They have completely lost the plot.

They ask me to pay after every treatment despite me having bought a package.
Unable to reach them for an hour so I had to pay to let the therapist go. This happened 3 times.
Of course, they always promise it's a technical glitch and will never happen in the future.
Even more preposterous, the latest refund to my credit card didn't go through, it was supposedly declined by their bank due to too many refunds sent! I had to check and call them, they weren't even aware of the situation.
As for the UC credits I was meant to receive as compensation, they were never credited, I also had to chase on these.

Charges VERY HIGH. UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE BY air conditioning mechanic. Issue was leakage of gas, etc.even when AC is off. Mechanic was CLUELESS.

Not recommended!
Sometimes they dont show up to do the services or they are late!

The customer support is terrible, they don't have the decency to talk the customer, instead of resolution they are arguing with the customer's to save their position, they a scripted message that's what they reply with every you message even it is not making any sense. All agents and supervisor are unprofessional and adamant. They don't the respect customer nor their time.

The plumber who was sent to deblock our drain seemed to want only easy jobs. He didn't look at the drain and suggested we use an unbranded chemical 100 ml he was selling for 1800 rps. I told him to leave. Unfortunately, I can no longer find his name. All conversations with this company are only via chat. You can't trust a company who is unaware of the untrustworthiness of its team!

I had the worst experience with inverter repair and servicing done by Mr. Mohit. Mr Mohit told issues in inverter mother board, he tell to change it we agreed with him. He changed mother board. after some time we noticed inverter supply power to non inverter switches, we tried call to servicemen 6-7 time he not give any good response. We tried to call Mohit with new booking, but urban company not give our booking to Mohit. Problem not resolve yet.

The technicians come charge over the top money give little or no warranty,company doesn't bother or clent service is pathetic..they make u write great reviews as if blackmailing

Fraud Urban Clap- Hello,

I have booked a Samsung 55 inch TV repair service last month. Technician Santosh kumar came and inspection the tv. He said that the panel is the issue and he need to get new one. He take out the mother board from my Samsumg 55inch Tv and carried along with him stating that he will come back in 1 week and will repair it with new part and leave the service open in UC app. Technician never came back, not reachable and urban clap company is not sharing his number as well. Technician kept the booking open for 2 weeks and then closed it from his side. Please please dont trust this company and it its technicians.

The professional assigned for AC cleaning simply suggested that gas pressure is low refill it. As I did not refill the gas, he simply set the gas to leak which was found after a day. Have to pay again 2500 extra for refill which again was pain from UC. UC doesn’t consider customer feedback at all and they care about their professional.

Horrible service. They call half hr booking saying some pin location is incorrect while everything is correct!!!! They are big bunch of liars trying to come up with silly reasons when they cant keep a commitment
Grow up and be professionals!!!! If u cant make it dare to tell the real reason!!!

Fraud company urban clap Mera 22 may ka booking Kiya tha mene cancel krwaya to muje refund bhi nhi diya. Phone pe followup leke thak gai me phir bhi nhi diya he. Ek no fraud company logo ka Paisa leti he aur cancel Kiya to refund nhi deti.

Worst , fake company you ever work for. They r total fraud. I booked cleaning service with them, they took the money and no one came for cleaning. When i called then they said they cant do anything just cancel the cleaning. Till now its more then 15 days my money is not been returned. Biggest cheater in Dubai

My AC got out of order and I requisitioned the service of UC.Firstvof all the slot I had choosen was unilaterally rescheduled by them and when I told them out of disgust to cancel,they gave me reschedule.Due to exigency in peak summer, I had to willy nilly entertain their partner to do the necessary repair.Their assigned partner inspected and found fault in stabiliser and MCB of AC which he told has been burnt due to high voltage.I agreed to their estimates and they told that stabiliser and AC part have been repaired.Even for this small work they took more than a day and I had to patiently bear the inconvenience.But astonishingly after they fixed these repaired spares, they told that the wires to the outer unit of AC have become short and their company has prohibited to undertake this particular work since my outer unit is at top of 2nd floor whereas my AC is installed in 1st.All my pleadings and request to resolve went unheeded.They left the task half way but when I told their company official to state their incompetence as reason for closing my request, they simply ignored.Thus to summarise, I had a very unpleasant experience with UC and they are quite unprofessional to say the least.

I was assigned this lady named Tara from Urban Company who called me saying she doesnt have the service I have booked for and started pressuring me to cancel the booking. I denied and asked her to cancel if she accepted the wrong booking because I might not get the slot if I cancel. She cancelled stating reason as "Personal emergency" and my slot was rescheduled for 7Am next day without even asking me. Its a shameful experience with Urban company when I was using their service for the first time ever.

Worst AC service from Urban company app booking.Initially said blockage due to dust and needs cleaning.later gas needs to be refilled so you can pay directly to us including filling and service charge .Though we had paid they have been working for 4 days still without resolving the issue. Giving all lame excuses that ac has leaked after filling and no nitrogen.Complete fraudsters to the core cheating in the name of AC Service.

Very poor service by Urban company, they hired untrained/un-skilled technicians for service and repair, they may break or damage your gadgets, just like mine. Even they are not able to clean the gadgets while doing service. Not recommend the services of URBAN COMPANY. After raising the issue they are not ready to give a resolution, and told to book again to repair the items, which their service technician broke and damaged.

They are very rude & unprofessional people. They cheat .On their app they promise good service at lower price but in reality they ask for three times fee. Greatly disappointed with these rude people.

I booked painting services through urban clap.There executive Mr. Kartvaya bairagi demanded 35% Rs.17000 as Advance payment.
I deposited advance payment.
But again on there app they are further demanding 100% as advance before start of work.
This condition was not put to me before by the app and by the Executive.
Demanding money in continuation to advance payment was not acceptable to me.They do not start work.
Now I want refund but the executive is not picking up the phone.
Also no action is initiated by the company to refund the money even after 3day passed.
