I scheduled a cleaning service with Urban Company and prepared my home by emptying the rooms and waking up early to ensure everything was ready. However, when the professional arrived, they refused to perform the job and left without any explanation. This not only wasted an hour of my time but also disrupted my entire day's plans. While the booking process was smooth, the lack of service and the inconvenience caused were extremely disappointing. I hope Urban Company takes steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

Never recommend anyone to work with them. Always trying to work with them. Always mistakes and always playing smart. They never cared for the customer satisfaction hiding behind the rules of their system. Many problems in all their services.. but the last is when I booked my monthly cleaning subscription and they wanted to renew before completing the month saying that our system renews automatically. This is what we call professional stealing. Bravo !! Never forget their unprofessional staff !!

I contacted urban clap for mixer grinder. The agent took the mixer grinder saying that we have to change the motor. I paid him half amount. And now it's been 8 days. He is not even answering My calls

Please do not risk URBAN CLAP for any task. If things go wrong,they are unavailable and unresponsive.
They sent untrained worker to clean our washrooms. Worker used acid(HARPIC) everywhere and now we have to change flooring of all washrooms. When we tried to contact Urban Clap,they kept us on hold and cut off the line each time. We tried to contact them several times after that too but they were unresponsive.
HOW DO THEY MANAGE THEIR BUSINESS LIKE THIS ? By spoiling homes instead of cleaning them? We were about to get the painting done by them after this but thankfully some unforseen hand/power has warned us against them

Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with the AC cleaning service booked through UrbanClap. The technician's mishandling of the equipment led to water damage in my AC unit, causing the motor to burn out. This incident not only caused me inconvenience but also unexpected expenses. I hope UrbanClap addresses this issue and ensures their technicians are better trained for future services.

CALLED FOR AC SERVICING AND ENDED UP BUYING A NEW AC,IT WAS WORKING WELL BEFORE I CALLED UC BUT AFTER SERVICE HAD TO CALL HIM AGAIN AS WATER WAS FALLING AND AFTER THAT AC STOPPED COOLING, ENDED UP BUYING A NEW AC

They took my spa booking and they cancelled the booking

When the booking was done two days earlier

Then what the point of taking my booking
As all the plans were ruined

We had booked for a deep cleaning service in Visakhapatnam for 10 AM, a week in advance. As it is a new apartment, we found a date in-between the hectic schedule we had. Everything seemed okay, a person called Suresh visited the site the previous evening and after inspecting it, asked for more payment than mentioned, stating that the area was large. After doing all this, he assured us he would have his team at the site by 9.45 AM. The morning of the scheduled cleaning, at 7.47 AM, I get a message stating the booking has been cancelled. This was MOST unprofessional, totally unexpected and unacceptable. I called Suresh who claimed his supervisor met with an accident the previous evening and therefore had to cancel, an excuse I somehow found hard to believe. This company gives us no option of contacting them when problems like this crop up - a very indifferent attitude.
The one good thing that came out of this horrible first experience I had with this company is that, we got a team from another company called NAS who were so good, the quality of work and professionalism was excellent. We now know whose cleaning services we would always use and recommend to others, in Visakhapatnam.

Product used r not really very good, almost did dry cleaning of the bathroom, did not used the appropriate cleaning machine. The service guy was very new & had no idea of cleaning no doubt the poor guy worked very hard but was not trained properly & send him for service. In fact had cloth stains on the glass & mirror. Please give proper training & equipments & cloth to the technicians . Instead of fragrance now my bathroom is stinking .
No where to complaint also about urban clap

My issue is not resolved but technicion marked it as resolved at closed chat now asking to book again and pay again

Bad ac service the technician are not skilled just know how to spray water which clogged the drain. After water cleaning they did not check whther water is not flowing outside.

Please dont trust Urban clap, this company sending the theives for cleaning purposed and charing the amount very high.It is not maintaining the professionals, so please dont use UC. Please check your belongings once work is done.

I had booked a Laptop Repair Service on 27th March 2024. A technician Shakeel Ahmed was assigned. He reached 3.5 hours late and after examination tells me that he needs to take my laptop and change the parts. We decide on the cost.

And that’s it. He disappears with my laptop worth 80000. He doesn’t pick my calls. And by the end of next day cancels the booking and I cannot even call him anymore.

The customer support just responds with automated messages and keeps asking for 24 hours, 72 hours but no update nor compensation for my loss.

Stay away from Urban Company. And take care of your precious belongings.

While I had engaged Urban clap premium service for full house cleaning on Feb 16th 2024, this was one of the worst experiences i had with them. Nothing went right.. high pricing, response from UC member was pathetic and professional refused to do some of the tasks that were mentioned.

UC member's response:
Gangadhar from UC company was totally useless and had failed to provide required support. Forget about providing help, he didn't even listen to our request. Whatever i had asked, he was just reading same response n number of times without providing a solution. He even refused to pass the phone to his supervisor saying that there is no one as such. After he had disconnected our call, he even called the professional who was at our location, asking him to leave from the place. Displayed extremely bad attitude. I wonder they claim to be the best with such people around.

Professional's response:
After taking full home cleaning at premium price, the professional had refused to clean kitchen exhaust pipe, temple, show rack and also the kitchen was cleaned at a basic level. Upon request he has agreed to provide the service.

Pricing:
Extremely high pricing with poor quality service. Why should I request your people to complete the tasks, when i has paid premium price to the services? If there is something that you do not agree to provide do mention well ahead of starting the service. Don't throw attitude once the service is agreed. There are many other companies who offer the service at better price n better quality. Overall it was a disgusting experience .

On feb 9th 2024 we have availed the spa services FROM URBAN COMPANY.Soon after massage the body got bubbles and pain increased.When approached the doctor we were told that the tissues were damaged .the burnt body pics were sent to urban company, UNFORTUNATELY instead of accepting their negligence they started ignoring . unable to bear the pain we are daily taking pain killers, became bedridden, lostjob.instead of rectifying the mistake aman kunar of urban company started provoking us to go to court. as said by amankumar we had approached a lawyer and sent legal notice and paid from our pocket to lawyer. despite sending multiple notices urban clap is not responding . So shall file suit so that in future no other lady suffers after availing their service of spa. Dear friends kindly be aware and before booking their spa service and kindly go the face book page and google their reviews

Urban clap assigned this carpenter, who came to my house stole 3k from my wallet which was in the cupboard. When he got caught ,at first he told ,he got it from a medical shop when he bought a medicine, asked for the receipt he changed the situation and told he got by working into the medicine shop , when asked which medicine shop he again changed the situation by telling he got it from other clients . Lying on the face again and again before searching him , I told him 500rs notes were new notes and approximately 3k was missing , and exactly 3k were found from him and all the notes were new notes . So sad that urbanclap is sending theifs to someone house very disappointed with there services and also tried there helpine (sos) number they raised a ticket and asked 24hours of time and after that no one got back to me . They only asked for photographs . This is the current situation consulted police but sadly they were unable to help because it was cash money . Never ever will be going to use there services again .

I don't want to give a single star also as...it is d worst experience with this company very unprofessional ppl they hire....few months back called them for my ac service their person came and did service as per d UC thing then he started there is only 40 percent gas....I said ok u fill it I will pay he charged 2800 for me ...after 2 days ac stopped working...i called him again as I have his no....he came and told there is a problem in d unit u have to call daikin company professional....i called ac company person he came and checked and told me there is no problem with the unit....it is having 0 % gas...I was furious and called u fellow and asked for explanation....he was telling cock and bull stories but didn't turned up....I had to pay more 3000 for gas filling....so will never trust uc again...

The worst cleaning company ever ! Unprofessional cleaners and customer service! They are always more than 1 hour late ! The girls are not trained to do a proper cleaning and they are always lazy and slow ! I gave them more than 5 chances and they never fail to make me unsatisfied even more !

I dont want to give even single star but above there is no option of zero star, one of worst service whenever we are booking they are not coming one time, and later if we call there useless customer care they even not bother to resovle the issue and giving some baseless reason the car is broken, the person is not well, if are not so professional,Please wind up your business and dont fool people, there is high competion in market, better then urban clap many company are existing, i had deacivated the app from mobile as well all my relative and person inform please dont use urban clap service.

Worst company (with bad work men) which cannot be reached at all for any emergency due to unwanted typical labour class tantrums thrown on the customers. But company enjoys helplessly or smartly sitting miles off by basking on the customers exploitation.
Don't ever deal with such companies which cannot be contacted on the phone call, if you need to contact them.

They're the modern day dacoits.
