I paid for 9.99$ only for consultation. But they suddenly charged me another 39.99$ for coaching. I didnt signup for coaching. Reading all 1 star review should explain the situation. This is weird, google should take down this apps on google play. Seriously.

Ursprünglich habe ich eine sehr negative Bewertung gegeben. Diese war vorallem dem Umstand geschuldet, dass ich der Meinung bin, dass der Abschluss eines Abonnements nicht ausreichend präsent gekennzeichnet wird. Unimeal ist hier anderer Meinung, was ja in Ordnung ist. Ich verweise auf größe Unternehmen bei denen ein Abonnement deutlich besser gekennzeichnet ist. Diverse Streamingdienstleister oder Yazio usw.
Aufgrund der sehr konstruktiven Kommunikation mit dem Support und dem Verständnis was mir entgegen gebracht wurde habe ich nicht mehr das Gefühl, dass hier schlechte Absichten vorhanden sind.
Die Dienstleistung habe ich im November 2025 gekauft. Ich habe sehr schnell gemerkt, dass es nicht meiner Vorstellung entsprach und habe es nicht weiter genutzt. Die Vorschläge zu einem Ernährungsplan haben mir nicht gefallen. Ich hatte das Gefühl nicht genügend Informationen zu mir selber angeben zu können, als dass man fundierte Vorschläge bekommt. Außerdem gefiel mir die Aufmachung/Stimmung der App nicht. Ich wollte einfach etwas um meine Ernährung zu tracken und die ein wenig neuen Input gibt. Ganz schlicht und zurückhaltend.
Meine Empfehlung für Leute die eine negative Bewertung hier lassen wollen. Schreibt mit dem Support und versucht offen und ehrlich zu sein. Hat bei mir geholfen. Vielen Dank für den guten Support.

Aplicación que no sirve para mucho, no perdí nada de peso, y las comidas no se ajustan a una dieta mediterránea, no he comido tan mal en mi vida, luego té ves negro para poder dar de baja la suscripción, intente darme de baja y no lo conseguí, pues volvieron a cobrarme otros 60 euros sin utilizar la aplicación en mucho tiempo, no té devuelven nada aún dando de baja él mismo día del cumplimiento de suscripción, y té lo pasan por tarjeta por lo que tampoco puedes devolver recibo, ni cancelar en tú banco que no té lo pasen
Yo no lo recomiendo, mejor nutrición por expertos españoles, para darte alta con un click y para la baja un auténtico laberinto
Le doy una estrella porque no existen menos!!

Po anulowaniu subskrypcji firma nadal bezpodstawnie pobierała środki z mojego konta, to jest oszustwo!!!
18 marca pobrano 18,74 €,
14 kwietnia pobrano kolejne 128,70 €.
Nie otrzymałam żadnych faktur, żadnej oficjalnej komunikacji ani wyjaśnienia dotyczącego tych opłat czy dalszego korzystania z aplikacji. Kontakt z obsługą klienta jest utrudniony, a odpowiedzi nie ma mimo kontaktu!
Tego typu działania są skrajnie nieprofesjonalne i dla użytkownika wyglądają jak praktyki wprowadzające w błąd. Oczekuję natychmiastowego zwrotu pieniędzy oraz zamknięcia konta.
Zdecydowanie nie polecam to jedno wielkie oszystwo!

auch ich bin leider auf die zwielichtigen Machenschaften von Unimeal reingefallen. Habe im Januar 2026 ein Testabo abgeschlossen und wie viele mit PayPal bezahlt. Leider wurde die Einmalzahlung bei PayPal als Abo mit monatlicher Zahlung hinterlegt. Habe seit Januar insgesamt bezahlt:

Der Support von Unimeal meldete sich bei meinen ersten 5 Interventionen und der Aufforderung zur Rückzahlung und Stornierung des Abos, erstmal mit einer KI und unterbreitete mir neue Angebote🤣🤣🤣 Unfassbar zynisch!
Bleibe am Ball bis ich meine Geld wieder bekomme und lasse nicht locker bei dieser Abzocke!

Je me suis inscrite à la période d’essai mais j’ai vite vu que ça ne me correspondait pas. J’ai annulé mon abonnement immédiatement mais j’ai quand même été prélevée le mois suivant. Il y a des échanges de mails en cours fait par l’IA du côté Unimeal pour m’assurer de l’arrêt des prélèvements. je déconseille totalement cette appli très manipulatrice.

Ho attivato un abbonamento di una settimana per provare e ho pagato 12,88€ fin qui tutto bene, vado a vedere quanto ho sulla carta e con grande dispiacere vedo che mi hanno preso altri 60,99€ senza che me ne accorgessi. Ho scritto subito all’assistenza che mi restituiscano il mal tolto e dí cancellare subito quell’abbonamento che io non ho chiesto assolutamente. Il risultato è stato che ho annullato tutti e due gli abbonamenti e da parte loro ho solo ricevuto delle scuse ma che posso utilizzare l’abbonamento fino a scadenza dí rimborso non ne hanno parlato. Mai più e se mi capita farò una giustamente pessima pubblicità.
