Sandersons London Arvostelua

Regi, Val and Ines have been really helpful from start to finish. They were responsive on the email or phone, polite and professional at all times. I have found the stay at this property (renting) easy because of their great service. Thank you!

We have been with them for quite some time, and we are very happy with their service. We especially appreciate how quickly and efficiently they handle any issues, whether it’s a plumbing problem or any other type of repair. They always respond promptly, coordinate the necessary work effectively, and make sure everything is resolved as quickly as possible.

Their professionalism and reliability give us great peace of mind, which is why we continue to with them. We highly recommend it.

I had such a great experience with Sandersons, and I’d like to acknowledge Jack, Romana and Ines. They were fantastic to work with, they communicated really well during the application process, and supported when some paperwork on my end needed to be amended. They really leaned in, and were proactive on all fronts - I couldn’t be more grateful!

I’d highly recommend Sandersons and the team.

Very thorough and professional throughout

We hadn't previously worked with Sandersons, but they recently helped us to secure a tenant for our flat in W11. Our experience was very positive - we found them to be efficient, professional and helpful in every way - would not hesitate to recommend to other landlords.

I really like Sandersons because they are so responsive, they never patronize and they are genuinely nice people. I have worked particularly with Regi who is all of the above and Charlotte. I trust them which is kind of rare these days. I live out of the UK so I am in their hands. Regi and Charlotte both go the extra mile and I very much appreciate that.

Regvita was excellent. She helped us coordinate with contractors and building management when we had an emergency in our apartment

Toby and Romana were absolutely wonderful to work with. Incredibly prompt and professional and helped us secure our dream flat. They made a somewhat stressful process very easy.

Excellent service from the lettings and management team, particularly from Ines, Romana and Thomas. They were highly efficient in organising viewings and keeping me informed during the follow-up process. All was smooth, professional, and well-managed from start to finish!

The team was very helpful and responsive. I work with Romana Moskurjakova, Ines Santos, and Charlotte Heaton. They are all fantastic!

We had a wonderful experience with sandersons in particular because of Tom Wright’s excellent service to us as we were searching for a flat. He was personable, gracious, knowledgeable, and quick to communicate and thorough in attending to our requests. He made the whole experience enjoyable.

Romana and Michelle were fantastic in my flat search. I moved here from the US and they were able to clearly guide me through the London letting process and helped me find the perfect residence. Would highly recommend the Sanderson's team.

The team who achieved our letting were very professional, helpful and quick to respond to us as matters progressed

Ines and Regi are fabulous, take care of everything while we are out of the country. They’ve managed to stay on top of everything and communicate quickly and effectively.

The Sanderson’s team went above and beyond expectations - a league above all the other agents in the area. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you regvita for your great support , and solving the problem

I am very happy with this company. Their staff are very professional and provide great customer service. They are always very prompt to resolve our queries and solve our problems in a timely manner.

Cannot recommended this agency ,I was looking to move to a new flat , they offered me a view , we agreed to a moving date , has my notice was already given to my current landlord. They failed to confirm a moving date to the new flat, so I emailed , 3 day before my current notice ended to tell them , I don’t need they service has need a new place in 3 days otherwise will be homeless.
This situation was so stressful has you can imagine. Last minute I found a new place, however, they still haven’t refund me the money I give to them. Bank transfer this day doesn’t take forever to be transfer.
Avoid this Sanderson Agency . You have been warned.

Communication between Sandersons,Tenant and Landlord smooth, proactive and timely.
Sandersons willingness to work with Landlord rather than just with tenant is welcome and allows for a shared / effective understanding between all parties. Solutions to problems therefore have had better outcomes.
Financial information, deposits, statements etc have also been presented to me clearly and in time.

Romana and Ines were absolutely fantastic in helping us secure the perfect short-term let. From start to finish, they worked incredibly hard, on our behalf and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and well managed.

They kept us informed at every stage, were always responsive, and brought such a warm, friendly energy to every interaction. We genuinely felt that they had our best interests at heart the entire time, which made a huge difference.

We’re so grateful for their care, professionalism, and dedication, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for thoughtful, reliable agents.
