Di fatto non è così perché hanno continuato

È una truffa. Ho pagato per un piano alimentare 13 € , alla fine hanno prelevato altri 18 € per un coach e con un rinnovo mensile di 70 € . State attenti. Ho chiamato la banca e ho subito bloccato il bancomat. Mi rispondono con de le mai e proposte gratuite per un anno etc .

Unimeal is an excellent app companion to my journey to better health and losing weight. The meal suggestions, water tracker, weight log and goals help keep me going. Using the Unimeal app for almost six months now has definitely changed my eating habits and I’ve lost 40 pounds (my goal is to lose 50 pounds). Having a coach with my subscription enhances the positive experience because my questions and concerns are always answered clearly, inspiringly, and professionally. My lifestyle has definitely changed both in my diet and regular exercise, and I feel healthier, my self image is stronger, my wife is much happier, and my doctors are satisfied. My 40-pound weight loss has given me an excuse to purchase new clothes! In conclusion, losing weight is a challenge, but it can be fun with determination, perseverance, and Unimeal.

Die App ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Man kann Mahlzeiten nicht auf den nächsten Tag Tag übertragen, Routinen nicht auf Tag übernommen. Gespeicherte Mahlzeiten werden nicht 1 zu 1 in den Kalender übernommen. Einmal ein gespeichertes Rezept kann nicht mehr aufgerufen werden um z.b. die Backlaufzeit nachzufragen. 😕
Persönliche Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet.
Aus diesem Grund habe ich nach 4 Wochen das Abonnement beendet.

Fast forward contacting their customer service they help with absolutely nothing I didn’t approve of any consultation fee but they took my money anyway!!!!! I gave it 1 star Because it’s not possible to give it 0. My advise unless you want your money to be wasted NEVER use this app there’s way better ones out there who don’t steal people’s money in the name of fake bot consultation. Pathetic!!!!

Awful customer service with no human aspect. Make it notoriously difficult to cancel and take money from your account despite months of no usage then refuse refunds.
Don’t waste your time going with such an unethical company which lacks care, support or empathy.

Vorsicht – versteckte Kosten und irreführende Abos
Ich habe ein 12-Wochen-Abo für 18,99 € abgeschlossen und ging davon aus, dass dies der einzige Preis ist. Erst nach dem Kauf stellte sich jedoch heraus, dass zusätzlich ein Beratungsabo für 35,69 € aktiviert wurde, das sich monatlich für 71,39 € verlängert – ohne dass ich darüber an irgendeiner Stelle informiert wurde. Weder in den Abonnementbedingungen noch im Bezahlvorgang war ein Hinweis dazu zu finden.
Laut Unimeal hätte ich dieses Abo – zusätzlich zum Abo „persönlicher Essensplan“ (der keineswegs persönlich ist) – manuell abgeschlossen und akzeptiert. Das war bei mir aber definitiv nicht der Fall. Beim Blick in die Bewertungen sieht man viele Kommentare mit genau demselben Problem. Leider habe ich das zu spät entdeckt.
Eine Erstattung wurde mir trotz Nachfrage vollständig verweigert. Statt der erwarteten rund 20 € sollte ich plötzlich über 200 € zahlen. Als „Lösung“ bot man mir zuerst 3 Monate kostenlose Weiternutzung, später sogar 1 Jahr an. Für mich wirkte das eher wie ein Versuch, Beschwerden zu besänftigen, statt das eigentliche Problem der versteckten Kosten zu lösen.
Die App selbst konnte mich inhaltlich ebenfalls nicht überzeugen: Kaum Auswahlmöglichkeiten bei den Mahlzeiten und insgesamt wenig Mehrwert.
Für mich wirkt das gesamte Vorgehen nicht transparent, und ich fühle mich klar durch versteckte Kosten getäuscht. Das Unternehmen behauptet zwar, es würden keine Kosten verstecken – aber wenn dieses Problem so häufig berichtet wird, sollte darüber nachgedacht werden, die Kosten transparenter zu kommunizieren.
Mein Rat: Schließt hier keine Zahlung ab. Es gibt deutlich bessere Apps und vor allem zu erheblich faireren Preisen.
Update: Die Information zur automatischen Verlängerung war halbwegs transparent dargestellt. Aber ich habe nie einem Beratungsabo zugestimmt.

Please don't waste your money on this!!!!! They scam you out from your money and when you go and try to access their service, its not possible. The code is NOT coming to your email and customer services does nothing other than just repeat same thing "log in" blablabla. You cant log in without the code. HUGE money and time waster. Please keep away - there are many decent apps out there - this is NOT one of them.

Cuesta que te reembolsen
La application tiene buena interfaz pero no me ha acabo de convencer no hay gran variedad de opciones para la dieta keto que esten para la altura de todos los bolsillos. Por ello he solicitado un reembolso pero sé estan haciendo derogar.
