Uniqletts  Arvostelua

Awesome experience with Uniqletts. Thank you so much Rupa for your help and your responsiveness ! The process was really fluent and efficient, we really appreciated it.

As a tenant, we have had a lovely experience renting through Rupa and Uniqletts. Contacting to arrange a viewing was easy and efficient. Viewing the property was straightforward and all our questions were answered either immediately or in a follow up email. Moving in/handover was just as simple and all issues (thankfully only minor ones) have been resolved very effectively.

I have been assisted by Rupa since I bought my apartment in London. She is very professional and has always managed everything independently, from the search and contracts with tenants to other bureaucratic practices, and of course the flat maintenance. I am very satisfied

Rupa is very communicative and responsive to arising issues. The best thing to say: nothing to say!

Rupa was excellent at helping finding a property for me, she would always get back to me in time and walked me through any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Uniqletts.

Our rental experience with Rupa was great! She was always available to support and reliable. She cares about establishing relationships with tenants which was great for us. Highly recommended!

Amazing service, super fast and communicative!

Overall great experience with them! Totally recommend.

I definitely recommend Rupa and Uniqletts. Thanks to her, I found the beautiful flat I am living in. During my stay here over the past three years, she has been extremely helpful. We always resolved any issues in the house or addressed anything that needed to be changed or fixed. Thanks again for everything!

I had a very good experience with Rupa on finding a new home for me and my wife.
Very attentive and helpful on all our needs and always available to respond to all our questions, even through the bank holiday weekend.
Highly recommended.

I’m incredibly pleased with the Rupa and Shafiq from Uniqletts. I was struggling with my previous landlord and found them. The team was very amicable and kind throughout my renting process and still are. Renting process can be daunting, but their entire team was fantastic every step of the way.
We have a whatsapp group chat for any issues that we encounter with the home (small ofcourse), and they are ready to help. Highly recommend!

Rupa is incredibly nice and friendly and has brilliant ideas for solving problems, but definitely seems overwhelmed at times. Never an absurdly long wait though!

I could not recommend Rupa and Uniqletts enough!
This was my first time moving out on my own and Rupa has made it so easy, she’s always there to help and never makes me feel like I am badgering her or asking too much! Having a kind, caring and helpful agent is so important and I am so lucky to have found Rupa as she is just that plus much more.
