THIS COMPANY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM - DO NOT USE !!!!!
I ordered what I thought was a really nice wig (also based on glowing reviews which are obviously bogus) and what I got looks more like road kill. Went through PayPal but still only managed a refund of £35 (obviously their favourite number) and now stuck with a wig that I wouldn’t use as a mop !!!!!
PLEASE DON’T USE !!!!

I'm going through exactly the same experience. The wig was not suitable but they keep suggesting I try again etc etc etc. my bank are now investigating but I hold out no hope of a refund. Robbing bastards

Diabolical.. guaranteed 100% human hair but eventually arrived and it was fully synthetic something that may get used in a pantomime
Still fighting to get full refund through PayPal
Save yourself time & money AVOID this company

Do not buy from this company they are disgraceful

If only I knew . The second I opened the box I knew it was not real. I sent an email the very same day, which they answered the next day. Only to tell me the hair was real. It says on the sight its 100% real hair. So there's false advertising no.1
When I tried to find the customer service number it does not exist false advertising no.2
They say they are UK that's why I ordered
from them( CHINA) false advertising no.3
PayPal disappointed me more than anything after 3 weeks if back and forth with this Lucy. I lost £65.00 as PayPal more or less said if I did not except the offer of £35.00 I am on my own
Were were my consumer rights they washed there hands. The company offered me 10% at first of what I paid or offered me to pay more money for another wig that was not real .

This company should be barred from advertising itself in UK. It shod not be allowed to used the name of a trusted and established company as PAY PAL to sell their low quality wigs and selling synthetic hair as real human hair. Also, it should be banned from using the most venerable people:e.g. cancer women and children. I personally been the victim of a scam that cost a money I had saved. UrHair supposed to send me a human hair wig, which it was what I've ordered not a synthetic one. Also the colour was not what I've chosen neither the style. I hope others will read my review and shy away from UrHair UK wigs.

Absolute rubbish. the wig was nothing like the advertised item.The credit card company got my money back then they wanted £30 to keep it or send it back to china cost me £22

Oh! how I wish that i had checked reviews on here first before ordering a wig. Was sent an absolute piece of garbage that even a charity wouldn't accept!. After many emails and raising a dispute on Paypal the final outcome is that I was offered a partial refund (declined on principle) and Paypal then insisted that for a refund I would have pay postage back to China (approx £30, that's not going to happen) and only then after this scam company confirm it's still in pristine condition (absolutely no confidence that'll happen either). BUYER BEWARE!!!

Beware - Misleading Website and Poor Service

When ordering from this website, there’s no indication that it's actually a China-based seller despite the .CO.UK domain. From the start, they were deceptive. I received a completely different product than what I ordered – the wrong type, wrong size, and it was synthetic hair instead of the human hair I paid for.

Attempting to get a refund was a nightmare. They made empty promises about sending the correct product, but only if I paid an additional £35. Then they claimed it wasn’t worth returning because postage to China costs over £40, and warned that if I returned an opened box, I’d only get 50% of the refund. They try every trick to discourage you from returning the item.

Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, who stepped in to help. The seller offered a slightly better refund if I dropped the PayPal claim, but PayPal warned me that canceling the claim would prevent further assistance. I chose to return the item, but now DPD can’t deliver it because the seller won’t accept the package in China – they won’t even answer the door!

This has dragged on for months, and I'm still waiting for a resolution. Avoid this seller! The advertising is misleading, and they appear to ship o ship whatever product they have on hand, knowing returns to China are difficult and expensive.

ABSOLOUTE STEALING BASTARDS! my mum ordered a wigfrom them- when she finally got it- it was AWFUL!! it looked nothing like the online pictures- awful colour, cut and design!! I wanted to return as per their refund/returns policy and they will not provide me with a returns address!! I am currently speaking with 'LUCY' who just keeps repeating her self in her emails, no matter what i say back...its absolutely ridiculous and disgusting!!!! they wanted to charge my mum to send it back and make her a new wig!! she even told us to take the wig to a hairdressers where they can have it styled and cut! they kept sending emails saying 'please try it again'...honestly they have no refunds and returns policy in place...its all nonsense THEY ARE NOT IN THE UK!! THEY ARE FROM CHINA!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE!!!!!

The wig was a shocking red and didn’t match my choice at all. I will never order from them again.

I bought a wig from this company and it was very badly made! You could see all the white stitching and the responses from them were shocking....they offered a discount but wouldn't provide a label for me to send it back for a refund ....do not use this company

I ordered a white real hair curly topper based on their Web site photos. What I received was a blue/grey synthetic mop of curls not even fit for a dressing up box! I opened a online chat which they ignored, and they have not responded to my emails 😒 so I assume they have got my money and a refund is not going to happen.
Beware of this company and don't waste your money! I am currently opening a dispute with PayPal.

Extremely late delivery but that's because your wig is literally on a slow boat from China! They are not based in the UK and DO NOT offer a credible returns policy in spite of what they say.
More to the point, the wigs are not as described.
They are ALL SYNTHETIC - and cheap synthetic at that. You cannot heat style any of them. They are not 'Remy Hair' as stated - every one is cheap synthetic. I ordered 5. I was losing my hair and desperate - I suppose the prices should have rung alarm bell but you just don't know...
Eventually I got 5, but they were awful.
Wouldn't accept a return. Offered me at best, 30% of what I'd paid. Paypal were helpful and got me some money back, but because I'd paid on my credit card, my bank were able to get the rest refunded.
Now I'm offering them a %age to buy the 5 wigs I now have - very slowly...

Took 26 days to come and when it arrived it looked nothing like the picture and totally un wear-able

What came in the post was not what was advertised in the website, a shapeless gappy wig. I threw it away straight into the bin. People should not waste money on these scammers. Greatly disappointed

No star at all is deserved by urhair. This is a scam based in china and not the UK. They will not deliver. They keep sending automated emails to tell you to wait but nothing is being delivered. Stay clear of this fraudulent company! They just prey on people and just take your money. I ordered a £200 wig on 22nd of September. 1 month later, still nothing.

I ordered a wig which was supposed to be real hair. It took over 6 weeks to arrive. It’s synthetic, the wrong colour, the wrong style and absolutely nothing like the photos. If you want to return it, you can either swap it for another hideous creation from their factory or get 10 per cent refund only!! Beware!!!

Oh my goodness, what a joke. I read their reviews which were really good, the wigs look fantastic. However my mistake is I didn't look at trust pilot like a lot of other people. I ordered a wig which looked great, I have my own hair but can't always be bothered to straighten it etc so thought I would go down the real hair wig route. The hair is synthetic and looks nothing like it does in the pictures, it actually made me laugh as it was so pathetic. My niece has a better dress up wig and she is only 5.

Please avoid this company they are praying on sick people that perhaps have lost their hair and would like to feel a little more like themselves in which a decent real hair wig can offer. This company is extremely fraudulent avoid at all costs. TOTAL SCAM and don't expect to ever get your money back, will be easier taking a trip to Australia.
