Elegoo is a genuinely great company with some of the best pricing you’ll find in the 3D‑printing space. Their devices are solid, reliable, and deliver excellent results once you get the hang of them. That said, they’re not the most beginner‑friendly—there’s a learning curve, and you’ll likely need to do some troubleshooting along the way.

Support isn’t the quickest, but they do come through in the end, and I’ve always gotten the help I needed. Overall, a strong four‑star experience and a brand I’m happy to keep using.

Great. Love the product. Own 3 of your of your 3d printers. Love your filaments.

Too difficult to find things. Speaking as a small biz owner and 45+ years of user interface design: there’s only one site that comes to mind that we visit that’s worse: xtools. That’s NOT good company for ya’ll to be in. Why did it take 30+ minutes for us to find and select from all your “bundles” (which we did not choose in the end) the wash station we wanted. We already had bought one previously, we knew exactly what we wanted…but it took us over half an hour to just find what we wanted! I fully understand upwelling. But you are heading down if not already there the path that xtools has taken (marketing over product), please note: we haven’t bought from Xtool purely because 5heir website is such a end-user disaster. Please , keep you site and product offers streamlined and easy to use!!!

The Elegoo Mars 5 was easy to set up, along with the wash and curing stations - and they all worked better than my expectations! Even the Satelite program provided is relatively intuitive, and on top of that, top-notch customer service means I'm a Elegoo convert now!

The Canvas for the Elegoo CC1 is a bargain, not sure I'm going to install it, I need to find a good top hat.
The printer has been so good printing higher temp filament like PCTG and ABS that I don't want to loose that capablitiy

I purchased the Elegoo Canvas for my Centauri Carbon, it took a while to install, but the directions were clear. The parts were clearly labeled, making the install easy to complete.

It has worked flawlessly since it was installed. Could it be improved? Not for $55.
Of course it can be better, but that's why we are makers.

Great price for an upgrade we thought wasn't going to happen.
I haven't performed the update yet, but the hardware is as usual, well packaged and well made of quality components. And it arrived sooner than originally stated by about a month.

I ordered the Canvas Upgrade for the CC1 and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. It actually Arrived sooner than I was expecting. It took a couple hours to complete but having 4 color printing available is def worth it to me.

I'm happy with the quality and consistency of all the products. I use 5 to 10 spools of filament a week just with prototyping my RC designs using your printers and filaments.

100% excited to get the canvas unit installed and printing. Everything was packaged securely and arrived with zero problems.

The CANVAS upgrade does not work well. I have requested tech support but instead they sent me the link for this review... so there you go.

Fairly easy process to convert to color printing. The new CANVAS multicolor unit works like a charm. I have ordered a second unit. I may upgrade all 5 CC1 units I have. The only complaint I would present is the fact that Elegoo doesn't offer the top enclosure from the CC2 for sale to be used on the CC1.

My printer doesn’t work. Elegoo has not given me any updates or resolution. The last time I had issues it took over 4 weeks to resolve my issue. This is unacceptable customer service

Elegoo's shipment of the colour changing Canvas system for my Centauri Carbon was fast, and the device was sold at an excellent price for us older users to upgrade our original machines.

Elegoo did a good job to deliver canvas system for $55 and have it work. Should have done a better job upfront with multicolor integration with centauri carbon 1. Regardless, still a top printer in my years of experience at the price point being offered.

I've loved working with and buying things from Elegoo. My only complaint is that I bought two Canvas multi-filament upgrades for two of my Centauri Carbon printers and it was not at all clear during the purchase that I would be waiting four to five months for delivery. Everything else I've bought from them has been delivered surprisingly quickly.
