I love my Neptune 3D. Had to replace fans in extruder, bought them through Amazon 'Big Mistake'. Only use Elegoo parts.
I have one peeve. the slot for the SD Card is in a bad place. Old man like me struggles to see the slot and then trying to put it in. just saying. Love My Printer.

like the great value and appearance it is great quality works well in my printer. Downside I don't really care for the time of spool use. Toight weight and does bounce a little bit rewinding the reel I'm asm pro 2. Overall is great thank you

I love the product and the pricing. I can't stand the cardboard spools but I have been able to learn to deal with them. The reason I'm giving a poor feedback is for the shipping. Some idiot, opens a box and stacks a bunch of smaller boxes together them tapes the shit out of them. There are 2 problems with this, one being that it takes a ridiculous amount of time to cut thru all the tape, plus the spools aren't protected and get damaged in shipping, thus making the cardboard spools even more difficult. In short, the product is good but the shipping procedures are ridiculous. If the shipping doesn't improve, I'll be forced to look for another supplier to keep my 40 machines running.

My first order was great. The post office will not deliver to my physical residence, so when they sent my first order via UPS I understood this as their method of shipping; so I placed a second order. They sent that order via the U.S. Postal Service. The post office will not transfer the package to my PO Box, so this was returned to shipper. After some back and forth with customer service, they finally agreed not to make me pay for the shipping costs. It would be nice if they would let the customer select shipping method at checkout. Many other vendors do this.

Always quick shipping through Amazon. Great price, especially when sales are going on. I have used most of their selection, but usually stick with HS PETG, PLA and PETG CF/GF. Good speed, good flow, color matching is good spool to spool. Always have some on hand, and if the quality remains great for the price I will continue to buy.

Placed online order, over a week later it shows shipping label created but no shipment was sent. No corresponding customer service contact for my order is available. I am stuck waiting for a printer that's apparently in limbo, worst ordering experience ever. DO NOT buy from Elegoo.

I was hoping when I purchased this machine that eventually I would be able to enjoy the ability to print multicolor via an ams device that was promised. Well that never happened. To be quite honest because of this caused me to lose faith in elegoos ability to deliver when it comes to their products. This probably will be first and last purchase with this company due to the false promises made and letting their customers who purchased down.

Still haven't received my product and there has been no communication

The experience has been a disaster. The carrier for Elegoo lost our package. I contacted the insurance company (seel support) and they refuse to send another printer or issue a refund unless I disable all my security measures on a company computer. At this point elegoo, and Seel, have charged over $400 from me and I do not have a printer. I will never do business with either again.

Delivery was incomplete and SEEL's AI based delivery guarantee system was unable to resolve the issue as described in their messages.
EDIT: Once I was able to get into contact with an actual human support worker this was quickly resolved, but that took some effort.

I love my Neptune 3 pro gonna stick with elegoo for sure been wanting to get a centauri carbon 2 my birthday is coming soon but it’s pretty pricey but is definitely a good company

I purchased an Elegoo Phecda 10W + accessories kit. The purchase process was easy, shipping was reasonably fast, and packaging was excellent. Assembly was somewhat complicated by poor documentation, but with a couple of YouTube videos I was able to figure it out. I'm using LaserGRBL, and it works well enough.

Some of the design choices are odd. Moving back and forth between the flat cut grid and the rotary attachment is very awkward. The height requirements change, and changing out the feet is not quick. The lack of limit switches makes positioning overly manual. The worst decision is requiring the user to manually swap the 4-wire Y-axis connector between the rotary stage and the Y-axis motor...when there is an unused Y2 4-pin connector on the microcontroller board. I have serious concerns about the longevity of that connector. The rotary stage design is poor, and only useful for very cylindrical objects. I'm currently using my (Elegoo) 3D printer to print some accessories.

Given the price, I'm happy. Cut size is huge, power is sufficient, and I don't mind a little tinkering (this is my 4th Elegoo printer/cutter, so I knew what I was probably getting into). But...some design decisions just seem odd.

The shipping was very fast. My order had two different types of things and arrived separately but from different shippers. This wasn't super clear when ordering. Also, it wasn't clear from the website what came with my Saturn Ultra 3, but I am incredibly happy with my purchase and Elegoo.

Great product, very well packaged, looks high tech, works great and reliable, fast delivery.

The site is easy to maneuver. I love Elegoo’s filaments. So far I have used different PLA & PETG types. I love the color offerings, and the filaments are in stock most of the time. And their customer service & satisfaction guaranteed shipping (with a small fee) is great!
I have recommended this filament and the site to a friend who has now become a customer too.
