Uniqletts  Arvostelua

The renting process was quite smooth. Getting things sorted did take a little longer than I would have liked, but they were easy to reach out to when I needed.

The best agency in London really helpful and understanding also really professional glad we had them to our moving!

Rupa is very friendly and easy to communicate with. She was really helpful throughout the move-in process and made everything smooth and pleasant.

Rupa has helped me get my new studio and ensured that all the documents have been signed and everything paid. She responded promptly when needed, and as a student renting a property for the first time, she made this process much easier!
Would recommend :)

All good. Everything ok

Very quick replies and efficient !

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Rupa from Uniqletts. She and her team were both friendly and professional throughout my tenancy. I was very happy and satisfied during my two-year stay in their property.

The flat was well-maintained, fully compliant, and located in a great neighbourhood. I truly enjoyed my time there, thanks to the excellent property management team. For example, whenever there was an emergency, Rupa responded quickly to text messages and helped resolve any issues efficiently.

I would highly recommend Uniqletts to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property management team.

Rupa and her team have been managing our property for over 5 years . She guides the landlord and ensures smooth process for our tenants and ensures we are always kept in the loop.
I have recommended their services to others who have felt the exact same regarding efficiency and professionalism.
I would highly recommend Uniqletts to manage your property

I've had Uniqletts managing two of my London properties for almost 15 years, and I can genuinely say they’re a company I’d recommend to any landlord. Rupa has consistently delivered excellent support through various tenant transitions. She’s highly efficient, quick to respond, and someone I completely trust to handle any problems or urgent situations that arise. Many thanks Rupa!"

Rupa was very helpful in assisting the rental process.

Rupa has been extremely helpful along the whole process of getting a flat. She responded swiftly to all the queries I had and provided updates on the progress each and every step making the stressful moving process a pleasant experience for me. Thank you so much for all the help so far!

To frankly put worst communication I’ve ever had with a letting agency/agent. As a tenant the agent took weeks to reply to my email then whenever they decide to respond, they expect rush and quick turnover in return. Agent has to sense of time or even time management and cares very little about property. Raised an issue and was asked my availability come then to come by. Told them my availability and they took a week to respond and the requested my availability for the following week where they did they same thing again. Absolutely the worst!

They where super helpful and quick.I have also recommend them to all my friends and family.

Rupa has been very helpful with my move in and with all my requests. Always available, issues resolved fast and efficient. Can't ask for more, really nice agency and people.

Rupa and the team have been wonderful. Been through a lot of agencies in London, and this is a great one! Very affordable, fast checks (even though it was over Christmas/New Year!). Currently in Bayswater and no complaints so far.

We have been dealing with Rupa and Shafiq for over fifteen years now letting over 50 flats . They are both very honest, respectful and reliable. I constantly communicate with Rupa, she is always available to speak to, she listens to our requests and communicates it to the tenants and help to solve problems when needed. It’s been pleasure dealing with her.

Uniqletts has been managing two of my properties in London for nearly 10 years, and I would honestly recommend them to any landlords. Rupa has been providing a great service across multiple change over of tenants. She is very on top of things, responsive and I trust her to deal with any issues or emergencies that may come up. Thanks Rupa!

Had a great experience with Uniqletts! I was assisted by Rupa who helped me find the perfect place and put an end to my long search. She answered all my questions and helped make my move in process smooth and easy!

I will always be recommending Rupa. From the very start she was incredibly responsive and quick to answe all my questions and address my concerns. Her dedication made sure to accommodate all our new requirements for the flat, which I still incredibly love and wish to stay here for the long term.
