Better than any diet
I tried everything intermittent fasting, keto, gym machines but it’s this program that gave stability, understanding of the processes and results without nerves, I lost 8 kg and don’t feel exhausted and this is the most important thing.

Incredibly poor appreciation for their ‘customers’
Did not use. Renewal £59.99 was not communicated timely and they have refused thus far to pay a refund (I am asking for refund of the unused portion.)
Update: 50% refund offered after trust pilot review, that’s too late I’m afraid.

Bad customer service on earth
The app itself is useful but the customer service is robotic and unprofessional. They act like they respond fast but just to keep their SLA nice!
I tried their trial package but ended up didn't have time to use the app at all. It's my fault not realising that the payment renewal was going to occur and I forgot to cancel it in time as I was too busy travelling.
I asked them for a refund but they just pointed at the T&C, read it, and accept the charge. They tried to offer me the extra package but I made it clear that I didn't use the app at all (they should be able to see the movement or how I interacted with the app) so I didn't want their offer.
Eventually, they didn't grant me a refund and kept saying that I should have read the rules and laws again.
It's disappointing. I accepted my mistake but why couldn't they just be flexible to keep customers happy in a nicer gestures, not just trading their disappointment with a freaking amount of money. Maybe they'd be happy to use their app in the future or at least recommend it to other people...
The business mindset is important. I made similar mistake before with other apps but sorry they were much nicer than you guys!

This is a total scam. I signed up for a heavily discounted 1 month plan and then discovered that I was being charged for a totally different program that I did not request. I always screen shot the confirmation when I sign up online but only received one confirmation.
The replies to my emails were total gibberish and written to avoid any refunds.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT IS A TOTAL SCAM.

Perfect for My Busy Schedule
I seldom had time to arrange meals because of job and family obligations. Unimeal changed that by giving me a plan every morning that includes grocery choices and meals. No more takeout at the last minute. It helps me keep on track with my objectives while saving me money, time, and stress.

Its a fraud site they charge you 70 usd after some time i just paid 24 usd as a one time period
They charge a hefty sum of 70usd after 3 months ,i did not agree to that initially. They claim it says that the customer must cancel within that timeframe,its fraud as i never saw that in the start.
I never used their App and asked for refund just minutes after they tok the money today,they refuse to pay back and instead offer me an extended period for 6 months
I habr said i never used the app from the beginning. Just stay away and make sure to cancel any damn supscription plan you never saw in the start 😡

Zrozumiałe jest, dlaczego jest Pani zdenerwowana, że plan posiłków jest trudny w obsłudze i uważa Pani, że nie odzwierciedlał on Pani preferencji. Serdecznie przepraszamy za zamieszanie i stres, jakie Panią to spowodowało.
Przykro nam, że personalizacja Pani planu posiłków była niewystarczająca.
Wysłaliśmy już do Pani wiadomość e-mail, aby zebrać wszystkie informacje potrzebne do dokładnego rozpatrzenia Pani sprawy i dalszego jej rozwiązania. Proszę sprawdzić skrzynkę odbiorczą (oraz folder ze spamem, na wszelki wypadek) i odpowiedzieć w dogodnym dla siebie terminie — jesteśmy tu, aby to naprawić.

No calorie counting
I always avoided diets because of the complexity of counting calories but here everything is already thought through: I just choose a meal, cook and eat calmly, this removed a lot of stress from me because I know I'm not exceeding norms and at the same time not staying hungry, as a man I appreciate simplicity and clarity and here it’s all that.
