Great product, good price and fast shipping.

The printers are fantastic! Work better than anything I have used. I have purchased 3 Centauri Carbons, 1 Neptune Max, and 1 Orange Storm Giga.

For where Elegoo is positioned in the market, they have the best customer service and customer experience! I feal with several if the bigger names in the industry, and although the take care of their customers, they are not half as responsive or helpful as Elegoo. Everytime I think "Elegoo is going to let me down..." they prove me wrong. Could not be happier.

Great PLA and PETG, and the price and shipping is awesome, I have used 40-50 roles of there stuff, and all of them have been perfect

The responsiveness and follow through was wonderful. The delivery came when promised. I am very impressed with Jett and Fiona. Those two are great examples of great customer service.

Purchased an open box CC2, liked that it came in a timely manner. Everything was in order nothing missing, was in great shape, and it was affordable for a person like me. Would and probably will be purchasing open box again in the future.

Tracking on orders inconsistent, no projected arrival date making it hard to plan, one order came in 4 shipments spread accross a week

Delivery was fast and quality of product was exceptional.

Paypal switched the shipping to an old address and the team was able to fix it/cancel the order. It would be nice if they could automate the address change/cancelation process. Product arrived intact and looks fantastic. Finished my first 15 hour print and it looks great!

I wasted over $2000 on your products. I have purchased your Neptune 3+. And had numerous issues with it to the point where I had bought a secondary Neptune 3+ and the same issues continue. Getting in contact with your customer care team for technical support team. It’s practically impossible and useless. Waiting for spare parts to come in The mail was ridiculous almost 5 weeks. As of now, I’m the only thing I would purchase from your company is just your PLA. As a purchasing another machine from you, I don’t know if that would ever happen again

1. I bought the bundle (printer + 3 black filaments) in $450, few hours later elegoo launched a promo for $380 with one filament. i tried to cancel my order or try to get price match but they didn't care at all.
2. Tracking time and platform are not good at all. It says that delivery time is 3 to 7 days but at this point, 12 days later, I haven't received my filaments yet!!!!! Tracking page doesn't show any updated information so I don't know when I'm receiving them. So frustrated.

Even the printer is good so far, I would not recommend to buy it directly from Elegoo since their logistics and marketing sucks, try from other retail like amazon or h&b.

All of my experiences with buying filament went great all of my packages came in on time and as expected no damage 5 stars no doubt

My review is solely of the experience I had when dealing with the contact support.

I originally ordered several items for a Mars 5 set up but that same day I had a payment issue/bill come up I was not expecting. So, I contact support to cancel my order so I can prioritize the unexpected bill. 2 days pass without hearing back from support and by that time some of the items of the order were shipping already.
They finally responded back the following day finally reached back out to me stating that “We found that the order has already been shipped out. The tracking number for your package is [REDACTED], and it is currently on its way to you.”

So I contact them again after I received all the items in regards to a refund and they told me I’d have to pay a restocking fee and pay for the shipping myself to return the items. Which to me is completely unfair because if the contact team would have addressed my inquiry in a timely fashion they could have canceled the order in time.

Even after making a fuss they still expected me to pay for shipping the items myself of which is just unacceptable to me. I’m very frustrated and disappointed in the way this was handled. I have 3 other printers from elegoo and I think I’ll start shopping elsewhere as a result of this incident.
