Nie otrzymałam żadnych faktur, żadnej oficjalnej komunikacji ani wyjaśnienia dotyczącego tych opłat czy dalszego korzystania z aplikacji. Kontakt z obsługą klienta jest utrudniony, a odpowiedzi nie ma mimo kontaktu!
Tego typu działania są skrajnie nieprofesjonalne i dla użytkownika wyglądają jak praktyki wprowadzające w błąd. Oczekuję natychmiastowego zwrotu pieniędzy oraz zamknięcia konta.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam to jedno wielkie oszystwo!

auch ich bin leider auf die zwielichtigen Machenschaften von Unimeal reingefallen. Habe im Januar 2026 ein Testabo abgeschlossen und wie viele mit PayPal bezahlt. Leider wurde die Einmalzahlung bei PayPal als Abo mit monatlicher Zahlung hinterlegt. Habe seit Januar insgesamt bezahlt:

Bleibe am Ball bis ich meine Geld wieder bekomme und lasse nicht locker bei dieser Abzocke!

Je me suis inscrite à la période d’essai mais j’ai vite vu que ça ne me correspondait pas. J’ai annulé mon abonnement immédiatement mais j’ai quand même été prélevée le mois suivant. Il y a des échanges de mails en cours fait par l’IA du côté Unimeal pour m’assurer de l’arrêt des prélèvements. je déconseille totalement cette appli très manipulatrice.

Ho attivato un abbonamento di una settimana per provare e ho pagato 12,88€ fin qui tutto bene, vado a vedere quanto ho sulla carta e con grande dispiacere vedo che mi hanno preso altri 60,99€ senza che me ne accorgessi. Ho scritto subito all’assistenza che mi restituiscano il mal tolto e dí cancellare subito quell’abbonamento che io non ho chiesto assolutamente. Il risultato è stato che ho annullato tutti e due gli abbonamenti e da parte loro ho solo ricevuto delle scuse ma che posso utilizzare l’abbonamento fino a scadenza dí rimborso non ne hanno parlato. Mai più e se mi capita farò una giustamente pessima pubblicità.

Dreiste Betrugsmasche!!! Finger weg!!!
Man kann auf der Plattform z.B. einen Ernährungsplan z.B. für eine Woche für 11,89 € erstehen (Einzelkauf). Die Bezahlung wird explizit über Paypal als schnellster Zahlungsweg angeboten. Was man nicht erfährt und explizit nicht erkennt, sind die Abonnementsbedingungen in versteckten Menüs auf der ersten Seite von unimeal rechts oben hinter 3 Balken und weiteren Untermenüs. Hat man sich auf der ersten Seite per Button als Mann oder Frau identifiziert scrollen die 3 Balken nach oben und sind, die Abofalle ist da bereits zugeschnappt. Bis auf Seite 34 und weiter zum Paypal-Bezahlbutton ist das Menü mit den 3 Balken nicht mehr zu sehen und nach dem Klick auf Paypals fröhlichen Bezahlbutton kommt der erste kleine Hinweis, dass man ein Abo am Hals hat. Auf der nachfolgenden Rechnung steht dann „Zahlungsart: automatische Verlängerung“ und die weiteren Abbuchungen, denn dann wird mit Paypals Hilfe fleißig vom Konto abgebucht. Wer nicht täglich sein Konto prüft erlebt da böse Überraschungen. Auch eine sofortige Kündigung hätte die unrechtmäßige Abbuchung von 59,49 € zur Folge. Das gehört zum Geschäftsmodell und ist hundertfach auf Trustpilot nachlesbar.
Der Bestellvorgang ist in Gänze völlig intransparent, was das Abo bezüglich Leistung Dauer und Höhe der Kosten betrifft und wird mit zunehmender Dauer auch immer teurer. Hier liegt nachweislich Betrug nach §305c BGB (Überraschungsklausel) und eine unrechtmäßige Vertragsverlängerung vor. Man kann stundenlang auf Trustpilot über mehrere Jahre hinweg 1-Sterne-Bewertungen über diese Betrugsmasche lesen, die auch Dank Paypal immer noch funktioniert.
Es werden Zahlungen für eine Leistung abgebucht, die in dieser Form nicht ausdrücklich bestellt wurde. Insoweit handelt es sich um unbestellte Leistungen gemäß §241a BGB nach denen ein Vertrag nicht zustande kommt. Dazu kommen Verstöße gegen EU Transparenzregelungen.
Es kann sich jeder die App ansehen und bis zum Bezahlbutton durcharbeiten aber nicht draufklicken
Ein seriöses Unternehmen hätte längst den Bestellvorgang gesetzeskonform angepasst und transparent gemacht, anstatt mit ihrem so genannten „unimeal Team“ jahrelang mantraartig und KI-mäßig mit den immergleichen Entschuldigungen, Rechtfertigungen, Schönrednereien und Lügen zu versuchen Betrug als seriös zu verkaufen. Klar, wer macht sich schon selber so ein schönes betrügerisches Geschäftsmodell kaputt.

Die Anfrage von unimeal auf mehr Informationen ist deren typische Hinhaltetaktik. AMOAPPSLimited/unimeal hat am 11.03.2026 um 11:47:19 Uhr eine E-Mail hinsichtlich Rückerstattung wegen intransparenten Abo – PayPal-Abbuchungen am 27.01.2026 und 26.02.2026 erhalten. Die sollten sie vielleicht mal lesen. Eine sinnvoll nachvollziehbare Antwort darauf habe ich bis heute nicht erhalten. Was Paypal entschieden hat, steht auf einem ganz anderen Blatt. Auch da habe ich bisher keine Antwort auf meine Fragen erhalten. Ich habe den Fall bereits an die Verbraucherzentrale und das Bundesamt für Sicherheit in der Informationstechnik weitergeleitet. Auf "Watchlist Internet" ist unimeal schon seit 2024 als unseriöse Plattform hinsichtlich Abofalle und Internetabzocke ausgewiesen.

Currently struggling to get a refund after my bank “caught” the £59.99 payment trying to be taken out. This worried me that their system was insecure and am now having to justify getting my first payment back. I have also been offered an extension to this subscription but I really don’t hold out much hope of getting my money back. It’s a scam.

Il programma ti propone uno sconto per aderire e poi di step in step ti addebita ulteriori servizi e ovviamente non a scelta ma come percorso obbligato per arrivare alla fine, senza fornire la tariffa di addebito.
A me hanno fatto oagare 100 euro e non vogliono farmi il rimborso.
Esperienza pessima e non lo raccomando a nessuno!!!
Inoltre per accedere all'app mi chiede altri servizi aggiuntivi a pagamento, ma dovrei poter accedere per la consulenza con il mio coach, visto che ho pagato 100 euro per questo.
Ogni volta che cerco un servizio online caso in queste truffe, i soldi che mi hanno fatto pagare potevano tranquillamente andare un esperto con una visita di persona.
Sono davvero arrabbiata!!!
In risposta alla vostra qua sotto, vi ho inviato almeno 10 email chiedendo di essere rimborsata e mi avete propinato una valanga di attenuanti, non mi avete assolutamente spiegato inoltre perché per accedere al servizio che ho pagato 100 euro io devo pagare ancora 20 euro al mese.
A questo punto esigo immediatamente di essere rimborsata di quanto mi avete sottratto!!!

My name is Gloria Virginia. I just had an experience with Unimeal also not accepting my cancellation and continuing to charge my account. I did not discover the 3-month charges over the course of 2 years because the account was being taken from a back up PayPal method. I got divorced and through the discovery and logistical separation just this month I saw I was billed close to $500 when all I agreed to pay was a meal plan in 2024 for $24.95. I never used the account after the one meal plan and only logged back in to cancel the account. When I brought my situation to their attention they offered me 15-months worth of free services from the app. I asked for the money back, which was less than the cost of the service for 15 months. They refused. They said all of the terms and conditions were “clearly” started at the registration. Obviously I cannot go back to pull that up from 2024 nor did I keep proof of my efforts to cancel. The 3 month billing I think makes it even harder for consumers to catch as a hidden subscription.
The UniMeal model is created to take advantage of people not fully vested in using the application. For people like me that just wanted one aspect of the app, it swallowed me whole. For the people that were already vested to use any dietary app for fitness goals, I’m sure the layout and design works wonders.
It should not be so difficult to cancel a subscription period. It should not be on the consumer to have to prove cancellation when there is no activity on an account for over a year. I believe laws should be placed on big tech to not renew subscriptions over a year without affirmative confirmation from the subscriber. Additionally, UniMeal NEVER ONCE sent me a reminder, a receipt, or anything to otherwise indicate to me that I was getting billed on an ongoing basis. PayPal only paid it through my backup form of payment as the main method was deactivated.
I am going to sue UniMeal in the Northern District of Illinois. If any of you want to join in my lawsuit please email glorialawgroup at gmail.com. I plan to file on May 1.

Es un timo, te ofrecen en pantalla una cosa la cual tú aceptas leyendo bien todo,pero cuál es la sorpresa??? Que ellos dicen que tú haz hecho una suscripción(la cual es mentira) y te suscriben y con la consecuencia de que se cobran lo que ellos consideran no el importe que tú has visto. Es como que pagas 32€ pero ellos te cobran eso más casi 70€ más porque dicen que tú lo has ticado explícitamente cuando es una Estafa. Publicidad engañosa Cuidado!!!!!! Y tras números correos en menos 5 minutos tras ver el cobro de dinero, solo le dicen que he sido yo; que entienden las frustraciones pero la culpa es mía😡
