Beware!!!! This is a site who does not refund or exchange. I'm out of pocket, plus the wigs are nothing like the photos. Beware!!

Terrible service does not stick to there returns policy item nothing like I ordered wigs are sent from China so no returns address I got refund from bank but it was reversed as the seller some how manipulated the bank so I’m in process of going to trading standards please do not purchase from this seller and support such dishonesty
and from some one called lucy trying to manipulate you to keep wig this should not be aloud

J’ai commandé une perruque, je l’ai reçu au bout de 3 semaines, la perruque n’est pas du tout conforme à la photo du site et en plus très mal faite, je veux la renvoyer. Car non conforme à la description et la c’est le parcours du combattant. Leurs perruques sont de mauvaise qualité, les cheveux ressemble à des cheveux de poupée et très mal faite, a éviter absolument, car pour le remboursement, ils ne sont pas d’accord et inventent un tas de choses !!!!!

La couleur de la perruque n'était pas celle que j'avais demandé et la coupe ne correspond pas du tout à la photo de présentation. De plus, la coupe est très mal réalisée.

I would not give one star if I could. Wish I’d have read the reviews to. Wig far from description on website. Totally wrong colour and very heavy. Same experience as other reviews. Trying to send back is getting me know here. They are offering a discount for another wig saying it would be too expensive to send back. Like others I thought it was a UK company but it isn’t. They are unscrupulous as I didn’t order it for fun but to cover female hair loss. It wasn’t even one of the cheaper ones. They should not be allowed to trade

Le cheveux épais comme du crin et raide
La forme sans forme j’ai l’habitude de porter des perruques et celle la bat tous les records de laideur

This company shouldn’t be allowed to advertise on Google not only me but many many other people have experienced the same as what I have had, I’ve sent numerous emails Explaining to them that this wig wasn’t suitable And much too heavy and could They send a returns label as when you get the package you don’t get no invoice or any returns label, I wish I had read these reviews before I purchased this, I think it’s absolutely disgusting that they can get away with this time and time again. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS,YOU WILL PAY AN ARM AND LEG FOR A SYNTHETIC CRAPPY WIG,WITH NO REFUND AND WIG "GETTING LOST AT CUSTOMS"IF YOU SEND IT BACK..Would give zero if possible, I brought a wig for my mother,it was an awfully ugly wig and nothing like the picture, I only ordered because I thought it was uk based turns out it's China ! Almost impossible to commucate,emails being answered,days later, advice given was wash and comb or take to hairdressers for trim,awful company to deal with, threatened to tell everyone about them,they offered, new wig for £25,refused as not spending another penny with them no matter what..WASTE OF MONEY WASTE OF TIME,DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY..URHAIR

They should be closed down full stop.. scammers scammers scammers.. bought a wig a few wks ago, for someone close to me.. I tried to cancel the order as my close friend passed away.
They offered me a discount , with no wig that was the only option this scammer gave me now I'm left to pay this wig which I didn't even receive.

Please do not buy from these scammers..

awful shameful firm turns out not uk china , wig wasnt fit for purpose after many emails opened case with paypal which managed to refund me .these people need to be stopped preying on cancer patients at the worse time of their life

The company is a joke, they never give you a refund when something isnt suitable and the wigs on the pictures are nothing like what you receive, should be shut down

AWFUL company. Do not purchase from them. Same as everyone else - the wig was poorly made and not as it looked on the website. “Lucy” from the company keeps offering me discounted wigs rather than the full refund as I’ve asked for. Will be talking to trading standards/legal action ASAP to see what my options are.

The wig did not look the same as in pics. I tried. Returning and took multiple emails.
I sent the wig back and it got stuck in China customs and I never got it back.
So now I have no money and no wig...

Would give 0 stars if possible.
Goods not as described and every delay tactic used to avoid a refund.
Appallingly bad company.
Should be reported to Trading Standards.

Writing a negative review ( of which I have never had the need of ) to a company regarding such a traumatic experience I have had with UrHair, is traumatic in itself; in particular under my circumstances, under going treatment for, stage 4 cancer. I wish to express my frustration, exasperation, dissatisfaction and total disheartenment, with dealing with UrHair since I placed my standard order on 27 April, for 2 items. Delivery time would have taken 2-10 days. I had to raise the issue twice again, with their customer support, regarding situation on delivery date. No telephone contact number any where to find on their website to speak to someone in person, either. I received order on 21 May, however, I was distraught to find a different Wig order in the package and without the second item. I have on several occasions contacted them explaining that I have received an incorrect order. After such distressful efforts to respond to their requests to supply them with pictures of the received order, I found as many complaints such as mine, for the very same reasons, finally, on Trust pilot. UrHair, totally ignore a persons correspondence to them, by repeating their strategy of action towards the issue it seems to be, until a customer, can't deal with it any longer.
I am a regular customer at another wig company, and never experienced this issue. I was searching for a different style of wig on the web, when I came across UrHair website. It shows a high volume of beautiful wigs and easy to place an order, however, after such painful experience with the company, I withdrawn my recommendation to other friends, going through illness, such as my own. To come to a closure on this matter of distress, I would like to agree with others on this; I received NO returning address, or code from them, OR refund, and would like to know how to go from here. Help! I do not wish to discredit them, but as the experience with other customers on the reviews, pardon me, but I do find this company , UrHair, questionable.

Please please please AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs. I spent £250 and the wigs are terrible now I can't get refund.

The worst company. I've ordered a wig and n description it says"same as on photo”and it came completely different, I sent them email straight away, and for a week they try to tell me that not a chance to get full refund. Absolutely disgusting, I understand what you get for 184£ but those reviews on their website are so good. And apparently you can't leave any review in their website anymore (I think we know the reason why. They also use UK domain but how, you have to follow UK customers right if you sell your goods here, but rejecting full refund is unacceptable. I'm going to get my money back doesn't matter that. So I've contacted to PayPal account and bank already. Please don't buy anything here

AVOID! Do not buy a wig from this company unless you are prepared to keep and pay for it whether it fits or is suitable or not. It is impossible to return to them despite numerous emails.
My 90 year old Grandmother is now stuck with a wig that doesn't fit, looks nothing like the website photo and all they will do is offer discount on a replacement. Absolutely disgusting.
