Brought a blonde wig a few months ago .it turned up in good time . wasn't too keen on wearing it at first but now I love it . Today just brought a second one but different colour and paid through PayPal so it's safer .

This company has appalling customer service.
After purchasing an item I was rather concerned when I became aware of the terrible reviews and news articles.
Their policy states you can receive a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours.
After sending the cancellation request within the time specified “lucy” has refused this request and offered a 20 percent discount.
I will be contacting all the relevant authorities to help resolve this.
Do not use this company !

I am going through chemo therapy at the moment and bought a wig from this company for the time when I lose my hair. Unfortunately nothing happened for a long time and the product wasn't even shipped until I chased and said that if I didn't have confirmation that it was on the way to refund me. Unfortunately things didn't get easier when the wig arrived as it looked nothing like the picture and I immediately asked for a refund. Instead of refunding me my money, they are now trying to get me to spend more money so they can send me another wig - mind blowing, I know.
I am shocked that a company will willingly scam cancer patients and cause them stress and frustration when a positive mindset is so important. I cannot think of anything lower than that.
I wished I had found the article by BBC before buying from Urhair. I cannot include the link but if you search for urhair and trustpilot, it will come up. The article is from 4 years ago and the company is still allowed to continue scamming people. We need better legislation about this.
Why are they allowed to have a co.uk domain, pretend to be a UK website and actively target the UK consumers?

It looked nothing like the picture I paid £100 I have seen similiar things in fancydress shops for a few quid they also make it extremely hard to return

Je trouve que cette entreprise est vraiment malhonnette il ne rembourse que 10 % de la perruque si vous la retournez et il vous propose pleins de solutions pour ne pas rembourser alors qu'au début il était question de remboursement si non satisfait car la perruque est pas du tout comme sur l'image, elle perd les cheveux et mal fabriqué

Je vois dans les avis catastrophiques que c'est leur politique de vente car pleins de gens ne sont pas satisfait et il est temps que cette société soit pris en défaut

I wish i had read the reviews, the wig i received is horrid! Definitely bot human hair as i tried the hair straighteners on it and it burnt.i payed £115 and ive ended up having to accept £45, i was getting nowhere fast with them. I cant believe they are still getting to ttade! It was a pricey lesson learned.

IM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I ordered some wigs and it was very expensive. (£300) it took too long to arrive and when it arrived it didn’t looked how it was on the website. It is already 2 weeks I was talking to this woman named Lucy and she is so useless that she wouldn’t let me get a refund. She was try to convince me to keep the wig but not get my money back. Does anyone know where I can report this scam website

I too did not read the reviews and am only just reading them now. I’ve literally just 2 rather expensive wigs that I’m disappointed with in that they are nothing like the description on their website and I really don’t want to go through all the hassle of trying to return them. For some reason I thought this company was in the USA, had no idea they’re based in China. What can I do to get my money back without returning the useless wigs?

This is a scam company, contact your bank or as I did contacted PayPal and got a full refund with no returning of the wigs. Do not accept their offers! I will also be reporting the company to try to get them shut down.

I have reported this company as fraudsters to Google. They sent me an email to say they are looking into the matter, but I haven't heard anything since. The wig I bought a few months ago was nothing like advertised. "Lucy" was totally unhelpful and barely speaks English. Do not be fooled by this bogus rip off set up!!

I recently ordered a wig £118 but i wanted it for a wedding ..it is shown as UR HAIR UK ...be warned IT IS NOT A U.K COMPANY they are in China !!!! I realised less than 1 hr later after being told delivery would be a month !!! I immediately e.mailed them and was told it was hand made and production had started !!! In 1 Hour !!! As if !!! After numerpus e.mails in have opened a case with Paypal resoltion centre !!! PLEASE KNOW PEOPLE THIS COMPANY IS DIABOLICAL !!!! I have been offered 50% discount but i fo not want this item !!! Grrrrrrr Annoyed !! BE WARNED !!! If i could rate them ZERO i would !!!!

Terrible company!! My elderly mother purchased a wig and it’s nothing like it’s described. Someone named “Lucy” is very unprofessional wouldn’t give my mum her money offered her another wig!! Do not use this company they like to take your money!!!

Do not buy wigs from this company, save your money and buy on from Temu or Shein. Awful

I too didnt read reviews and paying the price! What an absolute joke!! Wig is nothing like the picture (different design and totally different colour and just awful) and despite the website offering 100% satisfaction it's a total scam. DO NOT BUY anything from them. Chinese company pretending they are from the UK. I've been offered 10% refund and to "just wash the wig and give it a comb and it will be fine" !!

Ne donne pas l adresse du retour . Demande photo de la perruque et emballage qui sont ok. Me donne olein de solution pour garder la perruque. Elle ne me va pas.
Malgré les echanges, ils ne veulent pas me donner l adresse de retour et ni information sur le remboursements comme noté siu le site. N achetez pas. Arnaque

This is a chinese company which mislead the public by using a co.uk. Site to sell its rubbish. The payments are taken by a chinese company which means that Paypal can do nothing to help cheated customers. Any discussion on returns and refunds take place through a .com company. Their website guarantees a 100% refund and this is a joke because they engage in an endless conversation telling you that the wig is good for use when it is so far from that advertised as to be unfit for purpose. They have been refusing a return to the address shown on the delivery packaging and offered 10% then 20% refund with the threat of nothing at all if not accepted. Don’t forget that you can get a refund through your credit card company and take time to raise a complaint with trading standards against the .co.uk company. Ths is as blatant a scamming exercise on a massive scale as those other internet scams.
