Uniqletts  Arvostelua

All around great experience. Rupa was very helpful and flexible :)

We had the pleasure of dealing with Rupa throughout our 3 year tenancy.
She was brilliant and best agent I have personally dealt with.
Would highly recommend Uniqueletts.

I can tell that they are the best. They are supportive and kind I have enjoyed working with them.

I’ve been a tenant of Rupa for two years, and all I can say is that it was the best decision I’ve made. She is very attentive, helpful and understanding. I recommend working with Uniqletts and more specifically Rupa to everyone. Thank you Rupa 🙏🏻

Uniqletts was my agent for 2 years, and i have never had any problems with them. Especially, Rupa is the best agent i have ever seen. She handles every problem of the tenants quickly. She is amazing. She is kind and friendly. I reccommend Uniqletts to everyone. It was the best experince with agencies i had in London.

Great company, great staff! Really easy to communicate

Great agency, found me a flat in the center of Kensington, Rupa has been really helpful!

Outstanding service from a genuinely caring professional. Working with Rupa was a breath of fresh air. Most estate agents can feel like cold machines who only care about the deal, but Rupa is the complete opposite. She is incredibly trustworthy, kind, and always ready to help. She actually took the time to understand exactly what I needed and guided me with genuine empathy. If you want an agent who treats you like a human being and delivers great service, Rupa at Uniqletts is the one!

I have just moved in to a new flat in London and have been communicating with Rupa, best experience I have had with any letting agent! Rupa was very quick to respond and was quick to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to arrange everything for me to ensure I had an easy and smooth move in. I would say this is the only letting agent I have dealt with where I have been given a very personable experience as opposed to being treated like one file out of a thousand. I would highly recommend Uniqletts to anyone looking to rent in London, absolutely great!

I have found a very nice studio thanks to Uniqletts. They always made sure to reply very quickly and were very helpful!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Uniqletts. Whenever I’ve needed something dealt with at the property, they’ve been responsive, helpful and quick to get things sorted.

Most recently, my boiler stopped working and they arranged for an engineer to come out within just a few hours. The issue was resolved there and then on the same day, which I really appreciated. A particular thank you to my letting agent for responding and arranging everything so quickly, especially as she was actually abroad with her family at the time.

This has been consistent with my experience throughout my tenancy. When my previous bed collapsed, they arranged for someone to come out and build a replacement on the same day, and he was also kind enough to help assemble my table and chairs.

Overall, I’ve found Uniqletts very cooperative and easy to deal with whenever I’ve needed assistance. It’s reassuring to know that when something genuinely needs attention, they respond quickly and do their best to get it resolved. Very happy to recommend them.

I've been a tenant with UniqLetts for over four years now and honestly Rupa is the main reason I haven't moved. She's warm, professional, and actually treats me like a person, not just another file on her desk. Whenever something breaks, she gets repairs booked in fast and keeps me updated every step of the way. Rent questions, contract renewals, inspections. She handles it all with clarity and zero stress. No disappearing acts, no brushed off emails. Just honest, reliable service from someone who clearly cares. After four years of renting, that kind of consistency is rare. Massive thanks to Rupa and the team – I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Rupa and Uniqletts. The properties managed are kept in excellent condition, she responds to any query and is genuinely the kindest, understanding and considerate person to help find you a property. I would recommend Uniqletts!

I had to rent a place on very short notice. Rupa was fantastic. She answered every question almost immediately and allowed me to complete the process in only 2 days.

I’ve tried various agents for letting property in the past and Uniqletts comes top of the list. All aspects of the letting are handled professionally. From viewings, to lease renewals, deposits and ongoing maintenance. The communication is great through all the processes.

Rupa has been managing my properties in London for many years and have never had any issues - rent it paid on time and the properties have been well maintained

We have been using Rupa and Shafiq in Uniqletts for over 11 years to rent our properties in London. Rupa has been very efficient in finding the right tenants for all our properties without gaps.

She worked very professionally and in an unbiased manner during the whole renting process. We always turned to her advice, recommendations and experience.

We highly recommend using and relying on Uniqletts and Rupa, to have peace mind.

Very nice experience, we have already moved in and we are very happy with the new flat :) Rupa has been responsive and polite throughout the process.

Excellent and fast help from Rupa.

Rupa has been excellent throughout our tenancy so far. She is very attentive, and even came to our rescue when we got locked out late on a Friday night.
