FACIAL LADY DROPPED BOILING WATER ON FACE
NIGHTMARE ! HOT BOILING WATER DROPPED ON MY FACE by the facial lady as she was putting steamer over my face! Never ever in my life have I faced such negligence & carelessness. The lady didn’t close the water barrel under the steamer properly so when she put the steamer over my head it fell on my forehead giving me second degree burn.
She wasn’t even prepared in first aid and didn’t know what to do. In severe pain I rushed to hospital to get aid quickly. Even after that, a huge dark brown / blackish patch had formed on my forehead that was so painful to touch & endure.
But instead of checking on me there and then , the company never called back. Instead I had to chase them the next day to at least cancel my appointment and refund my money back. Such an indifferent attitude !
It’s been 4 weeks since then and now I sustain a patchy pigmented burn mark on my forehead the size of a golf ball that refuses to go away without proper deep treatment .
I could have never imagined while booking that facial that I’ll be left with a permanent mark instead of a clean face which I was finally hoping to achieve.
All I am looking for is justice & fairness from the company. The fact that I have to beg for it here on a review platform shows what kind of sympathy & service I am getting even after several complaints.

On Sunday evening I had booked Urban company Spa services, Urban company sent a professional named SUCHITRA BUKTA to my house. This professional after starting the services informed us that she would complete the services 15 mins earlier than the time we paid for. When we objected she started speaking rudely and telling us that she didn’t care and she would finish the service 15 mins earlier inspite our objection. Hence I complained on the UC customer support on the app which was attend by MR SAGAR MDAAN. I described the whole situations to him and he called her telling her that she needs to complete her service fully and not cut short the time. Following which I informed Mr SAGAR that this professional has misbehaved with us and spoken rudely. All he did was apologise to me and during this course of time when I told SUCHITRA BUKTA that her behaviour and service was third grade and bad she started abusing me and my family and cursing at us ( I can’t even mention those words here) and crying and not ready to leave the house. When I threatened to call the police she exited my house and stood in-front of my house and started yelling and creating a scene. When my mother dialled 100 and was about to complain she ran away and I was on the other line with the UC safety department official.
This is the most horrible and dangerous app, which employees dangerous people to attend their customers. And inspite of complaining to the customers support executive this professional named SUCHITRA BUKTA misbehaved, abused and created a drama in my house when she came as the assigned professional on Sunday evening. And this whole time when she was in my house I was in touch with Urban Company customer support professional Mr Sagar Madaan informing him of her behaviour and all he did was told us “sorry for the inconvenience we will take your feedback and not repeat it in the future”. And during this course the urban company professional SUCHITRA BUKTA misbehaved and threatened me and my family and was yelling and crying outside my house because I gave her a bad feedback and complained about her because of her Rude behaviour and told her to leave my house as soon as possible
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! This can happen to anyone and the Urban company people don’t do anything about it.

My passion is a therapist n I thought this is a good platform for me to start my career so I went for interview and I got selected. After that they told me to pay the registration fee which is an amount of 2000 but I told them that I need time to arrange the money n they agree however they keep texting me to pay ASAP and even said pliz pay maam, once I pay they started ignoring me. I was waiting for them to call me for the training but they keep on saying next week n so on….I couldn’t just simply stay here without working n I realise there is a refundable option in the app i tried doing that like submitting my bank information but it didn’t work so I ask for help to the one who make me pay the fee But he even block me . This is how heartless they are , they only care about money not ppl feelings and conditions . M facing this 3months back I thought I would stay quite but I don’t want anyone to waste their money ……

I recently booked a pedicure service with Urban Company, and unfortunately, I must say that I was quite disappointed with the experience. The service was far from satisfactory, and here's why:
Rushed and Inattentive: The professional who arrived at my place seemed disinterested from the beginning. It felt like he was just going through the motions to complete the service as quickly as possible. There was a clear lack of attention to detail.
Faulty Equipment: To add to my disappointment, the equipment he brought along appeared to be faulty. The foot spa wasn't working correctly, and it took several attempts to get it started. This wasted valuable time and left me feeling frustrated.
Incomplete Work: One of the most essential aspects of a pedicure is the removal of dead skin and calluses. Unfortunately, this crucial step was overlooked. I could still feel rough patches on my feet, which was disappointing.
Minimal Massage: The brief foot massage I received was for a mere minute, if not less. A good pedicure should include a relaxing and rejuvenating massage, which was notably absent in this case.
Overall, my experience with Urban Company's pedicure service was subpar, and I did not receive the quality of service I expected. I hope this feedback helps them improve their services and ensure that customers receive the excellent and relaxing experience they deserve.

LOST OF DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING. Extremely DISSATISFIED with the service. I am writing this message to express my disappointment on the service which have resulted in the IRREPLACEABLE LOSS OF MY VALUABLE DIAMOND ENGAGEMENT RING. Before the service, I had briefly removed my diamond ring and kept on the shelf. To my utter shock, when the service was completed I realized that my DIAMOND Ring was nowhere to be found. I reported the matter to the police station while service provider ( Her name is Sonali Kajare) claimed about having no knowledge of the ring’s whereabouts. It is clear that my ring is stolen during the course if the service. I am really surprised and heartbroken that such an incident could occur under the umbrella of urban clap.
I DEMAND AN IMMEDIATE AND THOROUGH INVESTIGATION INTO THIS MATTER AND SUSPEND THE SERVICE PROVIDER.

If you value your time dont book them. Booked appointment at 10AM Friday, they rescheduled confirmed booking without any call to 6:30 PM. Luckily so the reschedule and rescheduled it to Monday 10AM, no one appeared till 11 AM or no calls or msg. Called the phone number no one is answering. finally sent a chat msg to know they are late and come at 11:30.
