As with all other reviews wigs arrived late dispatched from China and nothing like advertised
No response from customer services team so I contacted my card co to reverse the payment.

Avoid at all costs. It's a SCAM and should be banned from business.

Be aware these wigs come from China they are cheap temu wigs and when you try to return they then tell you they have to be returned to China I took my un wanted cheap rubbish wig to post office to send back it was £38 so I took the wig home and put it into the bin . Absolutely disgusting company

This is a scam supplier. I ordered a human hair wig and received a cheap synthetic wig. They denied it was synthetic ( easily tested by my stylist) and looks like it was fron TEMU and sold on by these despicable con artists. I tried to get my money back which they refused and offered for me to post it back and they would decide whether it was real hair or not. They prey on unfortunate people. Do not deal with them they are basically thieves. When I was waiting for it to arrive which took more than 3 months I was in correspondence with them and they even sent false screen shots of it in transit. They should be removed from paypal. They also make out they are in the UK, but they are in China. STAY CLEAR or you'll lose your money and end up with a cheap costume hairpiece.

If I could give no stars I would ordered off this site no package arrived keep telling me it has been posted on Royal Mail tracking they have been told that they are expecting it since 3 dec I am going to go through paypal to try to get my money refunded as paypal should not allow us to order and pay through them as other customers have had the same experience with this company as they have tried to claim off PayPal and they should be removed from the top of google search engine

I’ve been waiting for a wig to be delivered for over a month when I was promised 5-7 days delivery. I truly thought it was a UK company as I would never have touched them. I’m due to start my chemotherapy and this is a thing I could have done without. £107 is a lot of money to me. I feel so let down.

This company is a total scam . Please do not use them or waste your money . The quality of wigs is horrendous and it caused severe itching and rash .They have false misleading information regarding refunds which they don’t do I have had to open a dispute with PayPal . They are not based in UK and you will lose your money when these wigs are priced nearly £200

Having read all the reviews ( they are all correct ) I wish I had seen this before I ordered.
I requested refund 2 days after receiving the product told them tags all intact they wanted me to pay £20 and they would send another wig !! Whilst the one I bought was £167
Goes to show they are total scammers . Being a cancer patient it’s money I could have done with rather than be scammed by this China based set up scam .PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL YOU WILL GET AN INFERIOR PRODUCT WITH NO CHANCE OF REFUND AT ALL !

i ordered a beautiful wig on 11th November this year.
paid 89 quid for it and its still not arrived.
not got anywhere emailing and asking for refund or the goods. totally peed off. i have very sparse hair and I am totally gutted to say the least.

Wig was late being delivered, and in the mean time my wife passed away. The response from support on obtaining a refund was callous and thoughtless, kept telling my wife had passed away and they kept insisting for photographs of the wig although it had never been out of the box (packaging unopened).
I understand now why there so many bad reviews for this company, avoid doing any business with them

SCAM Site. Read this for a chance of getting your money back:

I ordered a wig from this website for a Halloween event before checking the reviews. After ordering, I looked them up and realised the company had hundreds of negative reviews and a BBC investigation linking them to scam behaviour, including misleading cancer patients. At that point I tried to cancel my order, especially once I saw the item would arrive too late for my event.

What followed was a long stream of messages asking me to keep the order, open the parcel, or close my PayPal case. I refused because opening the parcel can invalidate a refund claim. At one point, the seller even admitted to me in writing that the return address printed on the parcel was fake – which is a known scam tactic and violates PayPal policies.

I reported everything to PayPal (proof of cancellation, fake return address, screenshots of them pressuring me to close the dispute, Trustpilot reviews, and the BBC article), but PayPal were unfortunately not very helpful.

Ultimately, I disputed the transaction through American Express, who were extremely helpful – this is how I finally got my refund. I strongly recommend paying with a card issuer that offers proper buyer protection.

My advice:
- Avoid ordering from this site altogether.
- If you already have, do not close your PayPal case, do not pay extra, and do not open the parcel until your dispute is resolved.
- Use PayPal + Amex (or a strong credit card issuer) so you have protection.
- If the seller pressures you or gives you a fake return address, report it immediately.

I hope this helps someone avoid the stress and hassle I went through.

Do not buy wigs from this company please. They sell you lies they say the wigs are human hair but it is not. They sell a large wig but it is not large. Be careful be aware. there are two people who might be just one by the name of Monica and Nancy while I was trying to contact them. They were the only two people who was answering when you want to speak to customer services Nancy comes on but I don’t believe there are two people if this is a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE IF YOU WOULD LIKE A WIG TRY MY FIRST WIG.

Do not use this company under any circumstances they’ve just processed anorder I tried to cancel within 5 hours3 days later offering discounts etc. This website is a scam they are not UK based and will steal your money.
Please do not order anything from them they have a scam artist called Lucy.
That will never refund your money. I haven’t received the wig by the way, but they’ve charged me £200 total scam.

If i could give zero i would, expensive loss of money. Total scam, shit service, promised delivery is worth f all. Do not use

Please do not purchase a Wig from this company. What you will receive is absolutely nothing at all like what is advertised. Not based in the UK as advertised Not free returns. The wig wasn't hunan hair as advertised. it cost me £23.50 to return a £108 wig purchased in June. It's an address in China. I'm £131.50 out of pocket. I only have my state pension as income. These people shouldn't be allowed to trade especially to vulnerable people with hair loss. ABSOLUTELY 100% SCAMMERS.Do not buy from them.

Color and texture of the wig I received is completely different from what I ordered. Customer service is extremely unhelpful, kafkaesque almost.

The wig I received was unwearable and poor fit
It had very black wide roots which did not match the advertising picture
The response to my complaint to Urhair was poor and unresponsive
They even advised me to wash wig and then retry to see if more suitable I did not follow this advice

Poor product,what you get is not what is advertised. They make it very difficult to return item. I wish I'd read reviews before dealing with this company. AVOID
