quality prints every time.
Software updates have occurred smoothly. There are apparently issues with their remote access servers and the associated apps, but my printers are always in LAN mode, which works fine here.
I cannot speak for their resin printers, since I have never owned one, but I can attest to their hobby electronics products, which I have purchased in the past and continue to purchase as needed.

Great printer! Purchased the Satun 3 Ultra because a coworker said his was great and it has not disappointment. Would recommend.

Clogged up. Changed the filament head, got worse. Put in a new extruder and still clogs up

Part of the printer was broekn in shipping and the team immidietly replaced it and gave intruction.

I have the color and the first centari carbon printers. Had one issue with the bed in the first one elegoo replaced it . The color printer only had a minor issue with detecting filament in the head just dust. Learned to keep it blowed out better. The internet networking is the only real issue I’ve had. Have to go to lan connection then WiFi. Is the only common problem I have. As for printing does a super job on the details. People love the details in my prints. That’s still just using the .2 to .4 nozzle. Excellent job. Especially if u use A.I. for fine detailing the prints. My printers run constantly though only down time is to pm them. Wish u could do more in there slicer program detailing cuts and not losing the color when slicing. But over all very happy with the print jobs. Would buy another centari carbon. Have owned one for 8 months now have 1400 hrs on it. The newer color have 900 hrs on it. From 6 months old to 9 months in the length I’ve owned them.

I purchased another PSU and build plate- which are working well! The quality is great and the price was reasonable. What I am really want to talk about, is that I called Elegoo support. My Sat 4 Ultra printer had locked up. The support crew walked me, step by step through trouble shooting my issue. We finally found the solution. Elegoo support Is OUTSTANDING!!! Thanks!

I have 2 carbon 2s, both are misbehaving

ONE is now completely inoperative

One has CANVAS feeding errors

These problems have been ongoing since the machines were 1 month old.

I have been working with customer support for several months unsuccessfully.

Now customer support has stopped responding at all.

Now my Neeptune 4 MAX bed heater fails to maintaing 70C When im printing PETG leading to failed prints.

I'll start a ticket for that today, but I assume they won't answer me. I have contacted my Credit card company and amazon about these issues and have started a dispute on the 2 CARBON 2s.

I enjoyed these printers for the short time they were working correctly.

At this point I wouldn't wish these printers on my worst enemy.

These printers were bought in December - January and February and they started failing in March

Filament came in within a short time good price for Fillament good quality.
