so far so good, my order was delivered a few days ahead of schedule, but it would be better if spare parts and stuff was already in stock.
Also the fan set I ordered did not incudes the fan I actually needed - better and more complete description would be nice.

I recently received my CANVAS unit for my Centauri Carbon. I was in need of Rapid PETG filament and was able to place my order through Elegoo US for less than it would have cost me on Amazon and received it within a few days. Their service has been excellent.

My CC1 printer is built solidly and works well, but the software leaves something to be desired. Be very clear up front that this printer isn't supported by your Matrix app.

I cannot express how awful the warranty and customer service has been on Elegoo products. I purchased a printer, it had issues from the start. The issues were intermittent so they were hard to track. I finally reached out to support and the first issue is when I send a message to support it can take at minimum a day to multiple days to receive a response. There is never a back and forth conversation, even if I respond minutes after their reply. They have had me take apart and reassemble the machine four times now. They promised that after this last time, having to remove the motherboard and reinstall it that they would finally “negotiate a resolution.” After again, it didn’t work because it is the Z axis motor which they have been very reluctant to replace for some reason (I told them that was most likely the issue at the beginning). They now tell me I have to disassemble the machine for the fifth time and reassemble again and hope that this finally resolves it. It has now been three months of dealing with support on this issue, during this time the warranty expired and they tried to tell me that it was no longer in warranty. After a long back and forth they finally agreed to honor the warranty because I notified them of the issues months prior and it is there slow response that is what is making this take so long. During this time, I finally just purchased a second printer because I can’t have a printer down for that long. When it arrived, the new printer had a part fall off immediately within its first print. I am guessing it probably shook loose in shipping, so that might not be their fault and I was able to repair it myself. But BEWARE! Only purchase if you’re willing to take a real gamble or to get into really deep internal repairs such as soldering, disassembly and rebuilding motors in the printer. Don’t expect anything with the warranty other than saving money on some of the parts.

The support member was quick in responding, very polite, and was able to help me with my issue! Absolutely great service.

I accidentally bought a resin printer and I reached out before it shipped but no one saw my email until after it shipped. One I got a response I elected to pay $28 to have the printer shipped back to Elegoo without first arriving to my house. The printer arrived to my house anyway and I have sent 3 follow up emails asking what I need to do to ship it back. It’s been about a week and I still haven’t received a response. The printer is still at my house awaiting instructions from Elegoo. Please help. I have since bought 2 Elegoo filament printers from Amazon instead of directly from Elegoo because of this problem.

Love my Printer! Just received my Canvas for multicolor.

My first printer was the elegoo Centauri carbon. I was new to 3d printing and thank goodness this thing works right out of the box. I’ve ordered several accessories and filament and every time the process is seamless. Great company and even better experience

The printer is very fast. My last printer, time was a major constraint for me. Now, even the default speed is faster than my previous printer that was already pushing it's limit. The print quality is astonishing. It printed a 3D benchy almost perfectly. The text on the benchy is perfectly legible in the first layer and almost perfect in the back. the only spots that were not too well was a the side window where it only struggled when the angle was about 75 degrees. I can finally use up the entire spool and not worry about splicing filament thanks to the CANVAS system being able to automate switch to another spool automate when another runs out. I absolutely love the CC2 with CANVAS. If I were going to suggest a 3D printer, it would definitely be the CC2

I had 2 orders one for filament and one for the carbon 2. I constantly messaged them about the shipment status since it showed undeliverable for the filament and the printer did not show movement for almost a week. Customer service is oblivious and have no common sense. They continually advised the packages would be delivered but tracking showed otherwise.

I asked for a refund on both shipments since I never received them and they couldn’t even process it in a timely manner and wanted to send me replacements instead. Why would I trust replacements if 2 shipments already got lost? Just give me back my money.

I got a bad spool of DTG the filament is very brittle . The sealed package has been stored in office room(air conditioning 73F / less than 50% humidity) since it arrived at my location The sealed filament was opened less than few hours before the notice of a default
As today i had no explanation from Eleego

Since I have installed my canvas system it has not worked correctly. I can print with one color at a time just like before I installed it but now every time I have to turn it off before every print to reset an alarm. The Elegoo team has been super responsive with trying to help me figure this out.

Customer service while trying to get two centauri carbon 2's has been terrible. They cannot provide a reasonable fix, and will not provide refund/replacement for two defective units

Reliable products and great pricing. The shipping can sometimes be slow but the product always comes well packaged.

Absolutely in love with my printer

I now own three Saturn 4 Ultra 12K 3D Resin Printers to print out the game pieces of my BATTLE THIS! board game soon to be sold on Amazon this Summer. The Saturn 4 Ultra 12K 3D Resin Printer is very reliable, very minor issues and allows me to print with confidence.

I have now had my machine for about 2 weeks. So far so good. My only issue was my plates came in damaged. Best part they shipped them anyway. But I had insurance (seel)that covered them. So, kudos to them.
Other than that, all is well at the moment. Delivery was quick. Product seems good so far and the quality isn't bad at all,

The elegoo makes great prints and is very easy once the sysyem is learned. Great software etc. I am a self learner but it is very intuative.
