Took weeks to arrive and when it did arrive it looked like something out of lion king! Was not human hair at all and had to get PayPal to refund me which took a long time also had to pay£25 to return the thing to china

C’est une arnaque ! Il n’y a pas de service retour et les perruques ne correspondent pas à la photo..
En faisant des recherches, j’ai retrouvé la même perruque sur Temu à 10 euros et sur ce site, je l’ai payé 99 euros ..
J’ai envoyé des mails tous les jours pour obtenir seulement 25 euros de remboursement !

Like many others have said (wish I'd read the reviews before ordering), the wig that came looked nothing like the picture they advertised. I asked for a returns label and refund and they just kept telling me to wash it and try it again. I even sent them a picture of me wearing the wig next to their picture but they said they thought it 'looked alright'. It absolutely didn't! They promised me a partial refund which hasn't arrived (yet....still hoping but not holding my breath). Give this company a miss, there are many others more reliable.

I really wish I had checked trustpilot before buying from this company.
I paid £77 for a wig that was guaranteed 100% human hair.
When it arrived I could see it was NOT real hair at all and it looked absolutely nothing like the picture.
I may as well have put my money down a street drain.
When I contacted them, the wanted photos sent, which I did send.
No reply what so ever.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL GET RUBBISH SENT TO YOU.

Agree with other reviews, this so called firm wants stopping, customer service (good old Lucy) is absolutely rubbish. My wig is crap, it's not real hair and it's nothing like the picture at all, it's gone in the bin, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET your MONEY BACK. Lucy is useless and couldn't care less. Sorry, don't normally do many reviews but this so called company deserve it. Disgusting, ripping people off.shame on you.

I purchased a wig when it arrived it just wasn't what I expected. I contacted customer service. They just said to try the wig on again and to keep it as a back up. Shocking customer service. Total waste of money

I wish I can 0 star.They not deserve 1 star at all.Pretending to be a company from UK and that selling real human hair.In fact they are from China and posting to you cheap sintetic peace of junk.Lusy fro customer service is not helpful trying to resolve issue by offering discount or partual refund.Not acceptable for me.Thanks God I have paid with my American express credit cart I had to fill a chargeback so my bank so can refund me.
Please don't buy from this company.They should be complaint to trading standards and to be Shut.I have no words to describe how they made me angry

Took my money, didn't email me to verify and didn't recieve my wig and no refund £76 out of pocket !!!

My experience is similar to others ie received poor quality wigs that looked nothing like the image on the website. However, I was able to get a FULL refund (£185) so don’t let them fob you off with offers of a 10% refund or money off another purchase, which they will try. I eventually raised a dispute with PayPal and received a full refund within a week. I had to pay postage to send the wigs back to China at £22 but it was a small price to pay to get my money back. Lesson learned for sure. Do not buy from this company.

TERRIBLE Non existent customer service and will not accept return using an extra charge for adjusting a poorly fitting product to try to leverage more cash. AVOID

Terrible company. Not same hair I ordered not even real hair as supposed to be wrong colour as well.then had to fight return got my 83 pounds but paid 20 return fee to China don't go there you will regret big time !!.

Seemed like a great price for a human hair wig from a UK company. I saw the reviews too late but started complaining to them before the rubbish wig even arrived. It's like the cheap ones off Temu for 5 quid.
I managed to get a £50 refund from £87 and put it down to experience. Total scammers.

My experience was much better than others here. I ordered, then read the reviews…and then thought, oh well thats that. But after awhile it arrived and its better than i thought. I took mine to a hairdresser to cut it to me. Its fine for my purposes.

I placed my order of a lovely wig and waited a loooong time for delivery. What came was laughable. Noth8ng like the wig I ordered even the colour. I tried it on and the hairline came to my eyebrows. Really bad. I have opened a dispute with PayPal as they have offered me 20% refund. First of all the asked for another £30 and they'd send me another wig. Shocking wigs and customer service even worse. Avoid it is a scam.

I wish I check their reviews before I made an order! Bad quality, no communication whatsoever with customer service, no refund. Avoid in any case!

DO NOT BUY FROM URHAIR. THEY HAVE NO RETURN ADDRESS IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE, AND WILL NOT ACCEPT A RETURN TO THE WEST MIDLANDS ADDRESS THAT THEY SEEM TO SHIP FROM. AFTER NUMBEROUS EMAILS AND TRHEATS TO SUE THEM AND TO GIVE THEM BAD REVIEWS, NO REFUND AND NO GOODS.

The worst shopping experience of my life.
Paid £155, received £70 refund, the wigs, are wrong size, wrong colour and synthetic. No clips attached, so it will fall off the head. I ordered human hair. They will not listen if you want to return, but instead weeks and weeks of emails haggling you with a price to keep the wigs. After over of month of despair not getting nowhere, with them. I kept the useless wigs and sent them an invoice for £70 refund as they were not sending me a refund to the card. I got charged a fee by paypal, of £3.72, so ended up with a refund of £66.28. That's just great, i've ask the seller to pay the fee, I've heard nothing back. So now, what am I going to do with these useless wigs? I will either have to bin them, or send them to a pantomine, with hope, they can make some use out of them. I will never buy from a Chinese seller again. I'm always doing my research, no matter, how good it sounds. The risk is not worth it. This website is not in the UK so always check for sneaky chinese pretending to be English. Plus if you paid with paypal, paypal won't support your case if over 30 days from ordering. My delivery was over 30 days coming from China. so case was closed, no buyer protection. Very disappointed with absolutely everything about this company. Fraudelent and shameful.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.
Currently having to take legal advice just to get a simple refund for a wig which was returned months ago.
