I signed up for €23 worth of diet tracking without realising that I was signing up for much more. By the time I saw my bank statement and realised they had taken about €700. This site is not transparent and appears to be designed to catch people out. Beware

Bereits beim 1. Abo wurde angekündigt, wann die Verlängerung folgt. Ich hatte mir einen Marker gesetzt, ihn aber nicht befolgt. Also kam die Verlängerung OHNE weitere Ankündigung und kostete gleich 2,5x soviel wie das ursprüngliche Abo.
Das habe ich per E-Mail reklamiert und hatte sowohl eine sehr kompetente, empathische Ansprechpartnerin als auch innerhalb weniger Stunden mein Geld zurück.
So kann es auch gehen.

Ich habe im Dezember das Abo abgeschlossen. Ein wenig (2Tage) später ist mir aufgefallen, dass ich wohl auch ein Coaching abgeschlossen habe. Zwei recht ähnliche Summen um die 38 €. Ich bin mir sehr sicher, dass ich niemals einen Coach haben wollte. Alle Anfragen zur angebotenen Rückerstattung etc. sind nicht beantwortet worden, lediglich über Paypal kam eine Abweisung.. Ich habe nun alle Abos gekündigt, in der Hoffnung, dass es nicht noch mehr Kosten nach sich zieht.

Highly do not recommend. It was cheap when I first got it and then suddenly it jumped to being charged $117 so I immediately cancelled and have not used in a year.
Then suddenly a couple of days ago I was charged once again and immediately contacted customer service for a refund.
I explained what had happened and that I cancelled ages ago and have not used the app since, got no app notification, no emails which I thought was because I had cancelled.
They came back trying to offer me different options to a refund but I made it clear all I would like is a refund as I don't have $117 just laying around and I really need the money back.
Now theyre saying they apparently don't have records of it being cancelled and won't be giving a refund. Absolutely robbery and a scam!

Pratica commerciale poco ortodossa, per non usare altri termini, autorizzata con complicità da…
Pratica commerciale scorrettissima autorizzata con complicità di Paypal, addebito di 60 + 60 euro mai autorizzato, dopo una prova dove avevo pattuito solo 6 euro per 3 mesi, app poi inutilizzata e disinstallata, chiesto il rimborso all assistenza unimeal e mi rispondono rifiutando il rimborso, ma prorogando per altri tre mesi a gratis.. ma se l app nn la stavo utilizzando ?? Bho .. aperta pratica con paypal, perché io nn avevo autorizzato nessun addebito automatico, e dopo aver valutato a modo loro mi hanno rigettato il reclamo paypal. Assurdo! Evitate per favore questa gente. Sconsigliatisso

Noto con dispiacere che questo sito sia ancora in funzione, possibile che un sito di truffatori continui ancora a "rubare" soldi alla gente? 23 gennaio 2026 e non ricevero' il rimborso che mi spetta per colpa della mai banca, fate proprio ridere;
un consiglio che do' a tutti, prima di affidarvi a sti ladri leggete le recensioni, il 43% di truffati è una cifra altissima.

Recomiendo leer bien las ofertas. Te venden un descuento de suscripcion del 90%, pero cuando suscribes te cobran aparte un servicio de coach de +60€, q no has aceptado, en la misma tarjeta. No acepteis el pago, y bloquejar la tarjeta.
No me devuelven un servicio q nunca he contratado, ni he utilizado.
Buena atencion en reclamaciones, pero no resuelven argumentando politicas de empresa!!!!!!

So i bought the service for 12.71 but they charged me an extra 60,49 without my consent.
Upon cancelling everything, they are refusing to refund the extra amount they have charged me without my consent. I never used any subscrition and they still dont do the refund. Horrible service.
I contact the support and they say that they will not refund the money saying that i choose on porpose the addicional subscrition when that is a lie. I only wanted the normal for 12,71 and they charge me an addicional 60,49 when you dont have nothing saying that you will be charged that money.
