Bestilte 4 stole en dag som kom allerede dagen efter. Bestilte så 4 stk mere en uges tid efter, da vi kunne se at der var plads til 4 mere rundt om bordet. Dagen efter blev de sat ned med 25% og jeg ringede ind og ville gerne have refunderet de 25% som de var nedsat dagen efter bestilling og jeg havde stadig ikke modtaget mine stole.
Jeg fik en mail om at jeg ville få refunderet de 25%. Jeg spurgte i den forbindelse om hvornår de penge blev refunderet. Det fik jeg ikke svar på. Jeg ringede så for 2 dage siden for at høre hvornår jeg kunne forvente refunderingen. Der fik jeg besked om at skulle skrive ind og spørge hvilket jeg gjorde med det samme.
Det er nu over en uge siden at jeg fik den første besked om at jeg fik refunderet pengene. Jeg har forståelse for at de ikke kommer prompte men jeg har ikke forståelse for hvorfor man ikke kan svare på de mails jeg skriver. Det er jeg ærgerlig over.
Jeg forventer selvfølgelig at få det lovede refunderede beløb på et tidspunkt, men vil bare gerne vide hvornår?

J’ai passé une commande de plus de 800€. Les articles qui ont été envoyés sont les mauvais. Je les contacte donc par e-mail, et aucune aide ne m’est donnée. Ils me disent seulement de lire le manuel d’utilisation alors que je demande un changement d’articles suite à leur erreur d’envoi.
Aussi, ils m’ont envoyé le mauvais nombre d’articles, et les descriptions sur le site ne sont pas fiables …

Order from October 9th still not sent
My order from the 9th of October has still not been sent from the company. I have reached out three different times to hear when it will be sent or if I can cancel my order, but I have not had any response.
I would be more understanding if I had heard from the company that shipping would be longer than normal or if it was delayed because of the shipping company, but it is frustrating to hear nothing, not have a confirmation that it is being sent, not have my order & be asked to review the product on trustpilot.

No response to emails- no costumer service
I am really very disappointed because the customer service is terrible. For the return, you need to ask them to send you the label, as it is not included in the package. I received an initial response to arrange a pickup without sending the label, but then I received no further response. Customer service has completely disappeared. After 14 days and many emails with no answer, I still haven't managed to make the return as I have never received the return label. Very bad experience; I am still waiting for them to send me the label...and be refunded. It is not professional at all, and it is the worst online experience I have ever had.

Unsatisfaying quality/no respose to email
I have ordered the Step It Up - really nice design, but the quality of the material/processing is unsatisfying. The step stool has to be assembled. The wholes for the screws were full of paint, so no chance to screw in two screws. Finally one screw got broken. No response to my email (sent October 8th, 24) until today. Very disapointing.
