Modo fraudolento per far pagare più di quello previsto. Oltre a questo il menu è l'insalata (grazie ma sapevo benissimo che mangiando insalata si dimagrisce)

Awful company. I signed up with an introductory offer and downloaded the app. When I realised it was not the right service for me I cancelled straight away - before the renewal period. In my cancellation email it clearly stated I would not be charged further. I then saw in my banking app I was charged two days later. Trying to rectify this has been like pulling teeth and instead of proceeding with a refund they only want to offer me ‘free yearly use of the app’ as they claim this is of better value to me? Currently in the process of contacting my bank as the customer service is appalling! Refund your customers and stop scamming people!

Achtung Betrug!! Ich habe ein Jahresabo für 47 euros abgeschlossen, jedoch hat Unimeal den Betrag von 47 euros MONATLICH abgebucht!!! und das um ein paar Kalorien zu tracken. Erst nach 3 Monaten sah ich den Betrug, das Geld geht in die Arabischen Emirate. Es gibt weder Rechnungen für den abgebuchten Betrag noch Möglichkeiten, mit den Firma in Kontakt zu treten. Also Hände weg, es ist Betrug und euer Geld wird abgezockt.

Money hungry and deceiving
Hope this company goes bust soon. Deliberately deceives the customer. You have no idea what you’re paying for. You all of a sudden find large amounts of payments leaving your account despite having cancelled and receiving cancellation email. This is what saved me in the end with me receiving a refund once I contacted them showing cancellation email and made them aware my bank was now involved. I’ve just completed a scathing review through instagram. With all the negative reviews they will no longer be able to deceive people. Social media companies need to vet these so called companies more thoroughly to protect the consumer

Really didn't help much, customer care not helpful
Really didn't help much, other than saying what I already know. Stopped using it after 5 days. Tried to cancel my subscription, but their website didn't load that particular page (convenient). The next payment went through my account and they refused to refund me for a service I didn't use and tried to cancel.
They respond to say I must contact the support team … clearly not having read my review, I have tries several times. Getting typical prewritten standard reply, basically saying: sorry sucker, you fell for it!

Moi pareil, comme beaucoup d'autres personnes, je n'ai jamais coché l'option abonnement automatique, et là grande surprise, 59.99 euros débités de mon compte sans autorisation, ils ne sont pas assez clairs et transparents, je pense surtout aux personnes âgés que ne se rendent pas compte du débit.
Il après plusieurs échanges en demandant mon remboursement ils m'ont envoyé un e-mail dans le quel moi je me suis senti un peu menacé, en résume ( Si vous n'êtes pas content aller chercher vos droits ) ils sont bien intelligents.
J'attends la suite pour pendre une décision a la hauteur.
