Received my canvas unit as promised. took my time putting it together, only problem i had was port on back did not work but used the extension that was supplied and worked great

The cardboard used for the spool
The cardboard used for the spool, while great idea, but not great in reality. Jammed 4 times and knotted up. The spool would not spin correctly. After some balancing and removing the knots, has been better.

Good value
The packages arrived in a timely manner (~3-5 days). My Neptune 4 was well packaged and is working well with some filament. The tracking service worked, but isn't too advanced. But overall, I'm happy with my purchase and Elegoo presents some strong value for money.

The printer was received damaged
The printer was received damaged. It was very difficult getting in touch with customer service. The live chat was the only way I could get reasonable information. I've returned the broken printer and have not received a replacement nearly 2 weeks later.

Purchased a used good unit
Purchased a used good unit, despite some negative reviews seen. Unit arrived in working order, minus accessories. Overall positive experience, though I did have low expectations regarding a used unit. Delivery was a bit slow, but item arrived in satisfactory condition.

1 star because their filament is good. "0" stars because they pack their orders like crap. cardboard spools are already fragile, pack them like you care. instead of just taping individual filament boxes together.

Great quality filament
Great quality filament, but colors are very inconsistent within each batch. If you order a 10pack of purple they will all be slightly different shades.
