Misleading & dismissive service!!
Unimeal has told me that I purchased a 1 month ‘support subscription’ when I fact I only purchased a 1 week meal plan. They claim that I clicked on this when in fact I did not. I’m now being told that I can’t get the refund although a reason has not been given. It’s only been a few days & I’m being given the ‘runaround’ & no clear answer! Clearly they don’t value their potential client relations and I have never been so angry & disappointed. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH UNIMEAL- they are dismissive & the website is misleading. Absolutely terrible service.
Information was Not clear on checkout. What was clear was that I only requested the 1 week meal plan for a fraction of the price & definitely not the full monthly amount. These websites are overloaded with misleading information jumping out at every corner in an attempt to confuse the customer. We all know this is a problem.

I’m very disappointed with my…
I’m very disappointed with my experience with Unimeal. I cancelled my subscription back in July and haven’t used the app at all since then. Despite this, they unexpectedly charged me £35.99 and automatically renewed my subscription without any notice that I could find.
When I contacted their support team to request a cancellation and refund, they refused to refund the full amount and instead tried to persuade me to stay by offering only a 50% refund and access to the service until 28th December. I made it clear that I was no longer interested in their services, but I still felt pressured to continue despite having already cancelled months ago.
Overall, this situation has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I hope my experience helps others be cautious with their subscription settings, as the cancellation and refund process has not been straightforward for me.

It would be better if foods were easier search. Even possibly by barcode. When searching foods usually the one I'm looking for is almost totally to the bottom of the list even though I'm using exact wording.

Unfaire Abzocke mit Abofslle
Ich hatte in der Testphase schon gekündigt....da das Programm bei mir immer nur abgestürzt ist....
Unmeal sagt es ist keine Kündigung da und ich soll meine Kündigung vorlegen.
Da dies aber schon länger her ist und ich von den Unternehmen nichts mehr gehört habe bin ich dabon ausgegangen das es sich erledigt hat und habe alles gelöscht.
Keinerlei Entgegenkommen von Unmeal....im Gegenteil sie bestehen darauf das keine Kündigung eingegangen ist und nichts im.System ist....aber das ist doch nicht meine Schuld....
Nun wurden mir knappe 37 Euro abgebucht....bin stinksauer und sehr sehr sauer auf Unmeal..
Bekomme nur E-Rente und kann mir micht leisten mein Geld so grundlos raus zu schmeißen....
Für mich ist das eine reine Abofalle.und keine Chance sein Geld zurück zu bekommen,.Obwohl man alles richtig gemacht hat.
Finger weg davon....ein faires Unternehmen verhält sich anders..

Me suscribí a Unimeal por solo un mes, esperando que me ayudara con una rutina de alimentación personalizada. Lamentablemente, la app no fue útil para mí y no ofreció los resultados que prometía.
Lo peor es que, después me cobraron otro mes sin mi consentimiento. Solicité el reembolso inmediatamente sin haber iniciado ese nuevo mes y se negaron a devolver mi dinero, lo cual considero totalmente poco profesional.
Siento que esta práctica es un abuso y un robo, ya que no respetaron mi intención clara de cancelar y reembolso del servicio que no utilizaré. No recomiendo esta aplicación.

If i can give it -0 star I would, they advertise one price and they charge you 3 new prices. I emailed within 5 minutes of this transaction and they only want to offer a partial refund. The biggets scam I would not trust this company DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTIHING. This is why their comments are hidden on the socials because everyone is saying the same
