New to 3d printing , I found it easy to jump in with centurion carbon 2.

Great Upgrade for my CC with the Canvas. Very Nice to have 4 choices of filament now loaded up. The installation was pretty easy. Nice one Elegoo.

Tried printing Minis with FDM and ran into nothing but frustration. Since purchasing I haven’t had a single failed print, and all of my minis are coming out beautifully.

This is my absolute first 3D printer I purchased, I did some looking around, compared pricing, and while I was shopping in a mall, I found a 3D pring Shop. These guys had other brand name printers, and the CC 1 and CC 2.
I was asking the manager about how this works and other topics around 3D printing. I asked what is the best starter printer......CC 2.
I was thinking I was going to spend around $600 - $800.
I got the CC 2 Combo package for less than ½ of that.
What I love about it is how user friendly it is and setup was very reasonable.
There is a learning curve, but not too bad. I enjoy how each print shows up in the highest quality. It just works great.
When I ordered it, I was surprised that it was delivered right on time and very well packaged.
I recommend this as a strong starter package for someone starting out in 3 D printing.
You will not be disappointed.

So far so good, the printer was fairly easy to set up, and it prints well. What's annoying though, first a sticker was placed across the screen and removing it left glue residue which AI still haven't been able to complete my remove, secondly, I can't print over the wifi using Orca slicer and the elegoo slicer is not that great. Software needs improvement, hardware is excellent 👍

I was hesitant at first then I bought 1 of the centauri 2 printers after a week I bought another one. I love this printer, im completely new to 3d printing and the price for this printer with the quality of it is amazing. And im enjoying it greatly, being able to get two around the price of one competitor printer is so nice can split big prints up into both and get them done faster. Only thing id like to say is the multicolor, it prints so nice but it waistes alot and takes longer this is just a fyi for fellow newbies, I just print one color now and prime and airbrush my prints I prefer this method anyway having the 4 rolls of spool with auto feed is nice either way no. And every thing ive ordered has come in quick and in perfect shape.

The parts of the new system were not assembling inspite of it being new, the return process is taking too long, There is no phone number to speak to anyone, the person on the email who contacted me has yet to give me a process to return the product, even if the product is top class - I would not buy it considering the support I have received so far.

Fast shipping, great prices, excellent customer service. Elegoo will continue to be my go to for filament.

I really like the filament but the packaging was horrible! I ordered 2 cases of 10 and they took 5 out of one of the cases and taped them to the top of another case, then took the remaining 5, wrapped a piece of cardboard around them and shipped that... Why not just leave the 10 spools in their box and ship each case? Most of the taped spools were damaged enough that they are giving me issues while printing now...

I absolutely love Elegoo support. They are always quick to respond to my questions and problems. Even with the time difference they are prompt. They are always polite and respectful.
