Don't make the mistake I did, of bring taken in by the bombardment of online ads which suggest this is a bona fide company because it's not. I'm still waiting for an order placed 17 days ago and the tracking number provided is invalid. 'Lucy' assures me it's on its way. I have very low expectations of this order if it ever arrives, having now read all the 1 star reviews. Complete waste of £200. Stick to UK-based specialist companies like Joseph's, Valentine's or Simply Wigs.

This company is a total scam. They say the wig is real hair when your order is confirmed it’s a different wig and it’s synthetic, you will never get any wig i was kept waiting for three months they sent different tracking numbers, even sent me tracking number from Royal Mail, when i tried to check number Royal Mail told me they had never issued that number it did not exist

I paid £108.0. Got nothing wig has never arrived

I’m telling you girls or boys out there. Do’t be taken in by thease. Crooks, they are just thieves out to take your. Money. It applies to all their item, Take care all

Wow I’m glad I read the reviews as my wife wanted to buy one of there wigs I was close to pressing pay now but it pays to read reviews on trustpilot before you buy anything on line

I ordered 2 wigs in the same style & colour I get from other companies.
The first thing I found out was they were to be delivered from Shanghai, they arrived today, the packaging was lovely but the wigs bear no resemblance to what I thought I was getting. I will never order again

BUY products if you want to be totally wound up and frustrated with money lost. I have experienced exactly the same. How is this company still trading?

My review is 0 stars..this company is a scam! Same as all the other reviews , "lucy" will not provide a return address, wigs look awful, and realise now pictures on website are fake ....AVOID!!!!! Offered more wigs at more cost!

I read the good reviews on their site, what a mistake, I should have looked on Trustpilot. I ordered a wig with a monofilament top and lace front (I suffer from Alopecia and have been wearing wigs for years so I know what I am ordering). What arrived was a poor wig which didn't match the specification at all. I am now in correspondance with "Lucy" who is consistently avoiding giving me a return address. I doubt I will ever get my £92 back again. It's not an inconsiderable amount to lose for a pensioner. Update 30 September I opened a dispute with American Express and after providing all the ridiculous emails and pictures of what I received as opposed to what I ordered, they refunded the money (which they debited URHair). I suggest people do raise disputes with the card providers and PayPal are very goood indeed with disputes.

I ordered 3 wigs from urhair I know that at least one was sold as human hair but was intact synthetic. The images on the site aren't of the actual wigs but of people with their own hair which they try to copy extremely poorly. I have seen better fancy dress wigs. They ignore you if you try to return. Avoid like the plague.

I am writing this for a friend as she's elderly. The product was poor, she's getting upset trying to contact them to get her money back.....this is looking VERY unlikely, after all the reviews I have been seeing are very poor and even to the point of scamming people out of their money, and even more money in the process of trying to return.

I ordered a wig from Urhair and when it arrived it’s nothing like the one I ordered the colour was brassy and to shiny it looked like a wig you would wear to a fancy dress party and when I complained and asked for a refund they told me that their photos are of wigs after a professional hairdresser has styled them 🤨🤨 and had the cheek to ask me to get mine restyled at a hairdresser then when I refused this futile attempt of an excuse they said that I could keep that one as a spare and they would give me 25% off my next order as if I was going to spend another penny on buying the crap that they sell my case is still ongoing

It’s such a scam, it said human hair wig but when I got it it wasn’t and it didn’t look like the picture at all. Then when I asked for a return the kept trying to offer me real hair wigs for £100 more like I didn’t order that in the first place. 25 emails later they still wernt listening to any of my emails at all. They were complaining saying it was a waste of their time and mine like excuse me.

DO NOT BUY AT ALL!!!!

They don't provide updates unless you contact them then the tracking information comes through saying posted from Shanghai but it's all a lie because it comes from a unit in Leicester who sells dairy products.
When you get it. It looks nothing like the picture and doesn't fit. Then to top it all off, they won't provide a return address to send it back and keep offering you a different one for an extra £35 and you can keep the one you got. This company is a complete rip off and scam vulnerable people
Avoid at all costs

Comme la plupart, je me suis faite avoir. La perruque est de très mauvaise qualité, et quand j’ai demandé à la renvoyer, on n’a pas voulu me donner l’adresse pour la renvoyer. De plus il n’y a pas de numéro de téléphone pour les contacter. Et depuis, plus de nouvelles. Site malhonnête. À éviter absolument. Si quelqu'un a trouvé un moyen de porter plainte, faites le nous savoir.

This is a scamming company, RUN! I made the mistake of not reading the reviews from Trustpilot before making an order, this company is a pile of rubbish. I can testify that all the reviews with 1 star are correct, and I experienced the same! From fake pictures on websites to sending the wrong products and fraudulent scheming from one Lucy to pay more while the refund policy on the website is fake. I wish there were a government body they could be reported to and help other unsuspecting citizens of the UK from falling into the hands of these scammers.

I made the mistake of not reading any reviews, I ordered a “real hair” wig as currently going through chemotherapy, thinking this was a UK company as advertised. Wig arrived was nothing like the picture, not real hair so I emailed requesting a return label in order to get a refund. Got a few responses from ‘Lucy’ first requesting photos of wig with label on, sent. Then saying why don’t I keep it as an alternative wig & get 25% of another wig!! Since then nothing!! I have contacted my bank in the hope I will get my money back. It is a total SCAM that preys on vulnerable people going through a traumatic time.

Do not use this company. Bought a wig which was nothing like the picture. Tried to return wig and they would not send me a return label. Still waiting. I am now disputing it with my bank for a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM!!! I received my wig that looked nothing like the pictures and looked to small. I contacted customer service and was asked to provide pictures of the wig which I did they agreed that the wig looked like it had been sent. I then asked for the returns address and they will not provide it they advise the returns address on the shipping label is incorrect!! Would avoid using terrible wigs and terrible customer service,

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible terrible company. they are scamming people out of pocket. No refund no exchange keep telling us to just order a new one. Why should we when we’ve already paid out £90. Not human hair either. Avoid!

I check Trustpilot before ordering anything new online now. Luckily, I haven't ordered from Urhair. I suspect all their stock photo's are stolen from reputable sites, and some are just photo's of celebrities not wearing wigs.
For UK buyers, please be careful, check on here first. There are many good online wig retailers in the UK, they cost more, but you wil be getting what you pay for from trusted brands and your purchases will be protected. These sites I know are legit, Josephs Wigs, Hothair, Natural Image, Simply Wigs and my personal favourite, Valentine Wigs.
Im so sorry that so many have been scammed, for future purchases, always check Trustpilot or other reputable review companies.
