I had to file the front edge of the purge chute. The build plate was hitting it causing it to level the bed in the middle of the air. After that it would work properly.

After the initial CC1 launch, the announcement that multi-color support would not be coming as originally expected felt like a major change in direction. I was extremely disappointed and honestly ready to call it a bait-and-switch.
However, now that Elegoo has finally released the Canvas upgrade for the CC1, I'm genuinely excited. It works great and delivers the functionality that was promised.
While I still believe Elegoo hurt its reputation by launching the CC2 with multi-color support before fulfilling its commitment to CC1 owners, the important thing is that they ultimately followed through on their word. They promised multi-color support for the CC1, and they delivered.
Because of that, I can confidently say that I will continue to spend money with Elegoo in the future. They honored their commitment, and in doing so, they have earned my business and trust going forward.

Purchase and shipping were as expected. Assembly was straightforward and well documented. So far, the product prints very well. The printer's software is very buggy, and often does not connect to the Elegoo slicer. Matrix seems to connect well, but I can rarely get the camera to display in Matrix. Also, I have not been able to update firmware OTA, so I am forced to update firmware manually. Additionally, the Elegoo site does not have the firmware files available in their downloads section, so I am forced to get the firmware updates from a 3rd party site.

Bought the ECC1 2nd generation printer and used it every day with mostly great results. Solid printer no doubt. Shipping was fast and packaging was top notch. I was very pleased when they came out with the Canvas color add on and purchased it and it shipped earlier than I expected. It was also packaged just as well as the printer. Customer service is top tier. I could not be happier with my purchases I have made from Elegoo. I tell everyone I know that is thinking of getting a 3d printer to go with Elegoo and they will have no regrets.

Quick response for my issue and was able to get firmware issue resolved with their guidance.

Terrible customer service and support terrible response times terrible internal communication

The elegoo carbon is my first printer. It is easy to use and does beautiful prints. I will be installing the canvas this week. I have watched some videos and read the instructions.

I bought the Carbon one and have been pleased with how well it works. I also bought the Canvas system upgrade which I found to be priced very reasonably although i have just received it so I have not set it up yet but very optimistic on the results.

came a month early and was packaged well. Now i just need the courage to install it.

The two machines I bought are great plug and print tools for me. The print quality is excellent. Customer service is also top notch.

I have a CC2 and a CC1 that has been upgraded.
Both work great. Great experience with both as well as Elegoo filament.

I really like my Elegoo 3D printer, now with the Canvas unit installed, I can see the potential of been more creative.

Great service. Pre-ordered it back on April 27th. Said it would arrive on the 25th of July. Got it on the 6th of July. Very happy to get it sooner. Setup was super easy and the product is amazing. I bought my son a Neptune 3 pro for Xmas a few years back , then I ordered a CC When they were released got it and love it’s easy of use just upgraded to cc canvas. Everything is very economical. Easy to use and understand . We have never had any issue with the equipment but I hear customer support is awesome.
