This is what I got reply( I have mentioned below) from Urhair customer care that they dont bother about reviews as they are getting anyway large orders online , such rude and shameless customer care.

It is normal for an online shop receive both positive and negative reviews. We are dedicated to providing high quality products as well as excellent customer experience.

My elderly friend and I ordered a wig for her during December 2024 When it finally arrived in January 2025 it wasn’t the colour or style we expected. We emailed to return it immediately as decided on a refund but got no return advice or address. We have emailed numerous times but now 4 months later have still heard nothing…. And remain £105 worse off as the wig is useless. The website that sold the wig is called Tophair. It is not possible to read reviews in advance nor to know that they are not uk based. BUYER BEWARE.

Ordered a blonde wig for a friend, she is not very good at using internet.
Ordered on 26th March, arrived 3rd April, from China.
Wig was supposed to be blonde, short and curly, but they sent brown, long and straight.
Sent email to them asking for return address, not response as yet.

REFUSED A REFUND
REFUSED TO SUPPLY RETURN ADDRESS

They have sent me two emails in the past two weeks stating that they have issued a full refund.
Of cause no refund was ever received.
Contacted my bank and they gave me a full refund.

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Complete avoidance of their BS refund policy and withholding their returns address. Also trading as Top Hair Service. 100% con artist. An illegal operator as a Company in my opinion.

Ordered a wig from URhair, it looked good in the photos, but what turned up wasn’t the same. Hair felt rough, lace was thick and hard to blend, and it shed the same day. I tried to make it work but ended up taking it off halfway through the day. Not the worst ever, but definitely not worth what I paid.

This company is the worst I have come across and all they are wanting to do is scam people! I ordered a wig for my nanna that came and it is absolutely not a real hair wig and is absolutely huge, doesn’t seem to be the size I ordered although it says so, I have emailed about having a refund and returning and I have been back and forth with them for a week, the outcome they have come up with is for my nanna to keep the wig that doesn’t fit and pay an extra £35 for another wig to be made and sent out! Absolutely disgusting! AVOID at all costs!!!!!

I would give a minus star if possible. The company are frauding customers they need to be exposed. I ordered two wigs when they came they weren’t the ones I’d chosen. I am an 80yr old lady with a terminal disease I’m losing hair because of my medication. I was excited to try on wigs to see if it made me feel better about myself but alas these horrible wigs upset me. Also they are not interested in giving you an address to send them back hoping you’ll just keep quiet & accept your loss. I can’t afford to loose this money but I don’t have any other option.

This company is engaging in *fraudulent practices*. They advertise that they sell *real hair wigs*, but in reality, they send out *synthetic wigs*. The product you receive is *completely different* from what was advertised, which constitutes *false advertising* and *misrepresentation*.

They claim to offer refunds but *fail to issue them*. Despite sending numerous emails, you will never receive the money you are owed. Their responses are generic and repetitive, showing a complete lack of effort to resolve the issue or understand the severity of their *fraudulent actions*.

Additionally, the company falsely claims to operate from the *UK*, when in reality, they are based overseas. This is another *deceptive tactic* to create a false sense of legitimacy.

What a waste of time any money waited 8 weeks to find wrong colour wrong size so so disappointed never order from this place. I will have to put this down to a bad experience and a waste of money😡

Waited nearly six weeks for wig to arrive. When it eventually did it was nothing like the wig I ordered. Different colour , style and unwearable. Definitely a scam company. Terrible customer service. Communicating with 'Lucy' by email is a waste of time as its the same reply every time. Offering me a 20% refund and I can keep the wig. I am opening a dispute with PayPal now.

Sent me a wig wrong colour, wrong shape, nothing like the picture on their website. have tried to return and get refund but keep getting fobbed off, numerous emails wanting me to keep the wig and pay them £50 for another one, what a joke. Wish I had checked out the reviews here before buying, am informing Action Fraud. I'd give them zero stars if I could. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, IT'S A SCAM AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

This site is a scam designed to deceive buyers. Reviews are not displayed on the site and it does not work to leave a review directly on their site, so people are fooled. There is nothing natural and nothing resembles what is displayed on the site and also the return policy is a mess and they do it in such a way as to prolong or prevent the process. Please take note of this site and do the necessary things so that people see and are informed. There is no quality according to the price.

Sadly I cannot give zero stars. Undergoing chemo I ordered a real hair wig similar to my own in preparation of hair loss which is traumatic enough!
Wig arrived late…directly from China. I know this because when given the option to track it that’s where it was! URHair advertises itself as a U.K. company!
The wig was NOT real hair. The colour and style were not as pictures. I spent weeks with emails going back and forth sending pictures when asked. One person even suggested I wash it and take it to a hairdresser for heavens sake! I’m assuming they then could have said I voided any guarantee so obviously didn’t do what they suggested. I had no joy getting a return address for refund. I was offered another “ hand made wig” which mine should have been but was clearly not for half price then 30%. This dragged on with people who were clearly using some direct translation programme and obviously did not care. I pointed out the deceit of advertising as a U.K. based company and my rights for distance buying but with no success. Ended up with a 15% refund as I got so fed up dealing with such an awful company along side having chemotherapy. I spent £93 and ended up getting £13.50 refund.
BE WARNED ALL……AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ANY COST!!!

I sent for a wig from this company, it's too big and of poor quality, I have asked 4 times for a refund and I'm still asking. They are insisting I keep it and want a further £30 to send another one. I shall persist in my endeavours and trust that the consumer goods act is on my side.

Urhair will not refund me.They keep sending same email saying keep item and offering me 10% as refunds are bad for there company. Shocking company but seemingly heard there scammers.Ive opened a dispute claim(chargeback) with my bank and hopefully get my money back.Do not order from this company.I learned the hard way.

I can't believe I did not check TRUSTPILOT REVIEWS. Urhair, are an absolute disgrace. First of all it took a month to be made and arrive, this mop that they are passing off as a wig, is the wrong colour, looks more blonde than the silvery grey I chose. Think it was modelled on Boris Johnson mop. Not even going to complain to them as after reading the problems people have had when communicating with this lot, it is not worth the hassle. Going through chemo and being my husband's sole carer, is hard enough without having to deal with a bunch of rogues. I will put it down to experience, also, I will put a postit note within sight of my computer to remind myself, to check out reviews of any new company I purchase from. How are they allowed to trade is beyond me.

Do not buy anything from Urhair.co.uk. They send out synthetic wigs that are the wrong colour. They won’t allow you to return them and get a full refund - offering 10-20% refund but asking for £10-£30 for a replacement. They are based in China not the UK. So you can’t return the wig. It is a complete con job
Update
Hair told me they refunded my money on Feb 14th- complete lie. Still not in my account when I asked for proof they sent me email mostly in Chinese - but saying they refunded me on Jan 12th - which was before I ordered it so more lies. Also insisting I return wig and pay them £40.
Don’t buy anything from them.

Scam company. Sent a grey wig rather than a brown one and are refusing to refund. Avoid.

Fiona here again. An update on my awful experience with Urhair, I have had emails more or less telling me I will not receive a refund. I cannot stress enough for people NOT to use this horrible company from China. There should be fliers put through doors warning people never to invest in Urhair. £85.00 down the drain. Bye Lucy!!! I give up.
