AVOID buying from these scammers. Sell cheap wigs using photos from other websites. They appear to be Chinese. Place a claim with your bank, complain to bank if they won’t do a charge back and they should get your money back. I don’t understand how they can’t be closed down; it’s fraud on an international scale. Lots of people losing hair because of chemo treatments are getting scammed.

I don't understand why nobody shut this business yet, its SCAM, they lie and steal people's money from years, refunds are not possible, emails are full of rubbish, they don't follow own policies, bank doesn't support you with anything, AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Absolutely appalling wigs..avoid at all costs....wilful refusal to refund...dreadful quality..what thery're doing is actually illegal. Gave up eventually and put it down to experience. Can't emphasise enough how poor the quality is...joke shop wigs are better.

I would give zero if I could do not buy from this website they are not uk based the quality is appalling and you can’t return or get your money back

I needed a wig due to chemotherapy.
This site is a SCAM. The cheap wig that arrived is nothing like as described it's horrible. It was a completely different color and style.
Lucy from urhair said it's inevitable when ordering online that color will look different due to lighting !!
Then she said I think this awful wig will look good on you so just try it again.
I asked for a refund but have only been offered ten percent so far.
This site it turns out have been scamming people for years. Disgraceful and needs to be stopped.

I am going through chemotherapy which has led to a loss of hair. I ordered a wig which came nicely packed. However the wig was not the one I ordered. And it was too small. Trying to return this though and get a refund is proving both difficult AND stressful. I was offered £18 compensation for a wig that cost over £80.

This company steals pictures from other sites like simply wig/valentines wig. Who are reputable company's. They put the price of a human hair wig at £150 which is ludicrous as human hair wigs cost much much more. They try and deceive vulnerable women stating wigs are good quality human hair when they are actually cheap plastic rubbish, they con women who are already going through trauma with hair loss and they Steal their money They need to be stopped. So disgusting.😡

Avoid at all costs, looking at other reviews it seems to be a familiar story, website guarantee full refund but in reality once they have your money it's gone!

The wigs are cheap and definitely not as described in photos, I sent numerous emails, offered ne 10% of what I paid and keep the wigs which are absolutely useless, increased with every email by 5% then stopped at 35%, at this point I contacted paypal to open dispute, they then offered £60 and keep the 2 wigs, I am at a financial loss of £94 I agreed to take the £60 and keep the 2 wigs which are of no good to anyone out of sheer frustration

My honest opinion is in my lifetime this is one of the worst experiences of buying over the Internet, please believe the reviews and save your money and a whole lot of hassle, it's just not worth it, life's too short.

Don't waste your money they sell cheap horrible wigs that you could get in a fancy dress shop for big prices. They take ages to arrive (you discover later that they come from China) look nothing like the pictures on the website, they claim to be made of human hair but it's a nasty synthetic hair with no parting or style whatsoever.
The customer service is a joke I asked for a refund and they said they could send me a 'high quality' one for the extra cost of £70! Since then it's been dozen of misleading emails with an offer of £15 return for a wig that cost me £149!
It's a disgrace they scam people already in distress for hair hair loss problems.
I'll be looking at reporting them to Trading Standards.

My package took MONTHS to arrive. I paid over £90 for this 'human hair, realistic wig' for it to show up with what I believe is synthetic hair as it is unstylable, and the parting could not look more like a wig. I ordered the package on the 1st of february, being promised 2 week delivery and it didn't show up until late March. When I contacted the company asking where it was they continuously told me to "be patient" which, as you can imagine was infuriating. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I've never known a legit company to feel more like a scam. Don't waste you're money here.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but I feel it’s important to be honest. I purchased a wig from this page expecting quality, but unfortunately, the product fell far below my expectations. The hair feels synthetic and cheap, definitely not what was advertised. It tangles easily, sheds a lot, and doesn’t hold style well at all.

The pictures online are misleading what I received looked nothing like what was shown. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. Communication was also poor, and it took longer than promised to arrive.

I won’t be ordering again and wouldn’t recommend this page to anyone looking for a decent wig. Save your money and look elsewhere. Even SHEIN has better quality

Endless emails trying to get a refund of £81 and they refused to budge. Their final offer was for me to send it back and get it trimmed for an extra £30! DO NOT go anywhere this website!

Took forever to arrive, nothing like in the photo, cheapest quality piece with white lining, no securing teeth and extremely shoddily made. Wish I had read the reviews before wasting £58!

If I. could give it 0 stars I would. They are based in China with cheap wigs that are nothing like the photos. I have sent lots of emails requesting a refund and they are just trying to get me to purchase another custom made wig. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Terrible company, I purchased a wig on 11/03/2025. the wig is not as described and I requested a return immediately, I was offered a new wig if I wished to pay a further £30. I refused the offer and again asked for the return address. I have since sent 24 emails and have been told that since they are in China it is not cost effective to return the wig and have been offered £25 compensation. This is completely unacceptable as the wig cost £133. Please do not be fooled by the nice pictures on their website.

Ordered a wig from this company when it came it was not the wig I ordered I asked for a refund and they offered me a new wig if I paid postage, I said absolutely not I want a full refund. I haven't heard from them again terrible company😡😡😡

The same has everyone else. The wig was terrible. They avoid your emails to return and refund. When they did respond to my email they asked me to try it on again. I said no want to return and refund my £110.00 then they messaged back they will refund me 15% and that was from Lucy. A very cheeky company do not use them UrHair or Tophair. Avoid at all cost. Terrible hair and terrible customer services. They have no intention of refunding. They don't care about reviews neither. Narsty.
