Terrible wig supposed to be real hair but was nylon. Paid £95 for a wig that looks so cheap. Can’t style or apply heat

I would advise anyone not to purchase a wig from thus company. If you need to return the wig they make it all but impossible. They do not provide an invoice, return address information. They create obtaining it very difficult. They ignore your initial contact via the site. When you finally identify their email address they ignore your contact. They only allow 5 working days from your receipt of wig, which due to their delay in their responce is conveniently up. Best advice don't touch them with a barge pole.

The wig that arrived was unwearable. Could not be parted, looked fake in material, style and colour. Instead of a refund the company tried to get me to buy another wig. I chased a refund through PayPal who found in URHair's favour saying the wig was as it looked on the website! Ridiculous. The website has fake pictures many of whom are celebrities with their own hair! This company continue to take advantage of vulnerable people requiring wigs due to alopecia and chemotherapy, Do not buy from them. I so wish I'd read these 1000s of one starf reviews before I did. I'm now £120 worse off.

I ordered a real hair wig which looked gorgeous on the pic. What I received was nothing like the picture. Neither was it real hair . I complained but after agreeing to me sending it back to china even though was supposed to be a uk company it would cost over £30! I eventually agreed to a partial refund . I’ve worn the wig a handful of times and it is now all frizzy at the ends and melts if any heat is applied . DO NOT BUY
I got some real hair wigs at a fraction of the price from a well known Chinese company and they are genuine.
Even 1 synthetic one costing £3.50 is actually nicer .

DECEITFUL COMPANY !!! . They are not UK based. They are a Chinese company. The wig pictures are not what you get in reality .. and you don’t get your money back … do not order from these unless you have money to waste.Uk laws can’t help you get your money back. It just seems like they can rip people off by having an UK URL and get away with it. Very deceitful, save your money guys. Xx

The more of us who report them to these authorities, the sooner they can be investigated and shut down. Don’t let them get away with it – protect the next person from being scammed.

After having cancer i ordered a2x wigs from this company. But a day later sent an email to cancel. I have been harrassed now for over a month to keep the wigs, which i have said no!!! Was advised by Paypal to refuse parcel ,which we did yesterday THIS COMPANY IS NOT UK AS IT SAY, AND IS SCAMMING HUNDREDS OF CUSTOMERS. One review was even fro.BBC News saying they have scammed numerous cancer patients. Ive filed it with action fraud, and even reported it to google. I advise everyone do the same as this site needs to be removed. To be honest its made me ill the fact that i am getting pushed into something ive said i dont want they are repeatably emailing me ,harrassing me. It is very clear this will not look like what i have picked. Ive just had a email from them saying, the return address that its going to is nothing to do with them so i wont get a refund!! But if i give them a perscentage they will think about it......Ive rejected the parcel!!!! Which is what paypal has said and they arre wsnting me to give them a price!!! I dont get how yhis company has been going for 10 yrs. Please everyone phone action fraud. We need this to stop TBH i really dont want to give them 1 star, im suffering with depression and im suppose to be in recovery

had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their website is .co.uk, which made me believe they were based in the UK. In reality, the item shipped from China. The wig I ordered was supposed to arrive in 3–7 business days, but it took over 20 days to arrive – far too late for the event I needed it for.
When it finally arrived, the wig was not what I ordered and of very poor quality. I tried to contact the company multiple times, but they stopped responding to my emails once I raised the issue.
As a dance teacher preparing for Notting Hill Carnival, I had to spend extra money buying a replacement wig at the last minute because this order did not arrive on time.
I later researched the company and found many other negative reviews describing similar problems – misleading advertising, poor communication, and slow shipping.
I would not recommend this company. If you are considering purchasing from them, please do your research first.

please don't order from this company .refunds non existent.wigs diabolical.they try to extract more money from you to make another piece .they tell you not to refund as they are in China.and you have to also pay to return to China and more money to replace item .terrible company

Horrendous company...AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
This company passes off images and product descriptions as the items they are selling bu in fact manufacture their 'equivalents which are NOTHING like the product you thought you were buying. Any attempts to seek refunds will be met counter offers to reproduce the product again but at an additional cost to you, and/or with being given the run around until Paypal claims or credit card Chargebacks time out because of elapsed timelines. Even if you get them to agree to a refund on return of the items, they are located in CHINA and they will not collect the items from Customs.

Very poor quality product,money back guarantee is untrue they will do anything not to give you your money back dishonest.

they failed to pick this up from customs for 6 months.

Couldn’t claim it back through the bank by then and they got away with my money.

I ordered a wig from Urhair UK, it wasn’t as expected so I contacted Lucy at Customer Services or so claim, as I wanted to return and get a refund, it cost just over £200, but atm I have not been able to get this sorted out. They just keep on sending different offers and are now ignoring me. Please do not use them, I don’t think they are a legitimate company and I feel robbed totally.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This seller is an absolute scam. They advertise beautiful REAL hair wigs,,,,,,,but really they sell you rubbish. I am receiving chemotherapy, and the morning i woke to my hair falling out, I panic bought off this site, without reading the reviews. Oh how I wish I had read the reviews. When the wig arrived, I can only describe it as something you would see in a pantomime. When I asked for a refund, I was hit with all sorts of ridiculous options. Fortunately, I had ordered through PayPal. So after a while, I did get a refund, but only half of what I had paid. Very angry and disappointed woman. Please DO NOT go near them!!!

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Scam company, Will not accept returns,but offer to send another item, oh yes and the cost keeps increasing - starts off at £25, then increases to £50.

Chinese based scammers. Use paypal to get all or at least most of your money back.
I had to pay 26 pounds to return the thing but it meant PayPal gave me my refund.

I ordered a Wig from urhair I thought it was a UK company it cost me £108 it is absolutely nothing at like the image online. I requested a returns label to claim a refund unsuccessful. The item is exactly as I received it. I am a pensioner who cannot afford to be £108 out of pocket. I would never ever wear this wig when I have shown family a friends a photo of myself with the wig on everyone has burst out laughing including myself. This company is advertising free returns. I have seen the same image of this wig on shein it was priced at £13. Do not order from this company it is not in the UK it is in China. They will not give a refund. I've been given a choice of an exchange or keep the wig & receive 10% refund. Choose a free wig at a cost of £25 ? DISGRACEFUL preying on vulnerable people with hair loss.

Terrible customer service. When attempting to buy a Human Hair wig to be sent a not so human hair wig and told my customer service that I was wrong and it was a best selling wig. Taken to my hairdresser in order to style the wig she refused as the “hair” would’ve melted.
I was not wrong and she was not wrong. However when asking how to return the wig I was told that only wanted to return it as “it wasn’t to my satisfaction”. What a disgusting way to deal with clients - pretending to be a UK based company whilst dealing out of China.

It's absolutely a scam .ordering a wig was a joke .£178 wasted from company called URHAIR .can you imagine when I wanted to no the status of my order after 3 weeks, the response was its going to made , and another response was it arrived at the airport for dispatch .. 2 weeks later it arrived and what a further disappointment . It was
synthetic hair and not human hair .. the return address was fake .. please please do not order from this stupid company .infact don't order anything on line from China. Or get ready to be scamed the return companies are not registered at all . I have had few experiences and all I have is a collection box full of rubbish

These are scammers. They sell fake human hair wigs.

I'm an idiot for getting scammed, but that doesn't make it OK. The wigs are synthetic, they outright lie. They're awful quality synthetics too.

Your bank will not refund you - these snakes are criminals and they're able to make it appear as if they're genuine, because the banks don't actually investigate anything. A mere glance at this trustpilot page should be enough to indicate there's a serious issue.

This is just another Chinese criminal enterprise.

I should have used my head before buying here, but what's done is done. Please avoid them.
